本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨性高的管件。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现：一种耐磨管，包括合金基管所述合金基管上设有孔，所述孔内嵌有陶瓷体；所述耐磨管的内壁为橡胶层，外壁为保护胶层，所述合金基管与内壁及外壁之间留有空隙，空隙内设有浇筑层。
作为本发明的进一步优选方案，所述孔为圆锥形，所述陶瓷体为与之匹配的圆锥体。
作为本发明的进一步优选方案，所述孔为贯穿孔，所述陶瓷体的长度大于合金基管的厚度，所述陶瓷体的两端分别紧密贴合橡胶层及保护胶层。

1.一种耐磨管，包括合金基管(1)其特征在于：所述合金基管(1)上设有孔(2)，所述孔(2)内嵌有陶瓷体(3)；所述耐磨管的内壁为橡胶层(6)，外壁为保护胶层(7)，所述合金基管(1)与内壁及外壁之间留有空隙，所述空隙为0.5cm，空隙内设有浇筑层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨管，其特征在于：所述孔(2)为圆锥形，所述陶瓷体(3)为与之匹配的圆锥体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨管，其特征在于：所述孔(2)为贯穿孔，所述陶瓷体(3)的长度大于合计基管(1)的厚度，所述陶瓷体(3)的两端分别紧密贴合橡胶层(6)及保护胶层(7)。
