Description

Continuous payment system and method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electronic payment, in particular to a continuous payment system and a continuous payment method.
Background
With the rise of electronic commerce, the functions of electronic commerce transaction systems are gradually improved, and meanwhile, online payment is more and more popular due to the development of various electronic commerce systems such as Taobao and Tokyo. Meanwhile, the form of online payment is diversified. Traditional payment methods include internet bank payment, unionpay payment, and the like. Emerging payment methods include pay-for-treasure, WeChat payments, and the like.
Traditional online payment models are based on security considerations, which typically require a user to manually enter a dynamic password at the time of payment in a textbox in the payment system (e.g., a payment client in a cell phone, a web page accessed through a browser, etc.). For example, a general user selects a commodity in an e-commerce transaction system through a PC computer or a mobile phone browser or a mobile phone transaction client, generates a corresponding order, transfers to an online payment system when paying the order, inputs a user mobile phone number after logging in the payment system, clicks to obtain a short message transaction code, and then the user continues to manually input the verification code on the PC computer or the mobile phone after the user mobile phone receives the verification code, inputs dynamic passwords such as dynamic passwords to complete payment, and finally returns a payment result to the e-commerce transaction system.
The limitation here is that after the mobile phone receives the verification code, the user must manually input the verification code into the original payment system such as a PC computer or a mobile phone browser. Operation steps are added for the user. Meanwhile, the form of the short message transaction code is single, and the data is simple, so that the safety of the whole payment is not high. Dynamic passwords such as dynamic passwords with relatively high security generally need to be manually input, which also causes the whole transaction flow to become complicated.

The following description is of some of the many possible embodiments of the invention and is intended to provide a basic understanding of the invention and is not intended to identify key or critical elements of the invention or to delineate the scope of the invention. It is easily understood that according to the technical solution of the present invention, other implementations that can be substituted with each other can be suggested by those skilled in the art without changing the spirit of the present invention. Therefore, the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings are merely illustrative of the technical aspects of the present invention, and should not be construed as all of the present invention or as limitations or limitations on the technical aspects of the present invention.
FIG. 1 illustrates a follow-on payment system 100, according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the continued payment system 100 includes a receiving module 102, a monitoring module 104, and an intelligent input module 106.
The follow-up payment system 100 may be installed on a first terminal (e.g., a cell phone terminal) and configured to receive an order from a trading system after the user generates the order in the trading system using a second terminal (e.g., a computer terminal) different from the first terminal and automatically fill in information according to a scene in order to complete a payment. The receiving module 102 may be configured to receive an order from a transaction system, the monitoring module 104 may be configured to monitor the order received by the receiving module 102 and identify and prompt a user to log in the payment system to continue payment, and the smart input module 106 may be configured to retrieve and extract associated information from the identified user input information and pre-stored information of a first terminal (e.g., a mobile phone terminal) for automatic filling to complete payment according to a current scenario of the payment system.
Fig. 2 further illustrates a follow-on payment system 200. In contrast to fig. 1, the follow-on payment system 200 of fig. 2 may include a return module 208 and a switch module 210 in addition to the receiving module 202, the monitoring module 204, and the smart input module 206. In one embodiment, the returning module 208 may be configured to return the payment result to the transaction system after the payment is completed, and the switching module 210 may be configured to switch from a login mode of the second terminal (e.g., a computer terminal) to a login mode of the first terminal (e.g., a mobile phone terminal).
Fig. 3 further illustrates the differences between the continued payment mode and the traditional payment method according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the right half of fig. 3, after the user selects to complete the order of the commodity and clicks payment in the e-commerce transaction system (e.g., Taobao, store # 1, etc.) by using the computer terminal, the order (or the payment continuation information) can be forwarded to another terminal (e.g., a mobile phone) by the transaction system or the computer terminal. After monitoring the order information, the other terminals identify and map the order information and prompt the user to log in a payment system to continue payment. If the user confirms, the other terminal or the transaction system can automatically switch the transaction information from the PC mode to the mobile phone login mode. Then, the intelligent input module in the payment continuation system automatically completes the input of login information and dynamic passwords (such as dynamic passwords) so as to log in and complete the whole payment. Finally, the payment result may be returned to the e-commerce system by the other terminal.
Compared with the existing payment mode, the continuous payment mode shown in fig. 3 enables the whole payment process to be simpler and more efficient, and the user experience is good, so that seamless switching between terminals such as a mobile phone and a computer is really achieved. In addition, the technical scheme of the invention can also improve the payment security due to the use of dynamic passwords (including but not limited to numbers, texts, pictures and the like).
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of the operation of a smart input module according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 4, when the smart input module in the follow-on payment system is triggered, it may receive various inputs such as picture input, voice input, and others. In one embodiment, the smart input module may perform scan input, for example, through Camera. Of course, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the intelligent input module may be input in various ways, and the input content may also include, but is not limited to, various objects (such as head portraits, pupils, etc.), voice audio, preset system-related content, and the like.
FIG. 5 shows a schematic diagram of triggering a smart input module, according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 5, when the text box of the mobile phone browser obtains a focus, the intelligent input module can be triggered by clicking "intelligent input" by long-pressing the text box popup menu (intelligent input occurs). In another embodiment, when the text box of the browser of the mobile phone obtains the focus, a small floating button appears on the upper side of the input box, and the intelligent input module can be triggered by clicking the small floating button. Of course, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that this button may be "hidden" by setting items to avoid affecting the user's operation of browsing the web page or client.
