本发明涉及了特殊照明灯,具体公开了一种LED警示灯,包括基板、固定架、支持杆和顶部为伞状的支持架,支持架的伞状顶部上设有太阳能转化板;固定架安装在基板顶部,固定架上设有贯通两端的通孔,支持杆安插在所述的通孔中,支持架旋转套接在支持杆的顶部,支持架的底部与支持杆之间设有轴承;支持架的侧面设有LED灯组,支持架的内部设有电机和磷酸铁锂电池组,支持架的内部底部设有转向齿轮和光感控制器;固定架的顶部设有与转向齿轮相咬合的轮齿槽组;电机与转向齿轮轴向连接;太阳能转化板和光感控制器均与磷酸铁锂电池组电连接,LED灯组和电机均与光感控制器电连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及特殊照明灯,具体涉及了一种LED警示灯。
背景技术
警示灯一般用在维护道路安全,通常是用在道路中间或者拐角上警示车辆慢行或绕行。一般情况下,警示灯是按用处等可以提供多样的长度的产品的,有灯罩组合的构造,需要时一边方向的灯罩可以组合复合颜色。此外,还可以根据光源形式的不同,分为灯泡转灯、LED闪光、氙气灯管频闪,其中LED闪光形式的是灯泡转灯形式的升级版,使用寿命更长,更节能,更低热。
但是,传统的LED闪光形式警示灯仅采用单个LED,其亮度较低,在阴雨天时,警示效果不强,需要定期充电,给工作人员的使用带来了不便;再者就是在连雨天时,LED灯的外壳长期处在雨中,使外壳与支持板之间的胶体受到浸泡后向内部渗水,使LED照明灯内部受到浸泡而损坏。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,我们提出了一种LED警示灯,其目的:具有一定的防雨能力,光照空间感强,亮度高,无需定期充电。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种LED警示灯,包括基板、固定架、支持杆和顶部为伞状的支持架,支持架的伞状顶部上设有太阳能转化板;
固定架安装在基板顶部,固定架上设有贯通两端的通孔,支持杆安插在所述的通孔中,支持架旋转套接在支持杆的顶部,支持架的底部与支持杆之间设有轴承;
支持架的侧面设有LED灯组,支持架的内部设有电机和磷酸铁锂电池组,支持架的内部底部设有转向齿轮和光感控制器;
固定架的顶部设有与转向齿轮相咬合的轮齿槽组;
电机与转向齿轮轴向连接;
太阳能转化板和光感控制器均与磷酸铁锂电池组电连接,LED灯组和电机均与光感控制器电连接。
优选的,所述的LED灯组为彩色LED灯组。
通过上述技术方案,该LED警示灯的最顶部为伞形,使该LED警示灯在阴雨天能保证不一直处在雨水当中,具有防雨能力;支持架的伞状顶部上设有太阳能转化板,支持架的侧面设有LED灯组,支持架的内部设有电机和磷酸铁锂电池组,支持架的内部底部设有转向齿轮和光感控制器,太阳能转化板和光感控制器均与磷酸铁锂电池组电连接,LED灯组和电机均与光感控制器电连接,其中太阳能转化板接收阳光转化成电能储存在磷酸铁锂电池组中,光感控制器检测周围的环境变化,当环境变暗时,该光感控制器就会给LED灯组和电机通电,LED灯组发出光线,而电机驱动转向齿轮相对固定架的轮齿槽组转动,从而转向齿轮带动支持架旋转,此时LED灯组也随着支持架旋转,增强了光照空间感,且LED灯组比单个LED灯的亮度要高,利用太阳能充电,每天太阳光光线强时充电,太阳光光线弱时使用,无需定期充电。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下面结合示意图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,一种LED警示灯,包括基板1、固定架2、支持杆3和顶部为伞状的支持架4,支持架4的伞状顶部上设有太阳能转化板41,使该LED警示灯在阴雨天能保证不一直处在雨水当中,具有防雨能力。
固定架2安装在基板1顶部,固定架2上设有贯通两端的通孔,支持杆3安插在所述的通孔中,支持架4旋转套接在支持杆3的顶部,支持架4的底部与支持杆3之间设有轴承,支持架4可相对支持杆3旋转。
支持架4的侧面设有LED灯组42,支持架4的内部设有电机43和磷酸铁锂电池组44,支持架4的内部底部设有转向齿轮45和光感控制器46,固定架2的顶部设有与转向齿轮45相咬合的轮齿槽组,电机43与转向齿轮45轴向连接,太阳能转化板41和光感控制器46均与磷酸铁锂电池组44电连接,LED灯组42和电机43均与光感控制器46电连接。
LED灯组42为彩色LED灯组,增强该LED警示灯的警告和视觉效果。
该LED警示灯的工作过程:太阳光光线强时,太阳能转化板41接收阳光转化成电能储存在磷酸铁锂电池组44中,光感控制器46检测周围的环境变化,当环境变暗时,光感控制器46就会给LED灯组42和电机43通电,LED灯组42发出光线,而电机43驱动转向齿轮45相对固定架2的轮齿槽组转动,从而转向齿轮45带动支持架4旋转,此时LED灯组42也随着支持架旋转,增强了光照空间感,且LED灯组42比单个LED灯的亮度要高;利用太阳能充电,每天太阳光光线强时充电,太阳光光线弱时使用,无需定期充电。
以上就是一种LED警示灯的结构特点和作用效果,其优点:结构简单,使用方便;具有一定的防雨能力,光照空间感强,亮度高,无需定期充电。

1.一种LED警示灯,其特征在于,包括基板(1)、固定架(2)、支持杆(3)和顶部为伞状的支持架(4),支持架(4)的伞状顶部上设有太阳能转化板(41);
固定架(2)安装在基板(1)顶部,固定架(2)上设有贯通两端的通孔,支持杆(3)安插在所述的通孔中,支持架(4)旋转套接在支持杆(3)的顶部,支持架(4)的底部与支持杆(3)之间设有轴承;
支持架(4)的侧面设有LED灯组(42),支持架(4)的内部设有电机(43)和磷酸铁锂电池组(44),支持架(4)的内部底部设有转向齿轮(45)和光感控制器(46);
固定架(2)的顶部设有与转向齿轮(45)相咬合的轮齿槽组;
电机(43)与转向齿轮(45)轴向连接;
太阳能转化板(41)和光感控制器(46)均与磷酸铁锂电池组(44)电连接,LED灯组(42)和电机(43)均与光感控制器(46)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED警示灯,其特征在于,LED灯组(42)为彩色LED灯组。
