Abstract
本发明是预埋水平管内穿电线的管内子弹穿线装置，它包括火药枪、线轮、线，火药枪包括枪管、抢柄、子弹、穿线细管、加药管、引火线，线轮装在火药枪后端，枪柄与枪管连接，枪管中间增设一根穿线细管，穿线细管二端与枪管前后端板连接，枪管上面设有引火线和加药管，加药管内设有单向阀，枪管前端设有比子弹直径小的孔，线穿过穿线细管一头绕在线轮上，另一头与子弹连接，子弹敲入枪管子弹孔内过盈装配。本管内子弹穿线装置，大小管子都能方便使用，体积小携带方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种预埋水平管内穿电线的管内子弹穿线装置。
背景技术
目前无相关技术，已有CN204052303U，用于管内气压穿线装置，用气泵气压将带线的塞体吹出管外，再用线将电线拉入管内，此法穿细小管子还可以，穿大直径管子气量要多气泵要大，就不大方便穿线，气泵在野外穿线会带来麻烦。
发明内容
为了解决大小管子都能方便，快捷穿线问题，本发明的目的提供一种管内子弹穿线装置。
本发明解决问题所采用的技术方案是：它包括火药枪、线轮、线，火药枪包括枪管、抢柄、穿线细管、引火线、加药管、子弹，线轮装在火药枪后端，抢柄与枪管连接，枪管中间增设一根穿线细管，穿线细管二端与枪管前后端板连接，枪管上面设有引火线和加药管，加药管上设有单向阀，枪管前端设有比子弹直径小的子弹孔，线穿过穿线细管，一头绕在线轮上，另一端与子弹连接，子弹敲入枪管的子弹孔内过盈配合.使用时，火药从加药管加入枪管内，插进引火线，子弹对准管孔，点燃引火线，火药爆炸产生压力将子弹带着线射到管子另一头，再用线将电线拉入管内，本装置不用气泵、不用电，子弹速度快，从而达到本发明大小管子都能方便快捷穿线的目的.
本发明的有益效果是，大小管子都能方便快捷穿线，还有体积小携带方便。

具体实施方式
在图所示的实施例中，线轮2用塑料注成设有摇手柄，线轮2装在火药枪1后面的枪柄1-6上。枪管1-1与枪柄1-6连接，枪管1-1前后设有端板，二块端板中心设有孔，新增穿线细管1-4装在二块端板的孔内，前端板上设有多个孔，起到枪管1-1内爆炸压力与子弹1-5连通作用，枪管1-1前端设有装子弹1-5的孔，孔径比子弹1-5直径小0.06～0.1mm保证子弹1-5射程。枪管1-1上面设有引火线1-2和加药管1-3，加药管1-3内设有单向阀，防止枪管1-1爆炸压力洩漏。子弹1-5用不锈钢制成圆柱体，一端为圆弧头，另一端为平头设有线环。线3用阻燃纤维制成，不怕高温，线3一头穿过穿线细管1-4与子弹1-5连接，另一头绕在线轮2上。子弹1-5用榔头敲入枪管1-1子弹孔内过盈装配，保证爆炸压力和子弹1-5射程。使用时顶开单向阀，火药从加药管1-3进入枪管1-1，插入引火线1-2，枪对准管孔点燃引火线1-2，火药爆炸压力，将子弹1-5和线3射出管子另一端，再用线3将电线拉入管子内，本装置不用气泵不用电，大小管子都能方便使用，体积小携带方便。

1.一种管内子弹穿线装置，它包括火药枪、线轮、线，火药枪包括枪管、枪柄、子弹、穿线细管、加药管、引火线，线轮装在火药枪后端，枪柄与枪管连接，其特征是：枪管前后设有端板，二块端板中心设有孔，前端板上设有多个孔，枪管中间增设一根穿线细管，穿线细管二端与前后端板孔连接，枪管上面设有引火线和加药管，加药管上设有单向阀，枪管前端设有比子弹直径小0.06-0.1mm子弹孔，子弹敲入枪管的子弹孔内过盈装配，线穿过细管一头绕在线轮上，另一端与子弹连接。
