Abstract

本发明公开了一种气动关门式枪用消音器,其特征是消音器壳的一端连接导气箍,导气箍的周围设有四个导气孔,其与消音器壳的连接处呈锥形斜面状,消音器壳的膨胀腔内安装有带活门的活门座,活门座与消音器出口之间安装有弹簧。本发明的消音原理是利用火药燃气推动活门关闭,然后压缩活门座和弹簧到位,这样燃气没有泄漏,同时在膨胀腔内减压,达到消声的目的。本发明体积小,重量轻,结构坚固,使用时不影响枪弹威力及射击精度。

Description

气动关门式枪用消音器
本发明属枪用消音器。
枪用消音器的使用已有近百年历史,其消音原理有涡流式、膨胀腔式、隔音仓式、橡皮闭封式等十余种。1995年11月美国海军与德国HK公司签订了批量生产合同,于1996年5月1日向美国海军特种部队提供第一批9000支由该公司研制开发的SOCOM手枪,该枪消音器是采用了美国奈特军械公司的KAC消音器,外形为园筒状,原理为隔仓式消音,近似于90年前的马克沁式消音结构,直径35.5mm,全长190.5mm,重425g,可减少发射声响24dB。俄罗斯1996年在雅典比雷埃夫斯召开的第九届国际防务展览会上首次展出其PSS式7.62mm半自动微声手枪,该枪不装消音器而使用SP-4式7.62mm消声弹,弹壳中装有活塞,将弹丸推出时,活塞阻塞弹壳口,使火药燃气不溢出,以达到消声目的。
以上两种微声武器可能代表了当代较先进的水平,但美式奈特KAC消声器,原理原始,体积重量都较大,消音效果一般。俄式PSS手枪采用消声弹,由于活塞所限,火药燃气能量不能全部作用于弹丸,故射程及威力有限,要达到理想的威力,必然要加大弹壳尺寸,弹匣体积增大,难于用手握持,且专枪专弹专用,不利于勤务保障。
我国产67式微声手枪,采用一连串橡皮密封垫,并采用减装药专用弹,射程及侵彻力偏小,且弹丸经过一连串橡皮垫后,精度损失较大,同时橡皮垫在高速弹丸的冲击和高温高压燃气烧蚀下,会很快损坏,寿命太短。
国产85式微冲消音结构复杂,加工制作成本较高,体积庞大,不便隐蔽携行。
本发明的目的旨在克服上述缺点,提供一种体积小、重量轻、结构简单坚固、使用维护方便、消音效果好的气动关门式消音器。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下解决方案:包括消音器壳,其特征在于:消音器壳的一端为出膛口,另一端与导气箍连接;导气箍的外端设有与枪管配套的丝扣,中间开有与枪口径及消音器壳出膛口同样大小的孔,周围设有四个导气孔,并且导气箍与消音器壳的连接处呈锥形斜面状;在消音器壳的膨胀腔内安装有带活门的活门座,活门与活门座活动连接,活门座的中间同样开有与枪口径一样大小的孔,活门座上的活门与导气箍上的导气孔相对应,活门开启时正好紧靠导气箍的斜面,挡住导气孔,活门闭合时正好封住活门座中间的孔;活门座与消音器壳的出膛口之间安装有弹簧。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、由于本发明在消音器壳中间设置了带活门的活门座和弹簧,其消音的原理是利用火药燃气和弹簧力配合,使金属活门关闭,不让燃气泄漏,即使泄漏,也只能泄漏很小一部分,所以本发明能达到较理想的消音效果。
2、由于本发明在消音器壳的一端连接导气箍,导气箍的外端设有与枪管配套的丝扣,通过改变丝扣可以与各类枪管连接,所以本发明适用于各类手枪、冲锋枪使用。
3、本发明不受各种弹种限制。
4、由于使用本发明时,枪弹在发射中不受任何阻力,可以直接飞出消音器口,所以使用本发明不影响枪弹威力及射击精度。
5、本发明结构简单坚固,在使用过程中无大的烧蚀磨损,寿命长,易拆卸擦洗。

如图1、图2所示,本发明包括消音器壳6,消音器壳6的一端为出膛口,另一端与导气箍2连接;导气箍2的外端设有与枪管1配套的丝扣,中间开有与枪口径及消音器壳6出膛口同样大小的孔,周围设有四个导气孔7,并且导气箍2与消音器壳6的连接处呈锥形斜面状;在消音器壳6的膨胀腔8内安装有带活门3的活门座4,活门3通过销轴9安装在活门座4上,活门座4的中间同样开有与枪口径一样大小的孔,活门座4上的活门3与导气箍2上的导气孔7相对应,活门3开启时正好紧靠导气箍3的斜面,挡住导气孔7,活门3闭合时正好封住活门座4中间的孔;活门座4与消音器壳6的出膛口之间安装有弹簧5。
如图3所示,本发明的工作过程是:当弹丸经过导气孔时,火药燃气经导气孔道推动活门向枪管轴心翻转(见图3(a));当弹丸经至活门座孔时,火药燃气仍未外溢,活门遮挡部分枪口,受到更大的燃气冲力,继续快速翻转(见图3(b));当弹丸穿过活门座孔,进入膨胀腔后,火药燃气已推动活门关闭密封,燃气压力推动活门及活门座整体压缩弹簧向前移动(见图3(c));当弹丸飞出消音器口时,火药燃气压缩活门座及弹簧到位,此时活门紧闭,燃气无泄漏,同时燃气在膨胀腔内膨胀减压,达到消声的目的(见图3(d))。

1、气动关门式枪用消音器,包括消音器壳,其特征在于:消音器壳的一端为出膛口,另一端与导气箍连接;导气箍的外端设有与枪管配套的丝扣,中间开有与枪口径及消音器壳出膛口同样大小的孔,周围设有四个导气孔,并且导气箍与消音器壳的连接处呈锥形斜面状;在消音器壳的膨胀腔内安装有带活门的活门座,活门与活门座活动连接,活门座的中间同样开有与枪口径一样大小的孔,活门座上的活门与导气箍上的导气孔相对应,活门开启时正好紧靠导气箍的斜面,挡住导气孔,活门闭合时正好封住活门座中间的孔;活门座与消音器壳出膛口之间安装有弹簧。
