一种空气净化装置,包括壳体、初效过滤器及风机,其中,壳体的两侧设置有进风口及出风口,风机安装在壳体内的出风侧,初效过滤器安装在壳体内的进风侧,在初效过滤器与风机之间依次设置有PM2.5过滤器、电极除烟器。与现有的相比,本发明的有益效果是:体积小巧,方便移动,成本低,满足大众需求,空气净化过滤效果好。

技术领域
  本发明属于净化设备,具体的为一种空气净化装置。
背景技术
  般地,由于在室内空间中生命体的重复呼吸,随着时间的流逝在密闭空间,例如室内空间中的空气逐渐地被污染,因此,有必要使用新鲜的室外空气频繁地替换室内空间中的污染空气。为此,通常使用利用全热交换器的通风系统,现有的通风系统体积较大,一般直接安装在墙壁上,占用室内空间较大,费用较高,不便于移动。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构紧凑、体积小、使用及移动方便的空气净化装置。
本发明的目的是采用以下技术方案实现的,它包含壳体、初效过滤器及风机,其中,壳体的两侧设置有进风口及出风口,风机安装在壳体内的出风侧,初效过滤器安装在壳体内的进风侧,在初效过滤器与风机之间依次设置有PM2.5过滤器、电极除烟器。
进一步初效过滤器包括过滤室、微型水泵及滤液池,其中,过滤室内填充有能左右通风的水帘纸填料,滤液池位置过滤室的下方,微型水泵的进端连通滤液池,微型水泵的出端连通设置在过滤室顶部的喷淋器。
进一步在PM2.5过滤器与电极除烟器之间的壳体内设置有负离子发生器。
进一步在壳体的下端设置有车轮。
与现有的相比,本发明的有益效果是:体积小巧,方便移动,成本低,满足大众需求,空气净化过滤效果好。

具体实施方式
  为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与作用更加清楚及易于了解,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步阐述:
如图1所示,本发明包含壳体1、初效过滤器2及风机3,其中,壳体1的两侧设置有进风口4及出风口5,风机3安装在壳体1内的出风侧,初效过滤器2安装在壳体内的进风侧,在初效过滤器2与风机3之间依次设置有PM2.5过滤器6、电极除烟器7。
风机将空气由进风口4吸入,经初效过滤器2过滤后,再将PM2.5过滤器6滤除空气中的颗粒物,再将电极除烟器7除去烟尘,最后由出风口5送出,形成负离子气流,达到清洁、净化空气的目的。
如图1所示,初效过滤器包括过滤室21、微型水泵22及滤液池23,其中,过滤室21内填充有能左右通风的水帘纸填料24,滤液池23位置过滤室21的下方,微型水泵22的进端连通滤液池23,微型水泵22的出端连通设置在过滤室21顶部的喷淋器25。
风机吸入空气,初效过滤器中微型水泵启动后,将滤液池内的滤液送入喷淋器,由喷淋器将滤液喷淋到水帘纸填料上,空气从水帘纸填料中穿过,将空气进行初效过滤净化,滤液从水帘纸填料上又流入滤液池内。
如图1所示,在PM2.5过滤器6与电极除烟器7之间的壳体1内设置有负离子发生器8。负离子发生器8与前置过滤的空气结合可将其中的氧分子结合,将其电离形成负氧离子。为了方便移动,在壳体1的下端设置有车轮9,可以将本发明移动到室内任何地方使用。为了方便提动或推动壳体,在壳体的顶部设置有提手柄10。

1.一种空气净化装置,其特征在于:它包括壳体、初效过滤器及风机,其中,壳体的两侧设置有进风口及出风口,风机安装在壳体内的出风侧,初效过滤器安装在壳体内的进风侧,在初效过滤器与风机之间依次设置有PM2.5过滤器、电极除烟器。
2. 如权利要求1所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于:初效过滤器包括过滤室、微型水泵及滤液池,其中,过滤室内填充有能左右通风的水帘纸填料,滤液池位置过滤室的下方,微型水泵的进端连通滤液池,微型水泵的出端连通设置在过滤室顶部的喷淋器。
3. 如权利要求1或2所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于:在PM2.5过滤器与电极除烟器之间的壳体内设置有负离子发生器。
4.如权利要求3所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于:在壳体的下端设置有车轮。
5. 如权利要求4所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于:在壳体的顶部设置有提手柄。
