本发明公开了一种棱镜结构MS导光板,包括入光面以及出光面,所述导光板由MS塑料制成,所述出光面设置棱镜结构,所述棱镜结构具有若干平行设置的、截面呈弧形的突起,两相邻的突起间形成U型沟槽,所述沟槽的深度D为77-92μm,宽度W为249-271μm,U型沟槽底部的弧状部的R1角值为149-170度,突起的R2角值为76-85度。本发明出光面亮度高,均匀性及能见度均优异,导光板吸水率低。

一种棱镜结构MS导光板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种导光板,尤其是涉及一种棱镜结构MS导光板。
背景技术
在提高导光板出光面透光率上,本领域技术人员作了大量研究,例如公开号为CN104416739A(名称为导光板及其制作方法)和CN102661572A(名称为上棱镜导光板及相应的背光模块)的专利。研究发现,目前该类导光板出光面透光率均不够优异。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种透光率优异的棱镜结构导光板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种棱镜结构MS导光板,包括入光面以及出光面,所述导光板由MS塑料制成,所述出光面设置棱镜结构,所述棱镜结构具有若干平行设置的、截面呈弧形的突起,两相邻的突起间形成U型沟槽,所述沟槽的深度D为77-92μm,宽度W为249-271μm,U型沟槽底部的弧状部的R1角值为149-170度,突起的R2角值为76-85度。
优选的是,所述沟槽的深度D为85μm,宽度W为260μm,U型沟槽底部的弧状部的R1角值为160度,突起的R2角值为80度。
优选的是,所述U型沟槽横截面结构由弧形曲线构成。
优选的是,所述入光面设置由印刷网点制版印刷成的高反射层结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明出光面亮度高,均匀性及能见度均优异,导光板吸水率低。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1和图2,一种棱镜结构MS导光板,包括入光面以及出光面,所述导光板由MS塑料制成,所述出光面设置棱镜结构,所述棱镜结构具有若干平行设置的、截面呈弧形的突起1,两相邻的突起间形成U型沟槽。突起为沿着长度方向延伸的结构。
所述沟槽的深度D为77-92μm,宽度W为249-271μm,U型沟槽底部的弧状部的R1角值为149-170度,突起的R2角值为76-85度。
本实施例中,所述沟槽的深度D为85μm,宽度W为260μm,U型沟槽底部的弧状部的R1角值为160度,突起的R2角值为80度。
宽度W为两相邻突起波峰之间的距离。
本实施例中,所述U型沟槽横截面结构由弧形曲线构成。
本实施例中,所述入光面设置由印刷网点制版印刷成的高反射层结构。
本发明出光面亮度高,均匀性及能见度均优异,导光板吸水率低。

1.一种棱镜结构MS导光板,包括入光面以及出光面,其特征在于,所述导光板由MS塑料制成,所述出光面设置棱镜结构,所述棱镜结构具有若干平行设置的、截面呈弧形的突起,两相邻的突起间形成U型沟槽;
所述沟槽的深度D为77-92μm,宽度W为249-271μm,U型沟槽底部的弧状部的R1角值为149-170度,突起的R2角值为76-85度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棱镜结构MS导光板,其特征在于,所述沟槽的深度D为85μm,宽度W为260μm,U型沟槽底部的弧状部的R1角值为160度,突起的R2角值为80度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种棱镜结构MS导光板,其特征在于,所述U型沟槽横截面结构由弧形曲线构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种棱镜结构MS导光板,其特征在于,所述入光面设置由印刷网点制版印刷成的高反射层结构。