The intelligent input module can be different according to different practical applications. In one embodiment, the smart input module may include a camera. In another embodiment, the smart input module may include a recording module. In yet another embodiment, the smart input module may include a video module. In the example where the smart input module includes a camera, scanning is performed using the camera, and image recognition is performed on the generated image according to an image recognition module in the smart input module or using an operation provided at the cloud of the network. Upon recognition, the smart input module may populate text into an input box in the browser. In particular, the smart entry module may be configured to support scanning of dynamic passwords while dynamically generating the results of the recognition at the time of the scanning. If not, the individual text or portions thereof may be manually corrected by the user or may require a re-scan. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that in the example where the smart input module includes a voice or recording module, the smart input module may operate similarly and will not be described one by one.
In one embodiment, the smart entry module is configured to retrieve all information related to itself in the payment or transaction system upon logging into the system by self-scanning and extracting the user name and password for automatic population into a corresponding entry box in the payment or transaction system.
In one embodiment, the smart entry module is configured to recognize a dynamic password and automatically populate a corresponding entry box when the dynamic password needs to be entered. For example, if the dynamic password is an electronic version, the smart entry module may be configured to capture an image of the dynamic password and identify the image using image recognition functionality carried on its own or provided by a third party to capture the dynamic password for auto-population. When the dynamic password is voice input, input of pupil data, data input of fingerprints, etc., the intelligent input module may be configured to perform associative retrieval of relevant information within the system.
In particular, the information content to be recognized by the intelligent input module can be diversified, including but not limited to information such as two-dimensional codes, texts, pictures, even objects, and the like, if the intelligent input module scans a real object table, the intelligent input module recognizes the information as a table, even recognizes colors, and can also recognize the information based on content expression, such as a piece of clothes in an image, a character 'clothes' directly, and a voice 'clothes'.
In addition, the intelligence in the intelligent input module is also embodied in that partial contents can be automatically extracted according to the situation. For example, a piece of text written on a book, such as "dynamic password: xxx ", and the current entry box is the dynamic password. In this case, the smart entry module may be configured to automatically extract "xxx", eliminating the "dynamic password: "part, thereby automatically filling in the input box.
As previously described, the smart input module may be configured to match system information and extract input information based on the scene. FIG. 6 illustrates an operational flow of the smart input module according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 6, this process includes: the intelligent input module identifies the current scene, receives various modes of input, identifies input information, retrieves relevant information in the system according to the identified input information and the current input scene (even relevant information is associated through a search engine), and performs comprehensive processing on the information to obtain really required data and performs automatic filling.
Fig. 7 shows a schematic diagram of the process of switching the online payment system from PC to handset. For example, a user may implement a first login for online payment on a PC and automatically implement a second login to the online payment system with continued payment system support. For these two logins, the online payment system can manage both sessions and achieve an efficient handoff. One possible implementation is that when the handset is automatically logged into online payment, the online payment system automatically switches the session of the PC login seamlessly and cancels the PC login. For the user, the mobile phone automatically logs in the online payment system under the support of the continuous payment system, and directly enters the PC login interface and keeps the state. The entire switching process may be implemented, for example, by an online payment system or by a switching module in an intelligent payment system.
In a specific implementation manner, the continuous payment system described in the present application may be implemented as a mobile phone application. The mobile phone application can be pre-installed on the mobile phone side or integrated into the mobile phone system. When receiving a short message, a multimedia message or network information containing transaction information and the like sent by a payment system, the mobile phone application can monitor the payment information, identify and map the payment information to a specific payment system, and then remind a user in a frame flipping, ringing, vibrating and other modes. After the user clicks and confirms, the mobile phone application automatically associates authentication information such as a user name, a password and the like through the intelligent input module so as to automatically log in a corresponding online payment system, then completes the input of dynamic passwords such as a dynamic password and the like through the intelligent input module, and returns a payment result to a merchant in the online electronic commerce transaction system so as to complete the whole payment process. The online payment system can be internet bank, union pay, payment treasure, WeChat payment and the like. The electronic commerce transaction system can be a Taobao network, a Jingdong network, a No. 1 store, and the like. The terminal equipment can be a PC computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like.
Compared with the traditional and emerging payment modes, the technical scheme of the application at least has the following advantages: (1) scalability is better and more flexible: for payment security credentials, such as a transaction code, the payment security credentials can be sent to the mobile phone in a multimedia message mode in a richer media format (such as two-dimensional code pictures), and are automatically identified and matched by using a short and multimedia message module in the mobile phone. The process that the user scans by using a mobile phone is omitted; (2) the input information content of the application can be diversified, including but not limited to information such as two-dimensional codes, texts, pictures, even fingerprint pupils and the like, and is not single text information or digital identification, and the content identification also comprises the conversion of real objects, colors and sounds into texts (adding some identification option operations), videos and the like; (3) scene automatic identification: if the current login webpage is the login webpage, the intelligent input module can analyze the webpage and analyze the private information to be filled in the input box, directly find out the information to be filled in the current time through the prestored private information, and automatically fill the information into the input box; if a string of words "dynamic password" is currently scanned: xxx ', then automatically extracting' xxx 'and filling the xxx' into a corresponding input box; if a section of voice is received currently, useful information is automatically extracted and filled into a corresponding input box; (4) in the identification process, manual interaction and auxiliary intervention, such as manual deviation correction and the like, can be performed.
Hereinbefore, specific embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to the drawings. However, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications and substitutions can be made to the specific embodiments of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Such modifications and substitutions are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
