本发明公开了一种废活性炭再生处理方法,它包括储存,预处理,热力制取,焙烧,后处理及包装,和预热处理等步骤。本发明通过大量实验筛选出最佳的活性炭再生处理工艺步骤。本发明生产出的再生活性炭,其吸附性能要达到原活性炭的95%~110%,强度基本不变,再生率可保持在90%以上,且在整个再生活化过程中,运用生物质颗粒燃烧炉设备,通过燃烧生物质燃料,为隧道窑炉中部的高温活化区提供充足的热力,有利于保证再生活性炭的产品质量,可极大地减少原材料损耗,经济效益和生态效益好。同时,该工艺科学合理、技术成熟、安全环保,且对环境不造成二次污染,变废为宝,可减少资源浪费和环境污染,具有重要的经济价值和社会效益。
