本发明涉及一种在吸收制品中起吸收作用的结构，具体地涉及一种新型复合芯体，包括表层和中间层，表层与中间层之间通过胶粘剂粘结，所述的表层又包括卫生纸层和吸收芯体，卫生纸层位于吸收芯体外面且与吸收芯体同宽，所述的吸收芯体为木浆和SAP的混合体，所述表层的宽度为中间层宽度的3倍，所述表层的两边折叠将中间层完全包裹。该结构的芯体，其吸收速度快，效率高，经济，且不易起坨、不易断裂，卫生纸包覆芯层使用湿强剂粘结，芯层的绒毛浆与卫生纸的湿强较好，结合紧密，该复合芯体，形成两层吸收层，吸水量大，能有效快速吸收和储存尿液，从而使用起来更干爽舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种在吸收制品中起吸收作用的结构，具体地涉及一种可用于纸尿裤、卫生巾等卫生用品中起吸收作用的新型复合芯体。
背景技术
吸收芯体在用于护理的吸收用品中应用很广泛，大多数的吸收芯体或吸收层是由无纺布及木浆或绒毛浆组成的吸收芯体，为了进一步增加芯体的吸收性能增加了高分子吸水树脂SAP颗粒，但是这样的芯体做出来的产品在使用过程中容易出现起坨、断裂的情况，同时为了保证吸收效果，这种的芯体做出来的产品吸收结构常常很厚，会给使用者带来一定的不便和不适感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种吸收效率和吸收速度高、经济、不起坨、不断裂且可根据需要调整厚度的一种新型复合芯体。
为了达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下：一种新型复合芯体，包括表层和中间层，表层与中间层之间通过胶粘剂粘结，所述的表层又包括卫生纸层和吸收芯体，卫生纸层位于吸收芯体外面且与吸收芯体同宽，所述的吸收芯体为木浆和SAP的混合体，所述表层的宽度为中间层宽度的3倍，所述表层的两边折叠将中间层完全包裹；所述的表层吸收芯体由重量比为2:1木浆和SAP混合制成；所述的表层的厚度为6mm；所述的中间层为膨松无纺布、无尘纸、吸水纸、亲水无纺布、水刺无纺布中的一种所述的中间层的克重为90g/m2；所述的胶粘剂为湿强胶；所述的湿强胶涂布量大于等于3gsm。
与现有吸收产品中使用的吸收芯体相比，本发明的有益效果为：由卫生纸和木浆与SAP的混合体组成的表层，其吸收速度快，效率高，经济，表层中间包裹由无纺布、无尘纸或者吸水纸组成的中间层，能有效改善木浆和SAP混合吸收芯易起坨、易断裂的缺点，卫生纸包覆芯层使用湿强剂粘结，芯层的绒毛浆与卫生纸的湿强较好，结合紧密，也有助于增加表层的强度，不易分层、断裂；同时，本发明的新型复合芯体，能够根据需要调整厚度，能够满足不同吸收产品对中央吸收芯体厚薄的不同需求，无需特殊的生产设备，表层包裹中间层，形成双层吸收，吸水量大，能有效快速吸收和储存尿液，从而使用起来更干爽舒适。
