本发明公开了一种汽车用的内饰板,包括饰板本体，所述饰板本体的表面依次设有铝箔和针织布，所述铝箔包覆在饰板本体表面，所述饰板本体、铝箔、针织布上均设有直径为1-2mm的孔，所述针织布的外侧表面复合有木纹皮；所述针织布与铝箔之间还设有防潮层；所述防潮层包括环氧树脂板和固化于环氧树脂板内部的电热部件。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车饰件技术领域，尤其涉及一种汽车用的内饰板。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高，汽车的使用量逐年增多，人们不仅关注其内在的品质与造型，对汽车的美容装饰也越来越追求个性化，其美观和安装使用便捷成为其需要具备的必要特征。通常有水洒落在车辆内饰板上之后只有简单的擦拭，等待自然干燥，容易发霉，易脏，车辆在潮湿环境下长期停放也会造成内饰板发霉。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种透气性和柔韧性较好，贴皮后能保持平整美观的汽车用的内饰板，安装使用便捷，且制造成本低，无污染。
本发明的汽车用的内饰板,包括饰板本体，所述饰板本体的表面依次设有铝箔和针织布，所述铝箔包覆在饰板本体表面，所述饰板本体、铝箔、针织布上均设有直径为1-2mm的孔，所述针织布的表面复合有木纹皮；所述针织布与铝箔之间还设有防潮层；所述防潮层包括环氧树脂板和固化于环氧树脂板内部的电热部件。
进一步，所述电热部件为电热丝网。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：本发明方案的汽车用的内饰板,通过其层状结构的改进，来提高汽车用的内饰板的透气性和柔韧性，同时由于其饰板本体、铝箔、针织布上均设有若干个孔，在针织布表面贴上木纹皮后，可以在饰板本体的另一面采取吸气等方式，使所贴的木纹皮能紧贴在饰板本体上，保持了饰板本体贴皮的平整与美观；内饰板弄湿或受潮后可利用防潮层的热量进行快速烘干，利于保持干净整洁，防止发霉。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示，本实施例的汽车用的内饰板,包括饰板本体1，所述饰板本体1的表面依次设有铝箔2和针织布3，所述铝箔2包覆在饰板本体1表面，所述饰板本体1、铝箔2、针织布3上均设有直径为1-2mm的孔，所述针织布3的表面复合有木纹皮4；所述针织布3与铝箔2之间还设有防潮层；所述防潮层包括环氧树脂板5和固化于环氧树脂板5内部的电热部件6；所述电热部件6为电热丝网；本发明方案的汽车用的内饰板,通过其层状结构的改进，来提高汽车用的内饰板的透气性和柔韧性，同时由于其饰板本体1、铝箔2、针织布3上均设有若干个孔，在针织布3表面贴上木纹皮4后，可以在饰板本体1的另一面采取吸气等方式，使所贴的木纹皮4能紧贴在饰板本体1上，保持了饰板本体1贴皮的平整与美观，很好的满足了实际的使用需求；内饰板弄湿或受潮后可利用防潮层的热量进行快速烘干，利于保持干净整洁，防止发霉。

1.一种汽车用的内饰板,包括饰板本体，其特征在于：所述饰板本体的表面依次设有铝箔和针织布，所述铝箔包覆在饰板本体表面，所述饰板本体、铝箔、针织布上均设有直径为1-2mm的孔，所述针织布的表面复合有木纹皮；所述针织布与铝箔之间还设有防潮层；所述防潮层包括环氧树脂板和固化于环氧树脂板内部的电热部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用的内饰板，其特征在于：所述电热部件为电热丝网。
