Abstract
The invention relates to a sealant nozzle for coating bolt caps with sealant. The sealant nozzle comprises a connecting tube (3) located in the middle, a sealant nozzle base (2) and a front open mouth (4), wherein the sealant nozzle base (2) and the front open mouth (4) are located at the two ends of the connecting tube (3) respectively; the sealant nozzle base (2) is conical; the top of the sealant nozzle base (2) is communicated and connected with the end of the connecting tube (3); the bottom edge of the sealant nozzle base (2) is provided with an annular wing plate (1); the front open mouth (4) is conical; the top of the front open mouth (4) is communicated and connected with the end of the connecting tube (3); a vent hole (5) is formed in the sidewall of the front open mouth (4). Background
When the traditional glue gun is used for coating the sealant on the bolt cap head, the sealant is only extruded out, so that the sealant is accumulated on the bolt cap head, and then the accumulated sealant is manually smeared into a semicircular shape and completely covers the bolt cap head. The operation method not only is difficult to control the glue consumption, but also is not uniform in the coating shape of the sealant, so that the part of the bolt cap after glue coating is not beautiful, and the sealant is consumed.

In the embodiment, the annular wing plate 1, the rubber nozzle base 2, the connecting pipe 3 and the front opening 4 are manufactured by adopting an integral injection molding process; the cone angle of the front opening 4 cone is designed to be 90 degrees; the air holes 5 are arranged at the root positions of the front openings 4.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the usage of the present glue nozzle can be seen: the glue nozzle is matched with a glue gun 6 for use and is arranged at the front end of the glue gun 6; the connecting sleeve 7 is adopted during connection, namely the annular wing plate 1 of the glue nozzle is fixedly connected with the end part of the glue gun 6 through the connecting sleeve 7 after being butted, and the connecting sleeve 7 and the glue gun 6 can be fixedly connected in a bonding mode, a threaded connection mode and the like. The working process is as follows:
(1) putting sika sealant 8 into the inner cavity of the glue gun 6;
(2) the glue nozzle is placed at the front end of a glue gun 6, then a connecting sleeve 7 is sleeved on the glue nozzle and screwed at the front end of the shell of the glue gun 6, and the glue nozzle is fixed at the front part of the glue gun 6;
(3) uniformly coating a cleaning agent on the inner surface of a front opening 4 of the glue nozzle;
(4) buckling and pressing the front opening 4 of the rubber nozzle on a bolt cap head 9, wherein the bolt cap head 9 is centered;
(5) pushing a piston of the glue gun 6 to extrude the sealant 8 out of the glue nozzle;
(6) the sealant 8 is filled in the front opening 4 until the sealant 8 overflows from the air hole 5, and at the moment, the extrusion of the piston of the glue gun 6 is stopped;
(7) the glue nozzle is lifted, and the sealant 8 of the bolt cap head 9 is coated.
Therefore, the operation mode of the rubber nozzle is simple, the coating operation of the sealant 8 of the bolt cap head 9 is simplified, the operation efficiency is improved, the using amount of the sealant 8 is reduced, the appearance quality is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
