Figure 67 A-C illustrates that separator is arranged into the example of the method in fromer rail by a step with connecing a step.During beginning, as shown in Figure 67 A, separator 550 is reduced to the passage 586 limited by fromer rail 580.The power making separator 550 drop to passage 586 causes the tooth 562 on separator 550 to contact the top of fromer rail 580, and moves, as shown in Figure 67 B along towards separator 550 and the direction leaving fromer rail 580.Tooth 562 on separator 550 can be inclined-plane tooth, as shown in Figure 63.Fromer rail 580 comprises recess 589, and as shown in Figure 64, they engage the tooth 562 on separator 550.These recesses 589 by the tooth 588 on fromer rail 580 separately. When dropping to passage 586 (as shown in Figure 67 C) on fromer rail 580 further when separator 550, the tooth 564 of separator 550 is moved beyond the top of fromer rail 580, and moves in the recess 589 in fromer rail 580.When in the recess 589 of the tooth 564 on separator 550 in fromer rail 580, separator 550 is in bonding station, and can not under the power of normal size laterally direction move.
In an example, Figure 68 A-C illustrates another embodiment separator one step being placed on connecing a step method in fromer rail.In the initial step, as shown in Figure 68 A, resilient tongue or lug 564 are manually pushed rearward, and cause the tooth 562 on lug 564 to move backward towards separator 550.Shaft type pivot part permission resilient tongue or lug 564 remain on the position to pusher, and allow tooth 562 to remain on towards the position of separator 550.Then separator 550 is arranged as and contacts with fromer rail 580, as shown in Figure 68 B.The ridge of the groove 560 engagement leader rail 580 of separator 550 or tongue 584.Now, separator 550 laterally can move in direction along fromer rail, and can allow to be easy to layout designs again. But, separator 550 is along perpendicular to fromer rail 580 (namely, be parallel to separator 550) direction fix, and can not to move in the direction, the play very in a small amount only between the groove 560 of separator 550 and the ridge of fromer rail 580 or tongue 584.(represent with arrow " B " in Figure 86 H perpendicular to the local direction of fromer rail.) this play very in a small amount can be discovered by the user of system. When separator 550 contacts with fromer rail 580, the ridge of the groove 560 engagement leader rail 580 of separator 550 or tongue 584, as shown in Figure 68 B, separator 550 can be only mobile along the lateral (that is, this direction by arrow " A " in Figure 65 represented) vertical with fromer rail 580 along the plane of shelf (shelf represent with 596 in Figure 70 is with 71).Separator is fixing and immovable along shelf plane along every other direction except being parallel to the direction of fromer rail 580 under normal operating power.Separator can not reverse, tilt, fishtail type swings or otherwise move along shelf plane along the direction except being parallel to the direction of fromer rail 580.But separator 550 can move along the direction leaving shelf plane, the mode such as indicated by the arrow " C " in Figure 87 B.Separator 550, is with or without product on separator base plate 554, along being slided by arrow " A " indicated direction in Figure 65 before, and can not require that separator 550 is picked up.In last step, as shown in Figure 68 C, resilient tongue or lug 564 are manually pulled away from forward separator 550.In the recess 589 that this motion causes the tooth 562 on front separator 550 to fit in fromer rail 580.Recess 589 in fromer rail 580 by the tooth 588 in fromer rail separately. When the tooth 562 of separator 550 contacts with tooth 588 with the recess 589 in fromer rail 580, separator 550 engages, and can not laterally move in direction under the effect of the power of normal size.
In another example, resilient tongue or lug do not comprise and allow resilient tongue or lug 564 to remain on the shaft type pivot part promoting position backward. But resilient tongue or lug 564 are towards fromer rail 580 and away from separator 550 bias voltage, thus when removing resilient tongue or lug 564 manually to the power of pusher, tongue or lug 564 automatically return to its rest position, and can engagement leader rail 580.
