Abstract

本发明提供了一种新型搅拌棒,包括主搅拌杆(1),所述主搅拌杆(1)上设有若干支搅拌杆(2),所述支搅拌杆(2)均由若干可拆卸连接的桨叶(3)组成。本发明所述的新型搅拌棒能够根据混合容器的大小选择桨叶的数目,从而达到理想的搅拌效果;本发明所述的新型搅拌棒还能够根据混合容器的形状安排桨叶的排布,从而能够在不同混合容器中进行搅拌。

一种新型搅拌棒
技术领域
本发明属于试剂混合设备领域,尤其是涉及一种新型搅拌棒。
背景技术
搅拌棒常用来加快试剂的混合或者加速散热,被广泛应用在生产及生活中。在化工厂中搅拌棒的使用更加频繁和重要,搅拌棒可以加快试剂的混合、能够使化学反应更加均匀、有利于受热均匀或有利于散热。但是,现有的搅拌棒大小一般都是固定的,在不同容器中搅拌时搅拌效果存在明显不同,当混合容器横截面积较小时搅拌效果较好,而当混合容器横截面积较大时搅拌效果则较差,而且当混合容器上下横截面积不一致时现有的搅拌棒搅拌效果很差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种新型搅拌棒,以解决由于混合容器横截面积较大搅拌效果差的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种新型搅拌棒,包括主搅拌杆(1),所述主搅拌杆(1)上设有若干支搅拌杆(2),所述支搅拌杆(2)均由若干可拆卸连接的桨叶(3)组成。
进一步的,所述桨叶(3)上均设有若干通孔。
进一步的,所述桨叶(3)呈“S”状。
进一步的,所述主搅拌杆(1)顶端连有电机(4),所述电机(4)的输出轴(5)与所述主搅拌杆(1)顶端连接。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的新型搅拌棒具有以下优势:
本发明所述的新型搅拌棒能够根据混合容器的大小选择桨叶的数目,从而达到理想的搅拌效果;本发明所述的新型搅拌棒还能够根据混合容器的形状安排桨叶的排布,从而能够在不同混合容器中进行搅拌。

本发明提供一种新型搅拌棒,如图1及图2所示,包括主搅拌杆1,主搅拌杆1上设有若干支搅拌杆2,支搅拌杆2均由若干可拆卸连接的桨叶3组成,本实施例中桨叶3两端均设有螺纹孔,桨叶3通过螺栓连接图2中未标出螺栓,桨叶3呈“S”状,桨叶3上均设有若干通孔,通孔未在图1及图2中标出,主搅拌杆1顶端连有电机4,电机4的输出轴5与主搅拌杆1顶端连接。
本实施例提供的新型搅拌棒能够根据混合容器的大小选择桨叶的数目,从而达到理想的搅拌效果;本发明所述的新型搅拌棒还能够根据混合容器的形状安排桨叶的排布,如图2所示从而能够在不同混合容器中进行搅拌。

1.一种新型搅拌棒,其特征在于:包括主搅拌杆(1),所述主搅拌杆(1)上设有若干支搅拌杆(2),所述支搅拌杆(2)均由若干可拆卸连接的桨叶(3)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型搅拌棒,其特征在于:所述桨叶(3)上均设有若干通孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型搅拌棒,其特征在于:所述桨叶(3)呈“S”状。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型搅拌棒,其特征在于:所述主搅拌杆(1)顶端连有电机(4),所述电机(4)的输出轴(5)与所述主搅拌杆(1)顶端连接。
