本发明公开一种端子排电气接头钳,其特征在于:包括通过转动副连接的两钳体,所述两钳体沿转动副连接处的一侧形成相对的两钳头,两钳体沿转动副连接处的另一侧形成相对的两钳柄,两钳柄之间有撑开弹簧,钳头内开设有滑行腔,滑行腔前端为开口结构,并设有凸台,在滑行腔的后端设有压缩弹簧,在滑行腔的前端设有滑动触头;滑动触头的前端伸出滑行腔前端,滑动触头的后端由滑行管前端的凸台限位,滑行腔的后端有测试线引出,滑动触头与压缩弹簧、压缩弹簧与以及测试线之间均相互导通。本发明免手持,减少人员投入,使用简便,更加安全;并且弹性接触,带状态指示,提高工作效率。

端子排电气接头钳
技术领域
本发明涉及电气领域,尤其是端子排电气接头。
背景技术
目前,在电气设备的二次系统端子排上进行电气试验接线时,一般使用简单的金属棒或金属夹来进行。二次系统端子排多为小孔结构,二次系统的螺丝内藏于孔中,进行接线时需要将施加电压的导体深入小孔,对于孔径较大的端子排,可以使用小型金属夹进行接线,对于孔径较小,深度大的端子排,金属夹无法深入,只能由试验者手持金属棒插入孔中进行点触,由于电气设备运作时有强烈震动且以上两种接线方式皆为硬碰硬的接触,在试验过程中极易脱离端子。同时试验者并不能确定接线是否可靠。
电力工人在进行电气试验时,要在设备端子排上接线以施加或读取电压,端子排的结构一般为直径5mm,深度10~15mm的深孔,现在一般是人工手持滑动触头探入孔中接触孔中金属线路部分,设备震动和手容易导致接触不良。
发明内容
为了克服现有的接线不能可靠接线且不能指示是否可靠接触的不足,本发明提供一种接线插头,该接线插头在使用过程中免手持,不但能可靠接触,而且能明确的指示接触是否可靠。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种端子排电气接头钳,其特征在于:包括通过转动副连接的两钳体,所述两钳体沿转动副连接处的一侧形成相对的两钳头,两钳体沿转动副连接处的另一侧形成相对的两钳柄,两钳柄之间有撑开弹簧,钳头内开设有滑行腔,滑行腔前端为开口结构,并设有凸台,在滑行腔的后端设有压缩弹簧,在滑行腔的前端设有滑动触头;滑动触头的前端伸出滑行腔前端,滑动触头的后端由滑行管前端的凸台限位,滑行腔的后端有测试线引出,滑动触头与压缩弹簧、压缩弹簧与以及测试线之间均相互导通。
所述滑动触头颜色分两段,所述钳头上的滑行腔的后段侧面开有观察窗口,滑动触头移动时,通过窗口观察滑动触头的压缩状况。
本发明的有益效果,通过X型的钳式结构使接头撑住孔内壁,从而达到免手持。在钳头安装可伸缩的滑动触头,达到弹性可靠接触。滑动触头颜色分两段,滑动触头移动时,在钳头上设有观察窗口,通过窗口观察滑动触头的压缩状况。本发明免手持,减少人员投入,使用简便,更加安全;并且弹性接触,带状态指示,提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
一种端子排电气接头钳,包括通过转动副连接的两钳体,所述两钳体沿转动副连接处的一侧形成相对的两钳头(2),两钳体沿转动副连接处的另一侧形成相对的两钳柄(7),两钳柄(7)之间有撑开弹簧(5),钳头(2)内开设有滑行腔,滑行腔前端为开口结构,并设有凸台,在滑行腔的后端设有压缩弹簧(6),在滑行腔的前端设有滑动触头(1);滑动触头(1)的前端伸出滑行腔前端,滑动触头的后端由滑行管前端的凸台限位,滑行腔的后端有测试线(4)引出,滑动触头(1)与压缩弹簧(6)、压缩弹簧(6)与以及测试线(4)之间均相互导通。
该发明使用时,钳头(2)的头部深入接线排小孔,在撑开弹簧(5)的作用下保持张开状态卡住孔内壁,钳头(2)的尖端安装有滑动触头(1),一头伸出钳头(2)外,另一头含在钳头(2)内,触头被一个压缩弹簧(6)顶住,压缩弹簧(6)的另一头接测试线(4)。当钳头(2)探入孔中时,滑动触头(1)接触线路缩回钳头(2)内,弹簧(6)被压缩,这就是一个弹性接触过程。钳头(2)上开有接触状态观察窗(3)可以观察到滑动触头(1)的运动,滑动触头(1)前段为红色,后段为绿色,弹簧(6)不被压缩时,接触状态观察窗(3)显示绿色,当滑动触头(1)被压入钳内时,红色部分也同时移动,窗口由绿色变为红色,从而指示是否可靠接触。

1.一种端子排电气接头钳,其特征在于:包括通过转动副连接的两钳体,所述两钳体沿转动副连接处的一侧形成相对的两钳头,两钳体沿转动副连接处的另一侧形成相对的两钳柄,两钳柄之间有撑开弹簧,钳头内开设有滑行腔,滑行腔前端为开口结构,并设有凸台,在滑行腔的后端设有压缩弹簧,在滑行腔的前端设有滑动触头;滑动触头的前端伸出滑行腔前端,滑动触头的后端由滑行管前端的凸台限位,滑行腔的后端有测试线引出,滑动触头与压缩弹簧、压缩弹簧与以及测试线之间均相互导通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种端子排电气接头钳,其特征在于:所述滑动触头颜色分两段,所述钳头上的滑行腔的后段侧面开有观察窗口,滑动触头移动时,通过窗口观察滑动触头的压缩状况。