In an example, separator 550 is arranged as and contacts with fromer rail 580.The engagement member of fromer rail 580 engages with the engagement member of separator 550, separator is fixed along the direction perpendicular to fromer rail 580 (direction by arrow " B " indication of Figure 86 H) by this, and make separator 550 irremovable along the direction perpendicular to fromer rail 580, the play very in a small amount that can not be easily noticed by the users only between engagement member or space. The every other direction of separator 550 also along shelf plane along the direction (direction by arrow " A " indication of Figure 65) except being parallel to fromer rail 580 is fixed.Separator 550 can only along being parallel to the direction of fromer rail 580 along shelf planar movement.Separator 550 is fixing under normal operating power and condition along shelf plane along the direction except being parallel to the direction of fromer rail 580.But separator can move along the direction leaving shelf plane, such as by the direction of arrow " C " indication of Figure 87 B.When separator " is fixed " along the direction perpendicular to fromer rail 580, this means that separator 550 is irremovable along the direction perpendicular to fromer rail 580 under normal operating power and condition, the play very in a small amount that can not be easily noticed by the users only between engagement member or space.Represent with arrow " B " in Figure 86 H perpendicular to the local direction of fromer rail.Second engagement member of separator 550 or fromer rail 580 is in primary importance, and separator is laterally parallel to fromer rail moves. Then second engagement member moves to the second place, and this makes separator 550 fix along being parallel to fromer rail 580 (direction by arrow " A " indication of Figure 85) lateral under normal operating power and condition. When separator 550 " is fixed " along the lateral being parallel to fromer rail 580, separator 550 does not move under normal operating power and condition along the lateral being parallel to fromer rail 580.
In an example, multiple separator 550 can be used as one group and is parallel to fromer rail 580 and moves, simultaneously other along perpendicular to direction (direction by arrow " B " indication of Figure 86 H) be fixed to fromer rail 580.Each being arranged as of described multiple separator 550 contacts 580 with fromer rail. The engagement member that one or more engagement member of fromer rail 580 is each with described multiple separator 550 engages, the direction (direction by arrow " B " indication of Figure 86 H) of each edge of described multiple separator 550 perpendicular to fromer rail 580 is fixed by this, and make each edge of described multiple separator 550 irremovable perpendicular to the direction of fromer rail 580, the play very in a small amount that can not be easily noticed by the users only between engagement member or space.Second engagement member (or multiple second engagement member) of fromer rail 580 or each of separator 550 are in primary importance, and the described multiple separator 550 of this permission is laterally parallel to fromer rail 580 and moves.Described multiple separator 550 can form the row being configured to keep between the separator 550 of product.Product can move between two of described multiple separator 550, as shown in figs. 45-47.Power can be applied to the first separator along the direction being parallel to fromer rail 580.This power can make the first separator move along the direction being parallel to fromer rail 580, and makes separator 550 contact the product of contiguous first separator 550.(product is tank or box shown in Figure 45-47, and can have other shapes.) then separator 550 make product move along the direction identical with the first separator 550, that is, be parallel to fromer rail 580.Power makes product move, to contact with the second separator 550 of contiguous product. Then product makes the second separator 550 move along the direction identical with product with the first separator 550, that is, be parallel to fromer rail 580.Then second separator makes the second product of contiguous second separator 550 move along the direction being parallel to fromer rail 580.Second product can make the 3rd separator 550 of contiguous second product move along the direction being parallel to fromer rail 580.In like fashion, a series of separator 550 and product can utilize the direction being parallel to anterior 580 to act on a separator 550 or product power only on one to move along the direction being parallel to fromer rail 580 entirely. When one or more second engagement member on fromer rail 580 or described multiple separator 550 one moves to the second place, this makes separator 550 fix along the lateral being parallel to fromer rail 580 under normal operating condition and power, separator 550 can not move along the direction being parallel to fromer rail 580, and separator 550 does not make other separators 550 or product move along the direction being parallel to fromer rail 580.
In an example, when the second engagement member moves to the second place, the second engagement member suppresses separator 550 along the movement of lateral being parallel to fromer rail 580.When being equal to or less than the power of pre-qualified size, the second engagement member prevents separator 550 from moving along the lateral being parallel to fromer rail 580.When the power higher than pre-qualified size is applied to separator 550 along the lateral being parallel to fromer rail 580, separator 550 can move along the lateral being parallel to fromer rail 580.
