技术领域
本发明涉及一种大跨越特高强度光纤复合架空地线,属于复合光纤用地线技术领域。
背景技术
复合光纤用地线(OPGW),又称光纤复合架空地线,兼具地线与通信光缆双重功能,一般被安装在电力架空线杆塔的顶部。OPGW光缆可以由至少一根光单元线以及多根铝包钢线和/或铝合金线绞合形成,其中通过将光纤套在密封防水的铝管或不锈钢管中形成光单元线。光单元线承担通信功能,而铝包钢线用作传导雷电流和短路时电流等的地线。通常,OPGW光缆既要保证地线的电性能和机械性能不因设置了光纤而受到损害,又要保证光纤单元也受到适当保护而不致损伤。
然而现有的复合光纤用地线的跨距小,不能满足大跨越输电线路的要求。因此,需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种一种大跨越特高强度光纤复合架空地线,该地线可用于跨距为2600m的输电线路,且其最小抗拉强度≥1730Mpa。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种大跨越特高强度光纤复合架空地线,包括一根光单元线和和四层铝包钢线,所述铝包钢线的直径为3.5mm,导电率为14%,最小抗拉强度≥1730Mpa;其额定拉断力为589.66kN,实际拉断力为613kN;其截面为356.6mm2,配套耐张线夹握力为560.18kN,悬垂线夹握力为100.24kN;其适用于跨越距离为2600m。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种大跨越特高强度光纤复合架空地线,包括一根光单元线1和和四层铝包钢线2,所述铝包钢线的直径为3.5mm,导电率为14%,最小抗拉强度≥1730Mpa;其额定拉断力为589.66kN,实际拉断力为613kN;其截面为356.6mm2,配套耐张线夹握力为560.18kN,悬垂线夹握力为100.24kN;其适用于跨越距离为2600m。

1.一种大跨越特高强度光纤复合架空地线,包括一根光单元线和和四层铝包钢线,其特征在于:所述铝包钢线的直径为3.5mm,导电率为14%,最小抗拉强度≥1730Mpa。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大跨越特高强度光纤复合架空地线,其特征在于:其额定拉断力为589.66kN,实际拉断力为613kN。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大跨越特高强度光纤复合架空地线,其特征在于:其截面为356.6mm2,配套耐张线夹握力为560.18kN,悬垂线夹握力为100.24kN。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种大跨越特高强度光纤复合架空地线,其特征在于:其适用于跨越距离为2600m。
