Description

Shaft hanging locking device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of engineering clamps, in particular to a shaft hanging and locking device.
Background
After the ship stern shaft and the propeller are positioned and installed on a slipway, in the process of launching the ship and before the ship is aligned and connected and installed on a shafting wharf, in order to ensure the safety of the stern shaft, constructors and the ship and the smooth alignment of the shafting, the freedom degrees of the stern shaft in the axial direction, the radial direction and the circumferential direction need to be limited, the stern shaft is provided with a reliable positioning and fixing tool for preventing the stern shaft from rotating and moving, and the stern shaft is not detached until the shafting is aligned and connected.
If the stern shaft is not reliably positioned and fixed, there will be the following risks:
1) after the stern tube of the stern shaft is installed on a slipway, the stern shaft has the risk of generating axial float slip and further damaging the stern tube seal of the stern shaft;
2) after the ship launching paddle is in contact with water and until the ship stops at a wharf, the paddle can rotate at a high speed under the pushing of water flow to influence the barge control of the ship state, and the paddle rotating at the high speed has the risk of being damaged by drift on the water surface of the wharf; the risk that the stern shaft moves back and forth under the pushing of water flow to damage the stern tube seal of the stern shaft also exists; there is also a risk that constructors near the stern shaft will be involved in and cut by the stern shaft rotating at high speed.
3) When a wharf shafting is centered, blades rotating at a high speed under the pushing of complicated water flow of the wharf have the risk of being damaged by drift on the water surface of the wharf; the risk that the stern shaft rotating at high speed moves back and forth under the pushing of water flow to damage a stern tube of the stern shaft and the seal of the stern shaft also exists; there is also a risk that constructors near the stern shaft are involved in and cut by the stern shaft rotating at high speed; especially, when the wharf is centered, the stern shaft cannot have any additional external force except bearing reaction force of the bearing and buoyancy of oil and water, and the stern shaft needs to be limited to move in the axial direction and the circumferential direction.
Therefore, in order to eliminate various construction risks caused by the fact that the stern shaft rotates and moves back and forth under the pushing of water flow in the processes of installation of the slipway, launching of the ship, docking of the dock and centering of a dock shafting of the stern shaft and the stern tube sealing device, and ensure the safety of the ship, equipment and personnel, a reliable stern shaft anti-rotation anti-channeling tool support must be arranged.
The conventional mode that the stern shaft is fixed by the rope in the cabin or the paddle is fixed by the rope under water is mostly adopted for preventing the front stern shaft from rotating and channeling, so that the reliability and the operability are poor, and considerable construction safety risk exists.
A special anti-rotation and anti-channeling tool support for the stern shaft, which is safe, reliable and high in operability, is needed in the cabin.

Furthermore, the particular features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.
The term "and/or" herein is merely an association describing an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, with the specific understanding that: both a and B may be included, a may be present alone, or B may be present alone, and any of the three cases can be provided.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the shaft hanging locking device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a fastener, a connecting piece 7 and a fixing frame, wherein a circular accommodating space is arranged in the center of the fastener, so that a shaft 16 is locked in the accommodating space; one end of the connecting piece 7 is connected to the fastening piece, and the other end of the connecting piece 7 is connected to the fixed frame.
In this embodiment, the fastener can be a sleeve that the center is circular, and it is only applicable to hanging locking to the less axle 16 of length, and during the application, need make the less axle 16 of this length penetrate this fastener from one end, make the less axle 16 of this length reach and hang the point, can realize hanging locking to this less axle 16 of length. However, when the length of the shaft 16 is long, the distance that the shaft 16 needs to travel to reach the hanging point by penetrating the fastener from one end is long, and therefore, it is not suitable for hanging and locking the shaft 16 with a long length.
