Abstract

本发明涉及一种线光源装置,所述线光源装置为聚光单元组,所述聚光单元组包括聚光单元和外壳组成,所述聚光单元设置在所述外壳内部,所述聚光单元由光源、转向光导以及聚光Lens组成。本发明装置是的光源方向与原方案相比有一定的角度倾斜,可以更好地照射待检测物表面。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种线光源装置。
背景技术
目前线扫描相机所用重要光源是线光源,由于线光源的出射角度比较固定。如图1所示,第一线光源1包括,光源11以及聚光单元12,光源11将光线垂直射入聚光单元12,使得现有的线光源具有一定的局限性。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型结构的线光源装置,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种线光源装置。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种线光源装置,其特征在于:所述线光源装置为聚光单元组,所述聚光单元组包括聚光单元和外壳组成,所述聚光单元设置在所述外壳内部,所述聚光单元由光源、转向光导以及聚光Lens组成。
进一步的,所述转向光导优选为倾斜形。
进一步的,所述转向光导优选为靠近所述光源一端为直线形,靠近所述聚光Lens一端为倾斜形。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
本发明装置是的光源方向与原方案相比有一定的角度倾斜,可以更好地照射待检测物表面。

实施例1
参见图2,本发明一较佳实施例所述的一种线光源装置,线光源装置为聚光单元组,聚光单元组包括聚光单元和外壳11组成,聚光单元设置在所述外壳内部,所述聚光单元由光源12、转向光导14以及聚光Lens13组成,转向光导14优选为靠近所述光源一端为直线形,靠近所述聚光Lens一端为倾斜形。
实施例2
参见图3,本发明一较佳实施例所述的一种线光源装置,线光源装置为聚光单元组,聚光单元组包括聚光单元和外壳11组成,聚光单元设置在所述外壳内部,所述聚光单元由光源12、转向光导14以及聚光Lens13组成,转向光导14优选为倾斜形。

1.一种线光源装置,其特征在于:所述线光源装置为聚光单元组,所述聚光单元组包括聚光单元和外壳组成,所述聚光单元设置在所述外壳内部,所述聚光单元由光源、转向光导以及聚光Lens组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种线光源装置,其特征在于:所述转向光导优选为倾斜形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的线性光源检测装置,其特征在于:所述转向光导优选为靠近所述光源一端为直线形,靠近所述聚光Lens一端为倾斜形。
