技术领域
本发明涉及一种管母线连接金具。
背景技术
随着特高压直流输电工程的发展趋势不断加大，直流输电的容量不断提升，导致对换流站阀厅中管母线连接金具的载流能力的要求不断提高。
现有的换流站阀厅用管母线连接金具中，管母线之间的柔性连接大多使用多根纯铝绞线结构，如公布号为CN104466842A、公布日为2015年3月25日的中国专利文件公开的特高压换流站阀厅管母线连接金具，包括分别固定在两管母线端口上的两固定金具及电连接在两固定金具之间的多根铝绞线，随着电流不断加大，铝绞线的外径需要不断加粗，硬度也将相应增大，存在不方便进行现场安装调整的问题，另外，铝绞线的电流分布不够均匀，不能够满足大电流金具的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够便于现场安装调整、满足大电流金具的使用要求的管母线连接金具。
为实现上述目的，本发明管母线连接金具的技术方案是：管母线连接金具，包括用于分别固定在两管母线端部的两固定金具，在两固定金具之间连接有柔性的内圈导电带和外圈导电带，所述内圈导电带与外圈导电带的总电阻相等。
在所述内圈导电带和外圈导电带中，内圈导电带较为短而薄，外圈导电带较为厚而长。
所述固定金具由两个对扣的管母抱夹组成。
本发明的有益效果是：在两固定金具之间连接有柔性的内圈导电带和外圈导电带，内圈导电带与外圈导电带的总电阻相等。通流时，内外圈导电带的导流量相同，实现二通载流，且电流分布均匀，能够满足大电流金具的使用要求，采用装配式倒流，能承载大电流；较于多根铝绞线，内外圈导电带柔性好，便于现场安装调整和维修；本发明的管母线连接金具，整体结构简单，装配方便。
进一步地，使内圈导电带短而薄，外圈导电带厚而长，满足沿管母线位置旋转方向的延伸所需长度不同，同时易于保证电阻大小相等。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作进一步说明。
本发明的管母线连接金具的具体实施例，如图1至图3所示，
管母线连接金具，包括两个固定金具2，固定金具2固定在管母线1的端口上，在两固定金具2之间连接有内圈导电带3和外圈导电带4，内圈导电带3和外圈导电带4均为柔性的软连接带，其中，内圈导电带3整体短而薄，外圈导电带4整体厚而长，内圈导电带3与外圈导电带4的总电阻相等。本实施例中，固定金具2由两个对扣的管母抱夹21通过螺栓固定组成。
使用时，调整好要连接管母线的位置，将两对管母抱夹分别固定在两个管母线的端部，并调整好方向，然后通过内圈导电带和外圈导电带按照旋转方向将两端管母抱夹连接起来，其中内圈导电带位于管母线旋转方向的内侧，外圈导电带位于外侧。通流时，内外圈导电带的导流量相同，实现二通载流，且电流分布均匀，能够满足大电流金具的使用要求，采用装配式倒流，能承载大电流；较于多根铝绞线，内外圈导电带柔性好，便于现场安装调整和维修；本发明的管母线连接金具，整体结构简单，装配方便。
在其他实施例中，还可以使用卡箍或换套等结构的固定金具。
在其他实施例中，还可以通过调整内圈导电带与外圈导电带中的组成根数及长度不同等其他方式，使内圈导电带与外圈导电带的总电阻相等。

Claims (3)

1.管母线连接金具，包括用于分别固定在两管母线端部的两固定金具，其特征在于：在两固定金具之间连接有柔性的内圈导电带和外圈导电带，所述内圈导电带与外圈导电带的总电阻相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管母线连接金具，其特征在于：在所述内圈导电带和外圈导电带中，内圈导电带较为短而薄，外圈导电带较为厚而长。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的管母线连接金具，其特征在于：所述固定金具由两个对扣的管母抱夹组成。