In addition, in order to facilitate the shaft 16 with the shorter length to penetrate into the fastener from one end, a small opening can be further formed in the fastener, and connecting portions are respectively arranged at two ends of the small opening, at this time, in the process that the shaft 16 with the shorter length penetrates into the fastener from one end, the small opening can be opened, so that the whole inner diameter of the fastener is larger than the outer diameter of the shaft 16, when the fastener reaches a hanging point, the fastener is locked at the hanging point through the connecting portions arranged at two ends of the small opening, and the shaft 16 with the shorter length can penetrate through the fastener more conveniently. Moreover, the fastening device can be suitable for hanging and locking the shaft 16 with non-uniform diameter, and cannot be difficultly sleeved to a hanging point due to the increase of the diameter of the shaft 16 in the process of sleeving the fastening device.
The shaft hanging and locking device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a fastener, a connecting piece 7 and a fixing frame, wherein a circular accommodating space is arranged at the center of the fastener, a shaft 16 to be hung and locked can penetrate through and be locked in the accommodating space, the fastener is fixedly connected to the fixing frame through the connecting piece 7, and the shaft 16 to be hung and locked is equivalently fixed to the fixing frame, so that the vertical movement of the shaft 16 to be hung and locked can be eliminated. Since the shaft 16 to be hung and locked can pass through and be locked in the circular accommodating space at the center of the fastener, the relative rotation between the shaft 16 with the lock falling off and the fastener can be eliminated. When the hanging device is used for hanging and locking the ship stern shaft, the rotation or the movement of the ship stern shaft can be eliminated.
Wherein, one end of the connecting piece 7 is fixedly connected right above the fastening piece. Under the condition, the hanging direction of the shaft 16 to be hung and locked can be ensured to be stable, and the hanging reliability of the shaft 16 to be hung and locked can be ensured.
The shaft hanging and locking device further comprises a damping piece 2, and the damping piece 2 is arranged between the outer wall of the shaft and the inner wall of the fastener. In some cases, the shaft 16 to be hung and locked is made of rigid material, the fastener is made of rigid material, and the rigid material is difficult to make a surface with a large friction coefficient, so that in order to avoid relative rotation between the shaft 16 to be hung and locked and the fastener, the damping piece 2 is arranged between the outer wall of the shaft 16 to be hung and locked and the inner wall of the fastener, at the moment, friction exists between the outer surface of the damping piece 2 and the inner wall of the fastener, friction exists between the inner surface of the damping piece 2 and the outer wall of the shaft 16 to be hung and locked, and therefore friction between the shaft 16 to be hung and locked and the fastener can be enhanced, and relative rotation between the shaft 16 to be hung and locked and the fastener is guaranteed not to occur.
In this embodiment, the damping member 2 is an integral body, and is also suitable for a short shaft 16 to be hung and locked, and the damping member 2 is sleeved on a hanging point from one end of the shaft 16 to be hung and locked. The damping piece 2 can also be made of elastic material, at this time, when the damping piece 2 is in a natural state, the inner diameter of the damping piece 2 is smaller than the outer diameter of the shaft 16 to be hung and locked, so that when the damping piece 2 is sleeved on the shaft 16 to be hung and locked, a certain pressure is already provided between the damping piece 2 and the shaft 16 to be hung and locked, and the friction between the damping piece 2 and the shaft 16 to be hung and locked can be increased; in addition, when the damping member is used for a shaft 16 to be hung and locked with uneven diameter, the damping member can be always tightly hooped on the outer surface of the shaft 16 to be hung and locked along with the diameter change of the shaft 16 to be hung and locked.
The fastening piece comprises a first fastening piece 1 and a second fastening piece 3, the cross section of the first fastening piece 1 is in a first semicircular shape, and the interface of the second fastening piece 3 is in a second semicircular shape, so that the first fastening piece 1 and the second fastening piece 3 can be butted together, and a circular accommodating space is formed in the center for locking the shaft 16. Under the condition, a hanging point can be found firstly, then the first fastener 1 and the second fastener 3 clamp the shaft 16 to be hung and locked respectively from the upper direction and the lower direction, and the device is not only suitable for the shaft 16 to be hung and locked with shorter length, but also suitable for the shaft 16 to be hung and locked with longer length; is particularly suitable for the situation that the two ends of the shaft 16 to be hung and locked are connected with other objects.
