本发明设计一种花盘螺母,属于螺母联接技术领域。
背景技术
在实现机件之间共同工作时,需要通过螺母进行联接。受工作环境的影响要求螺母不占空间位置,又不能随意发生转动,又能牢固地联接机件与机件,而目前市面上还没有一种这样的螺母。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,从而提供一种花盘螺母。
一种花盘螺母,它由花盘部位和外螺纹部位构成,所述花盘部位四面均设为凹弧状A;所述的外螺纹部位四面均设为凹弧状B。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明解决机件之间需要螺母联接牢固,要求螺母不占空间位置,又不能随意发生转动,又便于装配拆卸。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明:
一种花盘螺母,它由花盘部位1和外螺纹部位2构成,所述花盘部位1四面均设为凹弧状A3;所述的外螺纹部位2四面均设为凹弧状B4。
本发明机件组合时,对花盘部位1的凹弧状A3进行受力把外螺纹部位2的凹弧状B旋入机件组合体,通过此花盘螺母能够将机件组合牢固地联接在一起,由于机件工作空间不允许有其它的超出长度域干涉,因此该螺母花盘部位1可很好地避让和沉入机件,在正常的工作时可以防止螺母任意转动。

1.一种花盘螺母,其特征在于:它由花盘部位(1)和外螺纹部位(2)构成,所述花盘部位(1)四面均设为凹弧状A(3);所述的外螺纹部位(2)四面均设为凹弧状B(4)。
