本发明实施例提供关联实体以及确定业务消耗的空口资源的方法。该关联实体包括:接收单元,用于从控制面实体接收UE的空口连接信息,以及从数据面实体接收UE的业务信息,其中空口连接信息包括UE建立和释放空口连接的时间,业务信息包括UE起始和终止传输业务的数据的时间,业务包括被检测业务;确定单元,用于根据空口连接信息和业务信息确定目标空口连接集合,根据目标空口连接集合,确定被检测业务的空口资源消耗信息,其中目标空口连接集合包括一个或多个目标空口连接,目标空口连接为传输被检测业务的数据的空口连接。本发明实施例从而可以根据目标空口连接的资源占用情况,准确统计出被检测业务的空口资源消耗信息。
