Abstract

振动式空气滤清模块属于节能环保工程利用的范畴。由固定座、风罩、滤芯室、软连接体、束风箱、出风口、外挂件固定座组成;其特征是:固定座的上方装配滤芯室与风罩;滤芯室一侧通过软连接体与风罩结合在一起,另一侧与束风箱连接,束风箱与出风口连接;滤芯室上方装配外挂件固定座。该发明可以通过和新风系统匹配安装,更换室内空气。把室内异味、缺氧的劣质空气置换成新鲜洁净的空气。

该发明属于节能环保工程利用的范畴。
背景技术
我们公司自主开发的常温空气清新系统和太阳能空调新风系统都需要把净化和或调温的清新空气配送到室内,都需要把室外空气净化后在配送到室内;再则现在空气质量很不好,开发研制通透性好效果好的空气处理设备尤为必要。
发明内容
根据以上需要,开发设计了这种振动式空气滤清模块。
本发明的解决方案是:振动式空气滤清模块由固定座、风罩、滤芯室、软连接体、束风箱、出风口、外挂件固定座组成;其特征是:固定座的上方装配滤芯室与风罩;滤芯室一侧通过软连接体与风罩结合在一起,另一侧与束风箱连接,束风箱与出风口连接;滤芯室上方装配外挂件固定座。
如上所述,滤芯室由多个滤芯模块格组成,滤芯模块格可以装配不同功能的滤芯模块;滤芯模块格都能拉出并严密装配滤芯模块。
如上所述,风罩由风罩壳、滤网、减震垫、振动器组成;滤网固定在风罩壳中部,振动器固定在风罩壳的下部内侧,减震垫固定在风罩壳的下部外侧;风罩通过减震垫与固定座结合在一起。
如上所述,软连接体是由柔韧材质制成的密封缓冲装置,是避免风罩震动除尘时对滤芯室造成冲击破损的配置。
如上所述,外挂件固定座上装配可控电源和静电发生器、臭氧发生器以及一切滤芯模块需要匹配的外挂配套装置;可控电源属于智能电子控制电源,预留多路可控电源接口;振动器、静电发生器、臭氧发生器通过电源线与可控电源连接,可控电源可以依据工作时间对振动器、静电发生器、臭氧发生器进行自动化控制或定时控制;静电发生器通过电源线与相匹配的滤芯模块格连接,臭氧发生器通过导管及电源线与相应的滤芯模块格连接。
如上所述,束风箱和出风口合为一体,可以集束新鲜空气并导出。
该发明的运行原理是:本发明装配到新风系统上,出风口与风机的进风口接合,风机启动后,振动式空气滤清模块处于负压状态,室外的空气就会经过风罩的滤网第一次过滤进入风罩,一些大的颗粒物被阻挡下;较为干净的空气进入滤芯室,经过更细的颗粒物滤芯模块、除异味滤芯模块、除菌滤芯模块、紫外线滤芯模块、静电吸附滤芯模块的过滤,成为干净清新的新鲜空气进入束风箱,经过出风口进入新风系统得以分配利用。时间长了以后,风罩的滤网会因为浮尘阻塞,振动器还会在可控电源的支配下,在设定的时间段自动振动除尘。
该发明的有益效果是:该发明可以通过和新风系统匹配安装,更换室内空气。把室内异味、缺氧的劣质空气置换成新鲜洁净的空气。

振动式空气滤清模块由固定座(1)、风罩(2)、滤芯室(3)、软连接体(4)、束风箱(5)、出风口(6)、外挂件固定座(7)组成;其特征是:固定座(1)的上方装配滤芯室(3)与风罩(2);滤芯室(3)一侧通过软连接体(4)与风罩(2)结合在一起,另一侧与束风箱(5)连接,束风箱(5)与出风口(6)连接;滤芯室(3)上方装配外挂件固定座(7)。
如上所述,滤芯室(3)由多个滤芯模块格(31)组成,滤芯模块格(31)可以装配不同功能的滤芯模块;滤芯模块格(31)都能拉出并严密装配滤芯模块。风罩(2)由风罩壳(21)、滤网(22)、减震垫(23)、振动器(24)组成;滤网(22)固定在风罩壳(21)中部,振动器(24)固定在风罩壳(21)的下部内侧,减震垫(23)固定在风罩壳(21)的下部外侧;风罩(2)通过减震垫(23)与固定座(1)结合在一起。软连接体(4)是由柔韧材质制成的密封缓冲装置,是避免风罩(2)震动除尘时对滤芯室(3)造成冲击破损的配置。
如上所述,外挂件固定座(7)上装配可控电源(71)和静电发生器(72)、臭氧发生器(73)以及一切滤芯模块需要匹配的外挂配套装置;可控电源(71)属于智能电子控制电源,预留多路可控电源接口;振动器(24)、静电发生器(72)、臭氧发生器(73)通过电源线与可控电源(71)连接,可控电源(71)可以依据工作时间对振动器(24)、静电发生器(72)、臭氧发生器(73)进行自动化控制或定时控制;静电发生器(72)通过电源线与相匹配的滤芯模块格(31)连接,臭氧发生器(73)通过导管及电源线与相应的滤芯模块格(31)连接。束风箱(5)和出风口(6)合为一体,可以集束新鲜空气并导出。

1.振动式空气滤清模块由固定座(1)、风罩(2)、滤芯室(3)、软连接体(4)、束风箱(5)、出风口(6)、外挂件固定座(7)组成;其特征是:固定座(1)的上方装配滤芯室(3)与风罩(2);滤芯室(3)一侧通过软连接体(4)与风罩(2)结合在一起,另一侧与束风箱(5)连接,束风箱(5)与出风口(6)连接;滤芯室(3)上方装配外挂件固定座(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的振动式空气滤清模块,其特征是:滤芯室(3)由多个滤芯模块格(31)组成,滤芯模块格(31)可以装配不同功能的滤芯模块;滤芯模块格(31)都能拉出并严密装配滤芯模块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的振动式空气滤清模块,其特征是:风罩(2)由风罩壳(21)、滤网(22)、减震垫(23)、振动器(24)组成;滤网(22)固定在风罩壳(21)中部,振动器(24)固定在风罩壳(21)的下部内侧,减震垫(23)固定在风罩壳(21)的下部外侧;风罩(2)通过减震垫(23)与固定座(1)结合在一起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的振动式空气滤清模块,其特征是:软连接体(4)是由柔韧材质制成的密封缓冲装置,是避免风罩(2)震动除尘时对滤芯室(3)造成冲击破损的配置。
