本发明公开了一种轻型复合材料，该轻型复合材料包括EVA材料层，EVA材料层上方设有具有装饰表层，装饰表层在EVA材料层上，二者为粘贴粘结。EVA材料层下方设有硬质材料层。本复合材料层采用EVA材料层，不但可以有效提高柔韧性、抗冲击性，更加可以增加有硬质材料层，使复合材料保持相当的硬度，避免出现折皱现象，具有重量轻、韧性强及制造成本低等特点，其结构简单，非常方便实用，适合普遍推广使用。

本发明涉及一种轻型复合材料，可以普遍适用于箱体领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对于箱子的要求也越来越多，不仅仅局限于过去箱子使用质量，更多关注于结构轻巧、重量轻、低成本。而目前市场上出现的各种箱子，虽然其是以多层塑料材料制成，满足了重量轻及价格便宜的优点，但是其所具有的结构强度对于金属复合材料而言并不足够。同时，现有的箱体由于EVA材料结构强度低，容易出现折皱，影响美观。
发明内容
本发明就是为解决上述技术问题，提供一种轻型复合材料。
为了实现以上目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种轻型复合材料，主要由EVA材料层构成，EVA材料层上方设有具有装饰作用的装饰表层，装饰表层粘合在EVA材料层上，所述材料层为1～10层ABS塑料层；所述的EVA材料层下方设有硬质材料层；所述的硬质材料层可以为PC工程塑料层。
有益效果：采用EVA材料层，不但可以有效提高柔韧性、抗冲击性，更加可以增加有硬质材料层，使复合材料保持相当的硬度，避免出现折皱现象，具有重量轻、韧性强及制造成本低等特点，其结构简单，非常方便实用，适合普遍推广使用。
