Abstract

本发明公开了一种微型高清内窥镜,包括外管,所述外管内设有镜头、成像传感器、PCBA板和超细屏蔽电缆,其中,该镜头设置于外管的前端,且该镜头外套装有镜头管,所述镜头的后端与所述成像传感器连接,所述成像传感器又与PCBA板连接,所述PCBA板又与超细屏蔽电缆连接,所述镜头的视场角为120度,该内窥镜的分辨率为16万像素。本发明内窥镜的成像清晰度相对于传统的光纤镜整整提高了16倍。且本发明整体尺寸比较小,同时采用超细屏蔽电缆进行信号传输,使得整个内窥镜比较微小,应用时更加方便,使用效果更佳。

一种微型高清内窥镜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗机械设备,特别涉及一种微型高清内窥镜。
背景技术
传统的手术光纤内窥镜,其设计原理为前端光学镜头成像后通过成像光纤将图像传输到尾端目镜,医生通过目镜直接观测,或通过光学适配器再与成像传感器连接并将成像传感器的信号传输到计算机处理系统中,在终端显示器显示。但由于成像光纤受像素的限制,成像分辨率只能达到1万像素左右,因其图像清晰度不高,使用效果不佳,医生对病况的解析有限。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种成像清晰度较高且使用效果较佳的微型高清内窥镜。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种微型高清内窥镜,包括外管,所述外管内设有镜头、成像传感器、PCBA板和超细屏蔽电缆,其中,该镜头设置于外管的前端,且该镜头外套装有镜头管,所述镜头的后端与所述成像传感器连接,所述成像传感器又与PCBA板连接,所述PCBA板又与超细屏蔽电缆连接,所述镜头的视场角为120度,该内窥镜的分辨率为16万像素。
进一步的,所述镜头管的内径为1.25mm,所述镜头管的外径为1.45mm。
进一步的,所述外管的内径为1.45mm,所述外管的外径为1.55mm。
进一步的,该内窥镜的长度为0.5-4mm。
进一步的,所述外管前端的材料为316不锈钢,外管后部的材料为TPE。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将微小镜头与成像传感器组合后置于内窥镜的前端,成像传感器的输出信号通过超细屏蔽电缆可将信号传输到外部的计算机系统,这些信号经计算机处理后送显示器。本发明内窥镜的成像清晰度相对于传统的光纤镜整整提高了16倍。且本发明整体尺寸比较小,同时采用超细屏蔽电缆进行信号传输,使得整个内窥镜比较微小,应用时更加方便,使用效果更佳。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1所示,一种微型高清内窥镜,包括外管1,该外管1为不锈钢管,所述外管1内设有镜头2、成像传感器3、PCBA板4和超细屏蔽电缆5,其中,该镜头2设置于外管1的前端,且该镜头2外套装有镜头管6,所述镜头2的后端与所述成像传感器3连接。在本发明中,该成像传感器3的尺寸为1×1mm。所述成像传感器3又与PCBA板4连接,所述PCBA板4又与超细屏蔽电缆5连接,该超细屏蔽电缆5的前端部置于外管1内,所述镜头2的视场角为120度,该内窥镜的分辨率为16万像素,且该内窥镜的帧数为30fps,景深为2-50mm。。
进一步说,所述镜头管6的内径为1.25mm,所述镜头管6的外径为1.45mm。
进一步说,所述外管1的内径为1.45mm,所述外管1的外径为1.55mm。
进一步说,该内窥镜的长度为0.5-4mm。
进一步说,所述外管前端的材料为316不锈钢,外管后部的材料为TPE。
本发明将微小的镜头2与成像传感器3及照明光源(照明光源为光纤照明、LED照明或者也可不设置照明光源)组合后置于内窥镜的前端,成像传感器3的输出信号通过超细屏蔽电缆5可将信号传输到外部的计算机系统,这些信号经计算机处理后送显示器。本发明内窥镜的成像清晰度相对于传统的光纤镜整整提高了16倍。且本发明整体尺寸比较小,整个内窥镜的直径为1.55mm-2.55mm,同时采用超细屏蔽电缆5进行信号传输,使得整个内窥镜比较微小,应用时更加方便,使用效果更佳。

1.一种微型高清内窥镜,其特征在于:包括外管,所述外管内设有镜头、成像传感器、PCBA板和超细屏蔽电缆,其中,该镜头设置于外管的前端,且该镜头外套装有镜头管,所述镜头的后端与所述成像传感器连接,所述成像传感器又与PCBA板连接,所述PCBA板又与超细屏蔽电缆连接,所述镜头的视场角为120度,该内窥镜的分辨率为16万像素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型高清内窥镜,其特征在于:所述镜头管的内径为1.25mm,所述镜头管的外径为1.45mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微型高清内窥镜,其特征在于:所述外管的内径为1.45mm,所述外管的外径为1.55mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微型高清内窥镜,其特征在于:该内窥镜的长度为0.5-4mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微型高清内窥镜,其特征在于:所述外管前端的材料为316不锈钢,外管后部的材料为TPE。
