技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁紧机构的改进，特别是一种限位锁紧机构。
背景技术
现有的锁紧机构大多结构复杂，操作起来不方便。为此，我们研发了一种限位锁紧机构。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种限位锁紧机构。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：限位锁紧机构，包含限位推销、限位卡套；所述限位推销由限位销和拉杆组成；所述拉杆与限位销垂直且靠近限位销的尾部；所述限位卡套呈圆管状且其上设有轴向的第一U形缺口。
优选的，所述限位卡套上还设有径向的与第一U形缺口垂直贯穿的第二缺口，当限位销穿过限位卡套且使拉杆处于第一U形缺口中时，可旋转拉手使拉手位于第二缺口中，可防止限位推销轴向移动。
优选的，所述限位销头部呈圆锥形，更易于导入工件上的孔中。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
附图1-3为本发明所述的限位锁紧机构，包含限位推销1、限位卡套2；所述限位推销1由限位销3和拉杆4组成；所述拉杆4与限位销3垂直且靠近限位销3的尾部；所述限位卡套2呈圆管状且其上设有轴向的第一U形缺口6和径向的与第一U形缺口6垂直贯穿的第二缺口5；所述限位销3的头部呈圆锥形，更易于导入工件（图中省略）上的孔中。
需要锁紧工件时，只需将限位销3穿过限位卡套2且使拉杆4处于第一U形缺口6中，直至限位销3的头部导入到工件上的孔中，此时可旋转拉手4使拉手4位于第二缺口5中，限制限位推销1轴向移动的同时将工件紧紧的锁住。
所述本发明对现有的锁紧机构进行简化，本限位锁紧机构结构简单，操作方便。

1.限位锁紧机构，其特征在于：包含限位推销、限位卡套；所述限位推销由限位销和拉杆组成；所述拉杆与限位销垂直且靠近限位限位销的尾部；所述限位卡套呈圆管状且其上设有轴向的第一U形缺口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的限位锁紧机构，其特征在于：所述限位卡套上还设有径向的与第一U形缺口垂直贯穿的第二缺口，当限位销穿过限位卡套且使拉杆处于第一U形缺口中时，可旋转拉手使拉手位于第二缺口中，可防止限位推销轴向移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的限位锁紧机构，其特征在于：所述限位销头部呈圆锥形，更易于导入工件上的孔中。
