本发明属于电力设备技术领域，具体涉及一种新型绝缘滑车。本发明主要解决绝缘滑车在使用过程中上方的工作人员不能在第一时间紧急止停的问题。本发明的技术方案为：一种新型绝缘滑车，包括吊钩、吊环、滑轮、护板、止停杆，所述吊钩通过吊环连接在护板的上部，滑轮通过中轴安装在护板的中间，止停杆设置在护板上并穿透护板延伸到护板内，在滑轮的边缘设有多个止停孔，止停杆延伸到护板内可以插入止停孔中。本发明采用上述技术方案，在护板上设置一个止停杆5，使用时将止停杆拔出滑轮，这样就不影响滑轮的正常使用，遇到紧急情况止停时，将止停杆插入滑轮就可以了。

本发明属于电力设备技术领域，具体涉及一种新型绝缘滑车。
背景技术
绝缘滑车固定在杆塔上，配合绝缘绳索，带电作业时用来吊升材料、工具或导线，滑车由绝缘材料制造。在使用绝缘滑车时如遇到紧急情况需要立刻停下来时，往往需要下方的工作人员操作，而上边的工作人员不能在第一时间紧急止停，引发安全事故。
发明内容
本发明主要针对绝缘滑车在使用过程中上方的工作人员不能在第一时间紧急止停的问题，提供一种新型绝缘滑车。
本发明为解决上述问题而采取的技术方案为：
一种新型绝缘滑车，包括吊钩、吊环、滑轮和护板，其中：还包括止停杆，所述吊钩通过吊环连接在护板的上部，滑轮通过中轴安装在护板的中间，止停杆设置在护板上并穿透护板延伸到护板内，在滑轮的边缘设有多个止停孔，止停杆延伸到护板内可以插入止停孔中。
本发明采用上述技术方案，在护板上设置一个止停杆，使用时将止停杆拔出滑轮，这样就不影响滑轮的正常使用，遇到紧急情况止停时，将止停杆插入滑轮就可以了。

如图1和图2所示，一种新型绝缘滑车，包括吊钩1、吊环2、滑轮3和护板4，其中：还包括止停杆5，所述吊钩1通过吊环2连接在护板4的上部，滑轮3通过中轴6安装在护板4的中间，止停杆5设置在护板4上并穿透护板4延伸到护板4内，在滑轮3的边缘设有多个止停孔7，止停杆5延伸到护板4内可以插入止停孔7中。