In the embodiment shown in Figure 66, the varied in thickness of separator base plate 554.The front part of separator base plate 554, that part near the plane surface 582 of fromer rail, thickness be less than the rear portion backward further of separator base plate 554, that part not near the plane surface 582 of fromer rail, thickness. As seen in figure 67, the described part of separator base plate 554A is thinner than the described part of separator base plate 554B.In an example, the Thickness Ratio separator base plate 554 of the front part of the plane surface 582 of the close fromer rail 580 of separator base plate 554 not near the thickness little at least 25% of the rear portion of the plane surface 582 of fromer rail.
Embodiment as shown in Figure 69 A and 69B comprises the guide rails assembling holder 590 for fromer rail 580.As shown in Figure 69 B, fromer rail 580 comprises hole 592.In a retail environment, this hole 592 tunable is be arranged in above the hole 595 on shelf 596, as shown in figure 70.Guide rails assembling holder 590 can be bending.Guide rails assembling holder 590 also holds narrow portion guide rails assembling holder 590 end and divides 594.In a retail environment, guide rails assembling holder 590 can be inserted in the wider circular portion in the hole 592 in fromer rail 580, and is inserted in the hole 595 on shelf 596, as shown in Figure 71.Then guide rails assembling holder 590 laterally can be displaced to the narrower part in the hole 592 in fromer rail 580.By making guide rails assembling holder 590 be shifted, the wider circular portion of guide rails assembling holder 590 by the narrower part in the hole 592 in engagement leader rail, and will lock in place.Fromer rail 580 is held in place by guide rails assembling holder 590 thus, and prevents fromer rail 580 from laterally moving in direction. If before transporting to shop shelf, have hole known, guide rails assembling holder 590 can insert before shipment and lock onto in fromer rail 580.Insert guide rails assembling holder 590 before shipment and can increase selling system installation easness under environment.
In at least one embodiment, the height of divider wall 552 can be greater than the height of baffle plate 556, as shown in Figure 72 and 73.Figure 74 also show the end 557 of the wind spring 534 remained in baffle plate 556.End 557 and the remainder of spring body 534 of spring 534 are that about an angle of 90 degrees bends.End 557 is arranged in the grooving 558 that remains in baffle plate 556.
In one embodiment, separator 550 comprises tooth 600, as shown in Figure 72 and 73.These teeth can be molded as and separator 550 one.As in other embodiments, tooth 600 does not remain on elastic lug or tongue.Tooth 600 is spaced apart from each other.Multiple tooth 600 locates bottom the front part of separator 550 and baffle plate 556 front is arranged on separator 550.

In one embodiment, multiple pusher 520 and separator 550 can use with single fromer rail 580.Figure 84 A-E illustrates use two pushers 520 and two separators 550, to be promoted towards shelf front portion by product.Use multiple pusher 520 can allow to promote wide product, schematically as shown in the figure. In addition, pusher extension 528 is arranged in its upwards extended position pusher 520 can be allowed to promote the product of higher product or more, as shown in Figure 84 D and 84E.Separator 550 can be attached to two pushers 520.In every side of divider wall 552, a pusher 520 can join a part for baffle plate 556 to, as shown in Figure 84 F.In other examples, separator can be connected to a pusher or separator can not be attached to pusher.
Separator 550 is fixed to fromer rail 580, as shown in Figure 85 partially by the operation of cam 720.Figure 85 cam 720 shown in perspective side elevation view is connected to baffle plate 556.Cam 720 comprises circular portion 722, and it is configured to rotate (see Figure 86 G) in the chamber 740 in baffle plate 556.Cam 720 also comprises tongue 724, and it comprises the first cam-wall 726, second cam-wall 728, and the 3rd cam-wall 730.In Figure 85, cam is in the position do not engaged with fromer rail.In this position, the first cam-wall 726 can be arranged on less perpendicular ground. In this position, the second cam-wall 728 and the 3rd cam-wall 730 can also be general horizontal arrange.First cam-wall 726 connects with the second cam-wall 728.Second cam-wall 728 connects with the 3rd cam-wall 730.Cam also comprises handle 732.
In another embodiment, tongue 724 only has two cam-wall.First cam-wall, such as the first cam-wall 726, and the second cam-wall.Second cam-wall is straight, and across the length shown by cam-wall 728 and 730.In this embodiment, the second cam-wall does not bend. One or more part of the width of the extensible separator of cam-wall 550 or the whole length of extensible separator 550.
