It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
It will be understood that, although the terms first, second, etc. may be used herein to describe various information, these information should not be limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one type of information from another. For example, first information may also be referred to as second information, and similarly, second information may also be referred to as first information, without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "when … …" or "in response to a determination", depending on the context.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an assembly structure of a PCB board and an apparatus housing of an electronic apparatus according to the present disclosure; fig. 2 is a schematic view of a partial structure of the electronic device of the present disclosure. In this disclosure, change the traditional structure of PCB board in having electronic components PCB board department, get rid of the slitter edge leftover bits of PCB board that does not have communication function to increase the usage space in the equipment casing, improved the local intensity of equipment casing, and fix electronic components on the equipment casing, thereby improved the positioning accuracy of the assembly of electronic components and casing. Alternatively, the electronic device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, and the like. The disclosed figures are presented by way of example of a cell phone.
The electronic device of the present disclosure includes: a device case 11, a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) 12, and a connector 13. Wherein, the PCB 12 is located in the device housing 11 to carry communications between electronic components of the electronic device, and the connector 13 is disposed at an edge of the PCB 12 to allow external devices to implement communications connection through the connector 13, such as: a USB connector. Preferably, the connection port of the connector 1 is flush with the device housing 11, which not only facilitates connection with external devices but also increases the aesthetic appearance of the electronic device.
The position of the PCB 12 where the connector 13 is assembled is provided with a notch 121, so that the traditional PCB with a large area is removed from the leftover material (i.e. the PCB without the communication function part) for fixing the connector 13, and by such arrangement, not only the area of the PCB 12 can be reduced, but also the use space in the device housing 11 can be increased. Further, the connector 13 partially extends beyond the PCB 12 and does not extend beyond the device housing 11. In the present disclosure, the area of the gap 121 is smaller than the projection area of the connector 13 on the plane of the PCB 12. Thus, the PCB 12 reserves a part of space for accommodating the connector 13 without affecting the communication of the PCB 12.
Specifically, the connector 13 includes a connector body 131, connection pins 132 disposed at a tail portion of the connector body 131, and connection ports 133 disposed at a head portion of the connector body 131. The connecting pins 132 are connected to the PCB 12 and correspondingly connected to the circuit matching the connecting pins 132; the connection port 133 extends beyond the PCB 12, and preferably, the connector body 131 extends beyond the PCB 12 as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the connection stability with the PCB 12, so as to reduce the area of the PCB as much as possible, and thus, from the perspective of a manufacturer, the cost can be saved.
Further, the connector 13 further includes first connection portions 134 disposed on two sides of the connector body 131, where the first connection portions 134 are fixed on the device housing 11 through connection members, and optionally, the first connection portions 134 are metal sheets respectively extending outward from two sides of the connector body 131, and connection holes are disposed on the metal sheets so that the connection members penetrate through the connection holes to fix the connector 13 on the device housing 11. Specifically, in the present disclosure, the connecting member may be a screw, a rivet, or the like.
The connector 13 further includes a second connecting portion 135 near the connecting port 133, and the second connecting portion 135 is engaged with the connecting position of the device housing 11. Of course, the second connecting portion 135 may be fixed to the device housing 11 by a connector. Optionally, the second connecting portion 135 is a metal sheet extending outward from two sides of the connector body 131, and the metal sheet can be bent and hooked at the connecting position of the device housing 11, so that the connecting port 133 of the connector 13 can be stably positioned, and the connecting port 133 of the connector 13 is prevented from deviating and inclining, and thus does not correspond to the opening of the device housing 11 for accommodating the connector 12.
In addition, the connector 13 further includes a third connecting portion 136 near the connecting pin 132, and the third connecting portion 136 is at least matched with the connecting position of the card hook on the PCB 12. Optionally, the third connecting portion 136 is a metal sheet extending outward from two sides of the connector body 131, and the metal sheet can be bent and hooked at the connecting position of the device housing 11, so that the third connecting portion 136 can further ensure that the connecting pin 132 of the connector 13 is connected to the corresponding circuit on the PCB 13 in a matching manner, thereby avoiding the occurrence of deviation and skew, which may affect the reliability of the communication between the connector 13 and the PCB 12.
In the present disclosure, the first and second connection parts 134 and 135 are beyond the PCB board 12, and the first connection part 134 is located between the second and third connection parts 135 and 136. The first connecting portion 134 plays a main role in fixing the overall structure of the connector 13, and the second connecting portion 135 and the third connecting portion 136 respectively play a role in ensuring the precise positioning of the two ends of the connector 13.
The utility model provides an electronic equipment removes the slitter edge leftover bits through the PCB with in the equipment to reduce the area of PCB board, increase equipment casing's usage space, improved the peripheral intensity of equipment casing, further can improve the positioning accuracy of electronic component equipment casing on the PCB board.
Other embodiments of the disclosure will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of the specification and practice of the disclosure disclosed herein. This application is intended to cover any variations, uses, or adaptations of the disclosure following, in general, the principles of the disclosure and including such departures from the present disclosure as come within known or customary practice within the art to which the disclosure pertains. It is intended that the specification and examples be considered as exemplary only, with a true scope and spirit of the disclosure being indicated by the following claims.
