本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种安全电机风扇，包括风扇页和电机，所述风扇页设有三片，每片均由硬质塑料和橡胶段组成，橡胶段位于最外层，所述电机安装在风扇页后面，其上设有红外感应器。
本发明的有益效果是，本风扇可探知人体，减慢速度，并且通过软橡胶将伤害降到最低。