In another embodiment shown in Figure 92-94, cam 720 can limit surface, cam slide portion 733 (being called cam slide portion after this), and it is positioned at cam bottom side, relative with handle 732.Cam slide portion 733 is used as low Frictional Slipping portion protuberance, to improve the stability of separator relative to guide rail.In operation, separator lifts from guide rail by cam slide portion 733, to reduce the friction between separator and guide rail, improves the stability of separator relative to guide rail thus.As can be seen, the cam slide portion 733 of cam 720 on the downside of the lower surface of separator or below extend, and be the contact point between separator and guide rail.In this configuration, when separator laterally moves relative to guide rail, the dominant touch between separator and guide rail is only cam slide portion, and does not obviously have other parts of separator and guide rail to contact with each other. Therefore this single contact point reduces the friction between separator and guide rail.
Cam slide portion also can limit plane surface, and it stretches out from the circular portion 722 of cam 720.Cam slide portion 733 can medially be positioned on the circular portion 722 of cam, to provide the stability of separator relative to guide rail and balance. However, it should be understood that, cam slide portion can be positioned on any other appropriate location on cam.The plane surface in cam slide portion can terminate at elongated edge place, and the size and dimension of this elongated edge is set to freely slide in the passage 586 of guide rail 580, is easily displaced sideways relative to guide rail to allow separator thus. The elongated edge of plane surface can limit circle or belt profile edge surface, with further auxiliary cam sliding part moving freely relative to guide rail.Should be understood that cam slide portion can limit allows cam slide portion to fit in guide rail or adaptive and also allow separator to construct relative to other of slidably movement of guide rail along it.Such as, cam slide portion can limit protuberance or circular convex extension part or a series of protuberance or circular convex extension part, and it will realize the object identical with the plane surface of restriction elongated edge.Although limit the cam 720 in cam slide portion 733 to be depicted as and to use together with separator, cam and cam slide portion can use together with pusher or pusher assembly or the miscellaneous part being installed to guide rail.
In another embodiment, the cam 720 limiting cam slide portion 733 can be installed to the rear portion of separator or pusher, and operationally engages rear rail, and it is arranged on shelf rear portion. In this embodiment, cam 720 can be used for fixing and prevents separator or pusher to be displaced sideways relative to rear rail, if be used on shelf. In other words, cam described herein and cam slide portion can be used for separator or pusher to be fixed to fromer rail or rear rail, or the two, this depends on the application of expectation.
In illustrative aspects, cam 720 is used as locking piece, so that separator or pusher are locked to fromer rail or rear rail, or the two.Separator or pusher are locked to guide rail when moving to latched position by cam 720, and prevent separator or pusher to be displaced sideways relative to guide rail.At non-locked position, cam 720 allows separator or pusher relative to the slidably motion of guide rail.In illustrative aspects, cam 720 is rotatable or pivotable between locking and non-locked position. In another illustrative aspects, when cam is in non-locked position, limit the cam 720 in cam slide portion 733 for separator or pusher being locked to guide rail and raising separator or pusher these two functions of lateral stability relative to guide rail.
As shown in Figure 92, cam 720 can limit circular portion 722, and it is configured to rotate in the chamber 741 in separator front.Cam 720 also can limit cam face 725 and cam face 727, and it is by the trench wall 754 and 756 in conjunction with fromer rail, as described below.
Cam 720 fits in the chamber 740 of baffle plate 556, as shown in Figure 86 G.In one embodiment, chamber 740 is defined by sidewall 742.Sidewall 742 makes chamber 740 front portion slightly narrower than cam 720 width.A certain amount of power is needed cam 720 to be pushed through sidewall 742 and enters in chamber 740.At cam by after sidewall 742, it fixes in place in chamber 740.Then cam 720 can rotate in chamber 740, and between the normal operating period, does not drop out chamber 740 or throw off from chamber 740.Cam 720 is rotatably fixed in chamber 740.In one embodiment, chamber 740 is defined by antetheca (not shown) at its front part place.
In another embodiment, sidewall 742 does not make chamber 740 front portion narrower than cam 720 width. In this embodiment, cam 720 can be arranged in chamber 740, and removes from chamber 740, and does not need to overcome the resistance that sidewall 742 causes.