Wherein, one end of the connecting piece 7 is fixedly connected right above the first fastening piece 1. Under the condition, the hanging direction of the shaft 16 to be hung and locked can be ensured to be stable, and the hanging reliability of the shaft 16 to be hung and locked can be ensured.
The shaft hanging and locking device further comprises a damping piece 2, the damping piece 2 comprises a first damping piece and a second damping piece, the first damping piece and the second damping piece can be in butt joint, and an accommodating space is formed in the center and used for locking the shaft. Under the condition, a hanging point can be found firstly, and then the first damping piece and the second damping piece clamp the shaft 16 to be hung and locked respectively from the upper direction and the lower direction, so that the damping device is not only suitable for the shaft 16 to be hung and locked with shorter length, but also suitable for the shaft 16 to be hung and locked with longer length; is particularly suitable for the situation that the two ends of the shaft 16 to be hung and locked are connected with other objects.
Wherein, the damping member 2 is made of rubber material. The rubber has good damping characteristic, can be processed into an elastic structure according to actual needs, and is easy to form.
Wherein, the inner wall of the fastener is provided with a key, and the damping part 2 is provided with a key slot which can be matched with the key; or, the inner wall of the fastener is provided with a key groove, and the damping part 2 is provided with a key groove matched with the key. When not setting up key and keyway, only rely on the friction between damping 2 itself and the fastener between the outer surface of damping 2 and the inner wall of fastener and guarantee that should treat and have not had relative rotation between damping 2 and the fastener, add behind key and the keyway, can guarantee this effect better.
Wherein, the key is selected from one of a flat key, a semicircular key, a wedge key, a tangential key and a spline. Wherein, the flat key, the semicircular key, the wedge key and the tangential key are single keys, thereby ensuring that the damping part 2 and the fastener are fixed in the circumferential direction.
Wherein, the fastener is fixed in the outside of damping part 2 through interference fit's mode. In this case, the circumferential fixing between the damping element 2 and the fastening element can also be ensured, since the interference fit itself represents a relative fixing between the fastening element and the damping element 2.

The diameter of the head of the first locking bolt 5 is larger than that of the first through hole 21, and the outer diameter of the first locking nut 9a is larger than that of the second through hole (not numbered in the figure), which is equivalent to turning the first locking bolt 5 shown in fig. 5 by 180 ° so that the head of the first locking bolt 5 faces the right side and the foot faces the left side; alternatively, the diameter of the head of the first locking bolt 5 is larger than that of the second through hole (not numbered in the figure), and the outer diameter of the first locking nut 9a is larger than that of the first through hole 21, which is exactly the same as the case shown in fig. 5, that is, the head of the first locking bolt 5 faces to the left and the foot of the first locking bolt 5 faces to the right. So that the foot of the first locking bolt 5 passes through the first through hole 21 at the same time, and after the second through hole (not numbered), a first remainder (not numbered) remains for the first locking nut 9a to be screwed thereon.
Wherein the shaft hanging locking device further comprises a second locking nut 9 b. The outer diameter of the second lock nut 9b is larger than the diameter of the second through hole (not numbered in the figure), which is equivalent to turning the first lock bolt 5 shown in fig. 5 by 180 ° so that the head of the first lock bolt 5 faces the right side and the foot faces the left side; alternatively, the outer diameter of the second lock nut 9b is larger than the diameter of the first through hole, which is exactly the same as the case shown in fig. 5, i.e., the head of the first lock bolt 5 faces the left side and the foot faces the right side. So that the second lock nut 9b can also be screwed onto the first remainder. In this case, the first lock nut 9a and the second lock nut 9b are locked to the leg of the first lock bolt 5 at the same time, so that the connection member 7 can be hung on the lock shaft 16 more stably.
