本发明公开了一种高效率热风电暖炉,包括底座、箱体和面板,箱体固接在底座上,面板固接在箱体顶端,箱体内四周均安装有蹄形的加热管,所述底座中部开有与其内部相连通的进气槽,进气槽底端中部通过支杆安装有电机座,电机座上安装有电机,电机转轴上安装有风扇;箱体四角均设有导流槽,导流槽与箱体内连通,导流槽两侧均开有若干出风口,底座底端四角固接有支脚。本发明具有加热效率高、取暖效果好、热量损伤少、节省能源等优点。

一种高效率热风电暖炉
技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,具体涉及家用电暖炉领域,尤其涉及一种高效率热风电暖炉。
背景技术
在我国西南地区,冬季寒冷潮湿,而大多数地区也没有暖气,为了排出室内多余的湿气保持室内干燥温暖,一般都会使用炉灶或电暖炉等加热取暖设备,随着人们生活水平的不断提升,传统的烧柴或烧煤的铁炉已经很少使用了,只有在个别地区的农村还在使用,不仅浪费资源,而且污染很大,而主要的取暖设备已经向电加热方向转变,其中桌式电暖炉是目前市面上最多的品种。这种电暖炉主要包括底座、加热管总成和玻璃面板,其中加热管总成包括箱体,加热管设置在箱体外部预留的凹槽内,在凹槽外部设置一层钢丝网起隔绝作用,即通过四周设置的电加热管产生的热辐射实现取暖作用。但这种结构的电暖炉存在一定的问题,首先是箱体不密封,热量散失严重,大约60%-65%的热量全部散失掉,人坐在炉子旁边时会感觉取暖效果很差;且传统的电暖炉仅仅通过热辐射实现取暖,效率很低,取暖效果不明显,电能消耗大。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种高效率热风电暖炉,以解决传统电暖炉所存在的热量损失严重、取暖效果差、效率低、电能消耗大等问题。
本发明是通过如下技术方案予以实现的:
一种高效率热风电暖炉,包括底座、箱体和面板,箱体固接在底座上,面板固接在箱体顶端,箱体内四周均安装有蹄形的加热管,所述底座中部开有与其内部相连通的进气槽,进气槽底端中部通过支杆安装有电机座,电机座上安装有电机,电机转轴上安装有风扇;
所述箱体四角均设有导流槽,导流槽与箱体内连通,导流槽两侧均开有若干出风口,底座底端四角固接有支脚。
每个导流槽两侧均应开有9个出风口,出风口三个一组,每组等距间隔布置。
所述导流槽的截面为矩形,宽度为箱体宽度的1/10。
所述出风口的宽度为导流槽长度的1/5。
本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的高效率热风电暖炉,通过在底座内设置风扇并将箱体密封,实现箱体内的空气加热,再通过导流槽和出风口将箱体内的热空气吹出实现四面取暖的作用,相较于传统的电暖炉,本发明具有加热效率高、取暖效果好、热量损伤少、节省能源等优点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明,但所要求的保护范围并不局限于所述;
如图1-3所示,本发明提供的高效率热风电暖炉,包括底座1、箱体2和面板8,箱体2固接在底座1上,面板8固接在箱体2顶端,箱体2内四周均安装有蹄形的加热管4,所述底座1中部开有与其内部相连通的进气槽10,进气槽10底端中部通过支杆12安装有电机座6,电机座6上安装有电机7,电机7转轴上安装有风扇9;
所述箱体2四角均设有导流槽5,导流槽5与箱体2内连通,导流槽5两侧均开有若干出风口3,底座1底端四角固接有支脚11。
每个导流槽5两侧均应开有9个出风口3,出风口3三个一组,每组等距间隔布置。
所述导流槽5的截面为矩形,宽度为箱体2宽度的1/10。
所述出风口3的宽度为导流槽5长度的1/5。
使用时,接通电源(图中为示出),启动加热管4和电机7,电机7驱动其顶端的风扇9旋转,风扇9将外部的空气从进气槽10吹入箱体2内,吹入箱体2内的空气被加热管4加热,并最终进入箱体2四角设置的导流槽5内,然后通过导流槽5两侧开设的出风口3将加热的热空气排出,形成热风加热和取暖。

1.一种高效率热风电暖炉,包括底座(1)、箱体(2)和面板(8),箱体(2)固接在底座(1)上,面板(8)固接在箱体(2)顶端,箱体(2)内四周均安装有蹄形的加热管(4),其特征在于:所述底座(1)中部开有与其内部相连通的进气槽(10),进气槽(10)底端中部通过支杆(12)安装有电机座(6),电机座(6)上安装有电机(7),电机(7)转轴上安装有风扇(9);
所述箱体(2)四角均设有导流槽(5),导流槽(5)与箱体(2)内连通,导流槽(5)两侧均开有若干出风口(3),底座(1)底端四角固接有支脚(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效率热风电暖炉,其特征在于:每个导流槽(5)两侧均应开有9个出风口(3),出风口(3)三个一组,每组等距间隔布置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效率热风电暖炉,其特征在于:所述导流槽(5)的截面为矩形,宽度为箱体(2)宽度的1/10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效率热风电暖炉,其特征在于:所述出风口(3)的宽度为导流槽(5)长度的1/5。