With reference to Figure 92 in another embodiment, in the chamber 741 that the front end that the cam 720 limiting cam slide portion 733 can fit in separator 550 is formed, and can be defined by sidewall 743.Sidewall 743 makes chamber 741 front portion slightly narrower than cam 720 width.A certain amount of power is needed cam 720 to be pushed through sidewall 743 and enters in chamber 741.At cam by after sidewall 743, it fixes in place in chamber 741, and is placed in a pair chamber surfaces 747.Then cam 720 can rotate in the chamber, and between the normal operating period, does not drop out chamber or throw off from chamber.
As shown in Figure 92-94, cam 720 is rotatably fixed in chamber 741.In this embodiment, in this embodiment, chamber 741 also limits opening or grooving 745, and its size and dimension is set to allow the rotatable movement of cam slide portion 733 in chamber. The size and dimension of grooving 745 is set to allow the plane surface in cam slide portion 733 to fit in wherein, and allows cam to rotate in chamber 741 thus.Opening 745 also allows cam slide portion 733 extend beyond the lower surface of separator and enter in guide rail.Once in guide rail, separator is mentioned from guide rail and is no longer contacted (as mentioned above) with guide rail to allow separator relative to the free and stable of guide rail by cam slide portion.
Opening 745 also produces the gap being used for cam slide portion and rotating away from guide rail. When the handle 732 on cam rotates towards guide rail leading edge, therefore cam slide portion rotates leaves guide rail. The opening 745 be formed in chamber 741 allows this rotatable movement.
With reference to figure 93A and 93B, separator 550 is depicted as and declines and be arranged on guide rail 580.More specifically, the front part of separator 550 drops in passage 586, and groove 560 is arranged on ridge 584.Cam slide portion 733 by contact channels 586, and supports separator and leaves guide rail 580, as shown in Figure 93 B.In this embodiment, cam slide portion 733 supports separator, and allows separator slidably moving freely relative to guide rail.Shown in Figure 93 B, between groove 560 and ridge 584 and between the downside surface of separator and the top surface of guide rail, there is gap.
With reference to figure 94A-94C, it illustrates the cross sectional view of separator, cam and guide rail, and cam 720 always contacts with guide rail 580.As shown in Figure 94 A, when separator 550 is initially reduced on guide rail 580, cam slide portion 733 contacts with the passage 586 of guide rail 580, and is mentioned from guide rail by separator. As shown in Figure 94 A, cam 720 limits cam face 725,727 and 729.Cam also limits cam handle 732, locates facing to cam slide portion 733.Is limit the fromer rail 580 of guide-rail channel 586 also as shown in Figure 94 A, the part of this channel reception separator 550 and be the contact surface for cam slide portion 733.Guide rail 580 also limits guide rail groove 750, and this groove limits again trench wall 752,754 and 756, and described trench wall contacts as described below at cam-operated period contact cam face.
With reference to figure 94B, along with cam rotates, by the operation of handle 732, cam slide portion 733 keeps contacting with passage 586, and cam face 725 contacts trench wall or the surface 756 of fromer rail. Now, cam 720 contacts and contacts guide rail at two points simultaneously.
With reference to figure 94C, along with cam even rotates further by the operation of handle, cam face 725 contact trench wall or surface 754, simultaneously cam face 727 contact trench wall or surface 756.Further, cam face 729 is by contact trench wall or surface 752.Trench wall 752 is used as stop member, further rotates motion with what prevent cam 720.On the leading edge top of handle 732 fromer rail and even extend with it, or extend beyond the leading edge of fromer rail.In an example, cam handle 732 front portion flushes with the most forward part of fromer rail.Human finger gap is present between handle 732 and fromer rail, is enough to make human finger's (that is, thumb or other fingers) get at handle. At this moment, cam slide portion 733 has rotated the passage 586 leaving guide rail 580, and rotates in opening 745.Separator to be placed in now on guide rail and to be in direct contact with it, simultaneously cam engagement guide rail separator is fixed to guide rail, prevents the lateral movement of separator. In illustrative aspects, when when the position shown in Figure 94 C, cam 720 fixes the notice having standard human's sense of hearing to hear to guide rail, represents that cam locks onto guide rail.
