本发明公开了一种可内置于空调机组的超声波加湿机,它包括雾化箱、电控柜,雾化箱直接安装在中央空调机组的加湿段,电控柜安装在中央空调机组外,所述雾化箱由若干个无盖敞开型的小雾化箱采取两层或三层的叠加方式组成,上下层小雾化箱通过支架可拆卸固定连接,底层带有支撑底座,采用小雾化箱直接安装在中央空调的加湿段,解决了全封闭式超声波设备水雾在雾化箱和管道输送中的损耗问题。

技术领域
本发明属于空气加湿领域,具体涉及一种新型超声波加湿机。
背景技术
目前超声波加湿机在中央空调的应用都是采取外设设备通过PVC管道与中央空调的加湿段连接方式。由于通过超声波震荡将水产生3-5微米的细小水珠成雾状后,这些雾状细小水珠在通过雾化箱和管道输送中产生碰撞会有部分水雾变成较大颗粒的的水滴而损耗,因此,此方式主要的技术缺陷是输送加湿气体在管路中损耗很大,加湿出雾量都达不到技术要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于,提供一种可内置于空调机组的超声波加湿机,采用两层或三层上开方式的小雾化箱直接安装在中央空调的加湿段,解决了全封闭式超声波设备水雾在雾化箱和管道输送中的损耗问题(雾化器的成雾量与实际出雾量有25%左右损耗)。
本发明提供的可内置于空调机组的超声波加湿机,它包括雾化箱、电控柜,雾化箱采用不锈钢材质,直接安装在中央空调机组的加湿段;电控柜安装在中央空调机组外,采用防水型的交流变直流低压开关电源,通过防水电源连接器与雾化器连接。所述雾化箱由若干个无盖敞开型的小雾化箱采取两层或三层的叠加方式组成,以满足不同加湿量的需求,所述小雾化箱采用不锈钢材质,包括支架、箱体、排水口、进水口、溢水口、液位开关、雾化板,上下层小雾化箱通过支架可拆卸固定连接,底层带有支撑底座。
本发明提供的可内置于空调机组的超声波加湿机,其有益效果在于,不仅提高加湿机机组的成雾量,提高机组的工作效率,还减少了因为损耗产生的电能浪费,节约了能源,有效解决现有技术中存在的缺陷。

实施例1
参照图1-2,本实施例的可内置于空调机组的超声波加湿机,它包括雾化箱1、电控柜2,雾化箱1采用不锈钢材质,直接安装在中央空调机组的加湿段;电控柜2安装在中央空调机组外,采用防水型的交流变直流低压开关电源,通过防水电源连接器与雾化器连接。所述雾化箱1由若干个无盖敞开型的小雾化箱采取两层或三层的叠加方式组成,以满足不同加湿量的需求,所述小雾化箱采用不锈钢材质,包括支架3、箱体4、排水口6、进水口8、溢水口7、液位开关9、雾化板10,上下层小雾化箱通过支架3可拆卸固定连接,底层带有支撑底座5。
根据中央空调的加湿段尺寸空间,设计合理的小雾化箱组合方式,并将雾化箱1直接安装在中央空调的加湿段中,雾化箱1可以是单层,中央空调的加湿量需求很大时,可采取两层或三层布置雾化箱1,来满足不同加湿量的需求;电控柜2安装在中央空调机组外,通过防水电源连接器与雾化器连接。雾化箱1直接安装在中央空调的加湿段,雾状细小水珠无需经管道输送至空调机组,解决了全封闭式超声波设备水雾在雾化箱1和管道输送中的损耗问题。

1.一种可内置于空调机组的超声波加湿机,它包括雾化箱、电控柜,其特征在于:所述雾化箱由若干个小雾化箱采取两层或三层的叠加方式组成,并直接安装在中央空调机组的加湿段,所述小雾化箱为无盖敞开的上开方式;所述小雾化箱包括支架、箱体、排水口、进水口、溢水口、液位开关、雾化板,所述小雾化箱上下层通过支架可拆卸固定连接,底层带有支撑底座,所述电控柜安装在中央空调机组外,采用防水型的交流变直流低压开关电源,通过防水电源连接器与雾化器连接。
