Abstract

本发明提供了光伏组件的安装结构,其能解决现有压块安装结构存在的安装不可靠的问题。其包括光伏组件,光伏组件两侧安装面上固装有相互对称的销轴,销轴扣装于支撑板的卡槽内,支撑板安装于底部支承结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及光伏应用领域,具体为光伏组件的安装结构。
背景技术
现有的光伏组件多是通过压块安装于支架或支撑件上,见图1,压块10在光伏组件的侧面将光伏组件压紧于底部支架或支撑板上,其虽然安装方便,但是由于压块与光伏组件之间的压紧面较小,使得光伏组件的安装不够可靠,特别是当光伏组件安装于屋顶或墙面时其往往会存在安装隐患。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了光伏组件的安装结构,其能解决现有压块安装结构存在的安装不可靠的问题。
其技术方案是这样的,其包括光伏组件,其特征在于:所述光伏组件两侧安装面上固装有相互对称的销轴,所述销轴扣装于支撑板的卡槽内,所述支撑板安装于底部支承结构。
进一步的,所述卡槽为L形槽,所述销轴限位于所述L形槽的水平卡槽内。
进一步的,所述L形槽的转角处为圆弧转角。
进一步的,所述销轴包括圆柱形销轴部,所述圆柱形销轴部的一侧端设有轴向一体的螺杆部,所述销轴与所述光伏组件之间由锁紧螺母、所述螺杆部螺纹连接并轴向锁紧,所述圆柱形销轴部扣装于所述支撑板的卡槽内。
进一步的,所述圆柱形销轴部的另一侧端设有轴向一体的止口部,所述止口部呈圆盘状,所述止口部的外径大于所述圆柱形销轴部的直径。
进一步的,所述光伏组件的两侧分别固装有相互对称的两对销轴,每一个所述销轴分别扣装于其对应的支撑板的卡槽内。
本发明光伏组件安装结构与现有压块式安装结构相比较,其有益效果在于:其通过固装于光伏组件两侧的销轴直接扣装于支撑板的卡槽内来对光伏组件进行安装定位,其实际是由支撑板的卡槽通过支承销轴来支承光伏组件,因而其对光伏组件的安装更加可靠;而支撑板上的卡槽为L形槽,安装时销轴从L形槽的竖向槽扣入水平槽中,销轴即被限位于L形槽的水平槽内,因此进一步提高了其安装的可靠性;而L形槽的转角处设置为圆弧转角,方便销轴安装时从L形槽的竖向槽滑入水平槽内,便于安装;此外,其通过在销轴的圆柱形销轴部的另一侧端设有轴向一体的圆盘状的止口部并且止口部的外径大于圆柱形销轴部的直径,有效防止销轴发生轴向移动,更进一步提高了光伏组件安装的可靠性。

具体实施方式
见图2,本发明光伏组件的安装结构包括光伏组件1,光伏组件1两侧安装面上固装有两对相互对称的销轴3,销轴3扣装于支撑板2的卡槽4内,支撑板2安装于底部支承结构(图2中底部支撑结构未表达);卡槽4为L形槽,L形槽包括水平卡槽4-1和竖向卡槽4-2,销轴3限位于L形槽的水平卡槽4-1内;L形槽的转角处为圆弧转角4-3,见图3;销轴3包括圆柱形销轴部3-2,见图4,圆柱形销轴部3-2的一侧端设有轴向一体的螺杆部3-1,销轴3与1光伏组件之间由锁紧螺母5、螺杆部3-1螺纹连接并轴向位置锁紧,见图5,圆柱形销轴部3-2扣装于支撑板2的卡槽4内;圆柱形销轴部3-2的另一侧端设有轴向一体的止口部3-3,止口部3-3呈圆盘状,止口部3-3的外径大于圆柱形销轴部3-2的直径。

Claims (6)

1.光伏组件的安装结构,其包括光伏组件,其特征在于:所述光伏组件两侧安装面上固装有相互对称的销轴,所述销轴扣装于支撑板的卡槽内,所述支撑板安装于底部支承结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光伏组件的安装结构,其特征在于:所述卡槽为L形槽,所述销轴限位于所述L形槽的水平卡槽内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的光伏组件的安装结构,其特征在于:所述L形槽的转角处为圆弧转角。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一所述的光伏组件的安装结构,其特征在于:所述销轴包括圆柱形销轴部,所述圆柱形销轴部的一侧端设有轴向一体的螺杆部,所述销轴与所述光伏组件之间由锁紧螺母、所述螺杆部螺纹连接并轴向锁紧,所述圆柱形销轴部扣装于所述支撑板的卡槽内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的光伏组件的安装结构,其特征在于:所述圆柱形销轴部的另一侧端设有轴向一体的止口部,所述止口部呈圆盘状,所述止口部的外径大于所述圆柱形销轴部的直径。
6.根据权利要求5所述的光伏组件的安装结构,其特征在于:所述光伏组件的两侧分别固装有相互对称的两对销轴,每一个所述销轴分别扣装于其对应的支撑板的卡槽内。
