本发明涉及化肥领域,尤其是一种液体复合肥。
背景技术
在农田施肥中,颗粒化肥的溶解需要耗费大量水分,有时因为缺水等原因,颗粒化肥溶解时间太长,会影响农作物的生长发育。液体复合肥由于其各种营养成分均匀地溶解在水中,使其在机械施肥中发挥固体复混肥所没有的优越性,液体肥料可以直接通过滴灌及喷施系统施用,具有施肥准确度高、机械化程度高、成本低的优点。目前,液体肥料的使用与生产主要集中在欧美等发达国家,我国大多地区都没有生产使用液体复合肥。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提出一种液体专用复合肥,其营养平衡,减少肥料的浪费,提高农作物的产量和品质,提高农作物的经济效益。
本发明的技术方案是:一种液体复合肥,由以下重量份数的原料制成:尿素30-40份、硝酸铵22-31份、磷酸一铵23-27份、过磷酸钙20-25份、磷酸二氢铵16-25份、碳酸氢铵11-13份、硫酸钾7-12份、硫酸锰2-5份、硫酸亚铁7-12份、去离子水70-130份。
本发明中,所述液体复合肥由以下重量份数的原料制成:尿素32-37份、硝酸铵23-29份、磷酸一铵24-26.7份、过磷酸钙21-24.6份、磷酸二氢铵17-24份、碳酸氢铵11.5-12.6份、硫酸钾8-11份、硫酸锰2.2-3.8份、硫酸亚铁8-10份、去离子水90-110份。
优选的,所述液体复合肥由以下重量份数的原料制成:尿素36份、硝酸铵24份、磷酸一铵25.8份、过磷酸23.5份、磷酸二氢铵18份、碳酸氢铵12份、硫酸钾9份、硫酸锰3.5份、硫酸亚铁9份、去离子水105份。
本发明的有益效果:能够满足作物生长所需的养分,并且营养平衡,减少肥料的浪费,提高农作物的产量和品质,提高农作物的经济效益,达到低投入、高产出的目的,并可实现大规模无公害工业化生产。

本实施例中,所述液体复合肥,由以下重量份数的原料制成:尿素40份、硝酸铵31份、磷酸一铵27份、过磷酸钙25份、磷酸二氢铵25份、碳酸氢铵13份、硫酸钾12份、硫酸锰5份、硫酸亚铁12份、去离子水130份。

1.一种液体复合肥,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:尿素30-40份、硝酸铵22-31份、磷酸一铵23-27份、过磷酸钙20-25份、磷酸二氢铵16-25份、碳酸氢铵11-13份、硫酸钾7-12份、硫酸锰2-5份、硫酸亚铁7-12份、去离子水70-130份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液体复合肥,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:尿素32-37份、硝酸铵23-29份、磷酸一铵24-26.7份、过磷酸钙21-24.6份、磷酸二氢铵17-24份、碳酸氢铵11.5-12.6份、硫酸钾8-11份、硫酸锰2.2-3.8份、硫酸亚铁8-10份、去离子水90-110份。
3.根据权利要求1所述液体复合肥,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:尿素36份、硝酸铵24份、磷酸一铵25.8份、过磷酸23.5份、磷酸二氢铵18份、碳酸氢铵12份、硫酸钾9份、硫酸锰3.5份、硫酸亚铁9份、去离子水105份。
