Abstract

本发明公开了一种瓶芯灯,包括一发光单元,所述发光单元套设有一可与瓶体的瓶口连接固定的连接机构,所述连接机构至少一端设有开口,所述发光单元从所述开口伸出。本发明中所述的瓶体为一般的饮料瓶,连接机构可以和饮料瓶瓶口相配合从而固定,把瓶体固定于所述连接机构中,瓶体套在发光单元外部,根据瓶体上的花纹、颜色等特点,发散出来的光线和光斑会有不同的效果,达到装饰的目的。

一种瓶芯灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯,尤其涉及一种利用饮料瓶制作的瓶芯灯。
背景技术
在一些聚会、派对、酒吧等环境中,人们喝完饮料后会剩下大量的饮料瓶,这些饮料瓶一般会丢弃或回收,而在这些场所中,灯光对制造良好气氛起到了重要作用。饮料瓶上有不同的花纹、起伏、颜色,若能够让灯光发出的光线先穿过饮料瓶,可以产生各种各样的光斑或光线,制造愉快的气氛,而且可以废物利用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点与不足,本发明公开了一种瓶芯灯,包括一发光单元,所述发光单元套设有一可与瓶体的瓶口连接固定的连接机构,所述连接机构至少一端设有开口,所述发光单元从所述开口伸出。
进一步地,所述连接机构为设有内螺纹的空心体,所述连接机构与所述发光单元之间留有供瓶体的瓶口插入的空隙,该内螺纹与设置在所述瓶体瓶口处的外螺纹相匹配。
进一步地,所述发光单元的一端设有可与外部灯座连接的连接头,所述连接头凸出于所述连接机构。
进一步地,所述发光单元为LED灯。
进一步地,所述连接机构为筒体,所述连接机构的侧壁设有螺纹孔,在该螺纹孔内设有可沿螺纹孔移动的调节螺栓,调节螺栓穿过所述连接单元的侧壁。
进一步地,所述调节螺栓在连接机构内的一端为锥形。
进一步地,所述调节螺栓在连接机构内的一端沿轴向套接有一弧形支片,所述调节螺栓可与该弧形支片相对转动,所述弧形支片沿所述瓶体开口的侧壁紧密接触。
本发明中所述的瓶体为一般的饮料瓶,连接机构可以和饮料瓶瓶口相配合从而固定,把瓶体固定于所述连接机构中,瓶体套在发光单元外部,根据瓶体上的花纹、颜色等特点,发散出来的光线和光斑会有不同的效果,达到装饰的目的。

