本发明提供一种手机锂电池极板刷粉装置,包括运输轨道,所述运输轨道上设置有粉料刷,所述粉料刷通过两端的支撑架设置在运输轨道上,所述粉料刷右侧设置有粉料刷制确认装置,所述粉料刷制确认装置右端设置有补粉刷,所述补粉刷通过上端设置的升降气缸进行升降,所述补粉刷右端设置有刮料板。通过运输轨道对极板进行运输,并且通过粉料刷对极板进行刷粉工作,设置粉料刷制确认装置控制补粉刷对未刷部位进行补刷,并且通过刮料板对刷粉过后的极板上多余粉料进行刮下,设置高度调整杆对刮料板的高度进行调节,以适应不同规格的极板。

手机锂电池极板刷粉装置
技术领域
本发明涉及手机电池制造领域,尤其涉及一种自动对手机锂电池正负极片进行刷粉工作的手机锂电池极板刷粉装置。
背景技术
在制作手机用锂电池时,通常需要对锂电池内部的正负极板进行刷粉处理,以提高极板的使用性能。目前对极板进行刷粉通常是人工作业,工人手持刷子对极板进行涂刷,工作效率低且容易使人疲劳,造成漏刷或忘刷,虽然人工涂刷可以自行对涂刷过后的位置进行补刷,但涂刷不均匀,影响产品生产的一致性。因此,解决手机锂电池极板刷粉工作效率低且涂刷不均匀的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种自动对手机锂电池正负极片进行刷粉工作的手机锂电池极板刷粉装置,通过运输轨道对极板进行运输,并且通过粉料刷对极板进行刷粉工作,设置粉料刷制确认装置控制补粉刷对未刷部位进行补刷,解决了手机锂电池极板刷粉工作效率低且涂刷不均匀的问题。
本发明提供一种手机锂电池极板刷粉装置,包括运输轨道,所述运输轨道上设置有粉料刷,所述粉料刷通过两端的支撑架设置在运输轨道上,所述粉料刷右侧设置有粉料刷制确认装置,所述粉料刷制确认装置右端设置有补粉刷,所述补粉刷通过上端设置的升降气缸进行升降,所述补粉刷右端设置有刮料板。
进一步改进在于:所述粉料刷制确认装置为高清拍摄装置,所述粉料刷制确认装置与升降气缸电连接,当粉料刷制确认装置检测到有漏刷时控制升降气缸下降带动补粉刷进行补刷。
进一步改进在于:所述刮料板上端设置有高度调整杆,通过高度调整杆调整刮料板与运输轨道之间的间距。
进一步改进在于:所述粉料刷制确认装置的数量至少为两个,且并排设置在运输轨道上方,所述补粉刷和升降气缸的数量与粉料刷制确认装置的数量一致,且每个粉料刷制确认装置控制一组补粉刷和升降气缸。
进一步改进在于:所述刮料板下方、运输轨道下部设置有残料回收盒。
本发明的有益效果是:通过运输轨道对极板进行运输,并且通过粉料刷对极板进行刷粉工作,设置粉料刷制确认装置控制补粉刷对未刷部位进行补刷,并且通过刮料板对刷粉过后的极板上多余粉料进行刮下,设置高度调整杆对刮料板的高度进行调节,以适应不同规格的极板。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种手机锂电池极板刷粉装置,包括运输轨道1,所述运输轨道1上设置有粉料刷2,所述粉料刷2通过两端的支撑架3设置在运输轨道1上,所述粉料刷2右侧设置有粉料刷制确认装置4,所述粉料刷制确认装置4右端设置有补粉刷5,所述补粉刷5通过上端设置的升降气缸6进行升降,所述补粉刷5右端设置有刮料板7。所述粉料刷制确认装置4为高清拍摄装置,所述粉料刷制确认装置4与升降气缸6电连接,当粉料刷制确认装置4检测到有漏刷时控制升降气缸6下降带动补粉刷5进行补刷。所述刮料板7上端设置有高度调整杆8,通过高度调整杆8调整刮料板7与运输轨道1之间的间距。所述粉料刷制确认装置4的数量为两个,且并排设置在运输轨道1上方,所述补粉刷5和升降气缸6的数量与粉料刷制确认装置4的数量一致,且每个粉料刷制确认装置4控制一组补粉刷5和升降气缸6。所述刮料板7下方、运输轨道1下部设置有残料回收盒9。通过运输轨道1对极板进行运输,并且通过粉料刷2对极板进行刷粉工作,设置粉料刷制确认装置4控制补粉刷5对未刷部位进行补刷,并且通过刮料板7对刷粉过后的极板上多余粉料进行刮下,设置高度调整杆8对刮料板7的高度进行调节,以适应不同规格的极板。

1.一种手机锂电池极板刷粉装置,包括运输轨道(1),所述运输轨道(1)上设置有粉料刷(2),其特征在于:所述粉料刷(2)通过两端的支撑架(3)设置在运输轨道(1)上,所述粉料刷(2)右侧设置有粉料刷制确认装置(4),所述粉料刷制确认装置(4)右端设置有补粉刷(5),所述补粉刷(5)通过上端设置的升降气缸(6)进行升降,所述补粉刷(5)右端设置有刮料板(7),所述刮料板(7)上端设置有高度调整杆(8),通过高度调整杆(8)调整刮料板(7)与运输轨道(1)之间的间距,所述粉料刷制确认装置(4)为高清拍摄装置,所述粉料刷制确认装置(4)与升降气缸(6)电连接,当粉料刷制确认装置(4)检测到有漏刷时控制升降气缸(6)下降带动补粉刷(5)进行补刷。
2.如权利要求1所述的手机锂电池极板刷粉装置,其特征在于:所述粉料刷制确认装置(4)的数量至少为两个,且并排设置在运输轨道(1)上方,所述补粉刷(5)和升降气缸(6)的数量与粉料刷制确认装置(4)的数量一致,且每个粉料刷制确认装置(4)控制一组补粉刷(5)和升降气缸(6)。
