技术领域
本发明涉及一种双层铝蜂窝板。
背景技术
目前，用于大厦外墙、天花吊顶、内墙间隔、大型屋面等建筑部位的保温隔热板件大多选用蜂窝板，蜂窝板是一种轻质、高刚度的板材，具有较广泛的运用领域。
现有的铝蜂窝板，它包括面层板、中层板及底层板，在面层板与中层板之间纵向设置蜂窝状支撑件，在中层板与底层板之间设置隔热层，面层板、中层板与底层板之间采用隔热构件连接，使蜂窝板在具有其原来的优点的基础上，更具有了保温隔热性能。但是，现有的这种保温蜂窝板，虽然在蜂窝板原有的优点上具有了保温隔热的作用，但是这种蜂窝板并不具有绝燃隔热的性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、轻质稳固和安装方便的双层铝蜂窝板。
为解决上述问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种双层铝蜂窝板，包括上层固定板、挡板和下层固定板，所述上层固定板的上方设置有上铝合金板，所述上铝合金板与上层固定板相粘合，所述上层固定板下方设有粘胶层，所述上层固定板下方的两端设置有卡持件，所述挡板上端与上层固定板相嵌合、下端与下层固定板相嵌合，所述挡板的内侧设置有凸板，所述挡板中部设置有蜂窝板，所述蜂窝板的上端与粘胶层相粘合，所述下层固定板的上方设置有钣金件，所述钣金件与下层固定板相粘合，所述下层固定板的下方设置有下铝合金板。
作为优选，所述上铝合金板的表面为光滑设置，有利于使用者对光滑的上铝合金板进行装饰。
作为优选，所述凸板的上下两端皆设置卡持槽，能够与上层固定板相卡持固定。
作为优选，所述钣金件两侧与挡板相固定，通过钣金件能够将挡板固定，有利于使得双层蜂窝板更加牢固。
作为优选，所述下层固定板上方的两端设置有卡持件，有利于与挡板相固定。
作为优选，所述下铝合金板的表面为磨砂面设置，有利于增加与固定物的粘合面积，使得粘合更加牢固。
作为优选，所述蜂窝板的厚度为5cm，有利于增厚双层铝蜂窝板。
作为优选，所述下铝合金板上设置有螺孔，有利于下铝合金板在与固定物粘合时通过螺孔连接，有利于加强固定。
本发明的有益效果为：由于设置上层固定板，能够粘合上铝合金板，由于设置有粘合胶，能够与蜂窝板相粘合固定，由于设置有挡板，能够支撑起上层固定板和下层固定板，由于设置有蜂窝板，能够减轻重量并提高支撑力，由于设置有钣金件，能够通过钣金件固定挡板，有利于阻止挡板受力变形。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种双层铝蜂窝板，包括上层固定板1、挡板2和下层固定板3，所述上层固定板1的上方设置有上铝合金板4，所述上铝合金板4与上层固定板1相粘合，所述上层固定板2下方设有粘胶层5，所述上层固定板1下方的两端设置有卡持件6，所述挡板2上端与上层固定板1相嵌合、下端与下层固定板3相嵌合，所述挡板2的内侧设置有凸板7，所述挡板2中部设置有蜂窝板8，所述蜂窝板8的上端与粘胶层5相粘合，所述下层固定板3的上方设置有钣金件9，所述钣金件9与下层固定板2相粘合，所述下层固定板3的下方设置有下铝合金板10。
所述上铝合金板4的表面为光滑设置，有利于使用者对光滑的上铝合金板进行装饰。
所述凸板7的上下两端皆设置卡持槽，能够与上层固定板1相卡持固定。
所述钣金件9两侧与挡板2相固定，通过钣金件9能够将挡板2固定，有利于使得双层蜂窝板更加牢固。
所述下层固定板3上方的两端设置有卡持件6，有利于与挡板2相固定。
所述下铝合金板10的表面为磨砂面设置，有利于增加与固定物的粘合面积，使得粘合更加牢固。
所述蜂窝板8的厚度为5cm，有利于增厚双层铝蜂窝板。
所述下铝合金板10上设置有螺孔(未图示)，有利于下铝合金板10在与固定物粘合时通过螺孔连接，有利于加强固定。
本发明的有益效果为：由于设置上层固定板，能够粘合上铝合金板，由于设置有粘合胶，能够与蜂窝板相粘合固定，由于设置有挡板，能够支撑起上层固定板和下层固定板，由于设置有蜂窝板，能够减轻重量并提高支撑力，由于设置有钣金件，能够通过钣金件固定挡板，有利于阻止挡板受力变形。

1.一种双层铝蜂窝板，其特征在于：包括上层固定板、挡板和下层固定板，所述上层固定板的上方设置有上铝合金板，所述上铝合金板与上层固定板相粘合，所述上层固定板下方设有粘胶层，所述上层固定板下方的两端设置有卡持件，所述挡板上端与上层固定板相嵌合、下端与下层固定板相嵌合，所述挡板的内侧设置有凸板，所述挡板中部设置有蜂窝板，所述蜂窝板的上端与粘胶层相粘合，所述下层固定板的上方设置有钣金件，所述钣金件与下层固定板相粘合，所述下层固定板的下方设置有下铝合金板。
2.如权利要求1所述的双层铝蜂窝板，其特征在于：所述上铝合金板的表面为光滑设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的双层铝蜂窝板，其特征在于：所述凸板的上下两端皆设置卡持槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的双层铝蜂窝板，其特征在于：所述钣金件两侧与挡板相固定。
5.如权利要求4所述的双层铝蜂窝板，其特征在于：所述下层固定板上方的两端设置有卡持件。
6.如权利要求5所述的双层铝蜂窝板，其特征在于：所述下铝合金板的表面为磨砂面设置。
7.如权利要求6所述的双层铝蜂窝板，其特征在于：所述蜂窝板的厚度为5cm。
8.如权利要求7所述的双层铝蜂窝板，其特征在于：所述下铝合金板上设置有螺孔。
