背景技术
乳腺炎是女性常见的疾病，根据病因的不同可以分为急性化脓性乳腺炎、乳晕旁瘘管、浆细胞性乳腺炎等，最常见的急性化脓性乳腺炎。急性化脓性乳腺炎常发生于哺乳期，特别是初产妇产后1～2个月内，故又叫急性哺乳期或产褥期化脓性乳腺炎，中医称为“乳痈”。初产妇急性乳腺炎的发病率高达2％～4％，比经产妇乳腺炎多1倍。乳汁淤积伴发细菌感染而发病，呈急性炎症表现，红肿热痛，寒战高热，早期可以手法排乳，中药治疗，化脓以后则需要切开引流。

本发明的目的在于：提出一种治疗急性乳腺炎的大黄组合药物。

包装：可为每小袋30g或每袋500克-1000克规格。
用法：将药粉30g倒入电热杯，加水200ml沸后10-15分钟，取液使用；内服1天3次。

典型病例：
吴某，女，24岁。产后半月，左侧乳房肿胀疼痛，畏寒发热。诊见：左乳房红肿灼热，内上缘可触及2厘米×3厘米硬结块，触痛明显，乳汁不畅，面色苍白，冲倦乏力，胸闷，口干苦，舌淡红、苔黄，脉细数。诊为急性乳腺炎，用本发明此方治疗；治疗1天，次日肿痛大减，寒热渐退，3日后诸症悉除，乳房肿块消失。
陈某，女，26岁。产后突然发热，乳房肿胀疼痛；体温38，17℃，扪左乳房有2个3厘米x4厘米的肿块，左腋下淋巴结肿大，乳房肿痛。检查：白细胞12300，中性粒细胞30％。用本发明此方治疗；治疗1天后，体温下降，诸症减轻；连治3天后，乳房肿痛消失，血象恢复正常而愈。