具体实施方式
实施例一
请参阅图1和2,一种瓶芯灯,包括一发光单元20,所述发光单元20外侧套设有一可与瓶体30的瓶口连接固定的连接机构10,所述连接机构10至少一端设有开口,所述发光单元20从所述开口伸出。
所述连接机构10为设有内螺纹11的空心体,所述连接机构10与所述发光单元20之间留有供瓶体30的瓶口插入的空隙,该内螺纹11与设置在所述瓶体30瓶口处的外螺纹相匹配。所述发光单元20的一端设有可与外部灯座连接的连接头40,所述连接头40凸出于所述连接机构。所述发光单元20为LED灯。所述连接机构10为导热体。
所述连接头40型号可以为E11-E40、G10、B22、B25×26。所述连接机构10的内螺纹11直径可以为28mm或35mm。所述发光单元20的灯壳可以为环氧树脂密封而成,也可以是塑料或者是玻璃。
连接头40安装于灯座中,通过电源401和电线402将电能传递至发光单元20。连接头40可以为一般灯具的灯头。
所述连接机构10也可采用普通饮料瓶的瓶盖,将发光单元20贯穿瓶盖并固定,然后瓶体30套在发光单元20外部,将瓶体30旋入瓶盖中,完成瓶体30的固定。
本发明中所述的瓶体为一般的饮料瓶,连接机构内设的内螺纹可以和饮料瓶瓶口处的外螺纹相配合,通过旋转将瓶体固定于所述连接机构中,瓶体套在发光单元外部,根据瓶体上的花纹、颜色等特点,发散出来的光线和光斑会有不同的效果,达到装饰的目的。
实施例二
请参阅图3和4,一种瓶芯灯,包括一发光单元20,所述发光单元20外侧设有一连接机构10,其至少一端设有开口,所述发光单元20从所述开口伸出;所述连接机构10可与一瓶体30的瓶口连接固定。所述连接机构10为筒体,所述连接机构10的侧壁设有螺纹孔,在该螺纹孔内设有可沿螺纹孔移动的调节螺栓60,调节螺栓60穿过所述连接单元的侧壁。所述调节螺栓60在连接机构10内的一端为锥形。所述连接机构10为导热体。
连接头40安装于灯座中,通过电源和电线将电能传递至发光单元20。
本实施例中连接机构10的设置一般用于将塑料瓶体30的安装。将瓶体30安装到连接结构上时,先将瓶体30套入所述发光单元20外,再把瓶口伸入到所述连接机构10中,通过旋转调节螺栓60,调节螺栓60的锥形尖端插入到所述瓶体30的瓶口侧壁,使瓶体30能固定而不掉落。
本发明中所述的瓶体为一般的饮料瓶,连接机构可以和饮料瓶瓶口相配合从而固定,把瓶体固定于所述连接机构中,瓶体套在发光单元外部,根据瓶体上的花纹、颜色等特点,发散出来的光线和光斑会有不同的效果,达到装饰的目的。
实施例三
请参阅图5-7,一种瓶芯灯,包括一发光单元20,所述发光单元20外侧设有一连接机构10,其至少一端设有开口,所述发光单元20从所述开口伸出;所述连接机构10可与一瓶体30的瓶口连接固定。所述连接机构10为筒体,所述连接机构10的侧壁设有螺纹孔,在该螺纹孔内设有可沿螺纹孔移动的调节螺栓61,调节螺栓61穿过所述连接单元的侧壁。所述调节螺栓61在连接机构10内的一端沿轴向套接有一弧形支片70,所述调节螺栓61可与该弧形支片70相对转动,所述弧形支片70沿所述瓶体30开口的侧壁紧密接触。
连接头40安装于灯座中,通过电源和电线将电能传递至发光单元20。
通过旋转调节螺栓61,带动弧形支片70移动,当将一些饮料瓶的瓶口伸入连接机构10中后,转动调节螺栓61,使弧形支片70紧贴瓶口侧壁,并且卡在瓶口向外凸出部分,使瓶体30可以固定在所述连接机构10上。连接机构10两侧对称设置的弧形支片70共同为瓶体30提供支撑,弧形支片70一定的弧度设置可以使得它适应不同大小的瓶口。
本发明中所述的瓶体为一般的饮料瓶,连接机构可以和饮料瓶瓶口相配合从而固定,把瓶体固定于所述连接机构中,瓶体套在发光单元外部,根据瓶体上的花纹、颜色等特点,发散出来的光线和光斑会有不同的效果,达到装饰的目的。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本发明的各种改动或变形不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变形属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变形。

Claims (7)

1.一种瓶芯灯,其特征在于:包括一发光单元,所述发光单元套设有一可与瓶体的瓶口连接固定的连接机构,所述连接机构至少一端设有开口,所述发光单元从所述开口伸出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓶芯灯,其特征在于:所述连接机构为设有内螺纹的空心体,所述连接机构与所述发光单元之间留有供瓶体的瓶口插入的空隙,该内螺纹与设置在所述瓶体瓶口处的外螺纹相匹配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的瓶芯灯,其特征在于:所述发光单元的一端设有可与外部灯座连接的连接头,所述连接头凸出于所述连接机构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的瓶芯灯,其特征在于:所述发光单元为LED灯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的瓶芯灯,其特征在于:所述连接机构为筒体,所述连接机构的侧壁设有螺纹孔,在该螺纹孔内设有可沿螺纹孔移动的调节螺栓,调节螺栓穿过所述连接单元的侧壁。
6.根据权利要求5所述的瓶芯灯,其特征在于:所述调节螺栓在连接机构内的一端为锥形。
7.根据权利要求5所述的瓶芯灯,其特征在于:所述调节螺栓在连接机构内的一端沿轴向套接有一弧形支片,所述调节螺栓可与该弧形支片相对转动,所述弧形支片沿所述瓶体开口的侧壁紧密接触。
