Abstract

本发明公开了一种燃气快速关闭阀,主要包括阀本体、触发机关、部件外壳等,该燃气阀是一个带有密封圈的活塞结构,在垂直于活塞轴线的方向上有使燃气通过的通孔。触发机关的翘板在弹簧拉力与强磁性磁铁对的气缸壁的吸力作用下,活塞接近于平衡状态。遇有危险时只需轻轻按下触发杆,翘板就会依靠弹簧的拉力沿支点迅速转动,翘板带动连杆、连杆拉着阀活塞就迅速沿直线运动,使活塞的通孔与燃气通道发生错位,从而关闭燃气。排除危险后,只需拉动触发杆,就能使阀处在开启状态。本发明快速、省力,在避免危险的事故中赢得了时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,尤其是一种燃气快速关闭阀。
背景技术
现有燃气阀技术领域,阀门的关闭都是依靠阀杆的转动来进行关闭的,但是阀杆螺纹旋转直线运动速度慢,尤其是紧急状态下阀门从开启状态到闭合状态,动作时间长,不能满足快速切断气源的要求。
申请号为201010260401.2的发明公开了一种快速燃气阀,该发明包括阀体、阀瓣、阀盖、弹簧、阀杆,阀杆上设有一个垂直于阀杆轴线的洞,使栓销能够插入贯穿阀杆,并在阀杆上方设有阀柄,能够快速实现阀门的闭合,紧急状态下切断危险气源赢得的时间。但是使用时必须用力抬起阀杆,拔下栓销才能关闭阀门。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明是提供一种可稍微用力即可触发,依靠弹簧的拉力来迅速关闭燃气阀的装置。
一种燃气快速关闭阀,主要包括阀本体、触发机关、部件外壳等,其特征在于:该阀是一个带有密封圈的活塞结构,垂直于活塞轴线的方向上有使燃气通过的通孔;所述触发机关是一个翘极装置。
所述翘板装置包括一个翘板、翘板一端已经被拉开的弹簧、翘板同侧另一端的触发杆、中间的支点,翘板的另一侧面的连杆与阀活塞活动连接,在活塞上连杆的另一侧固定一块永久性强磁铁。
所述翘板的支点是在翘板上焊接一钢球,钢球放在带有臼的支撑杆中。
所述阀和触发机关,其中的翘板支点、弹簧的中心轴线、连杆的中轴线、阀活塞的中轴线在一个平面内。
由于弹簧已经被拉开,具有了一定的势能,强磁铁与缸体的磁力使得活塞接近于平衡状态,一旦触发杆被触发,翘板就失去平衡,依靠弹簧的拉力通过连杆拉动阀活塞运动,从而快速关闭燃气的通道。很明显该装置省力、灵活,又能快速关闭燃气,为紧急状态下切断危险气源赢得宝贵的时间。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、设计方案更加清楚明白,以下结合图1所示实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。
图1所描述的燃气快速关闭阀,主要包括阀体1-1,阀体内部有阀活塞1-2,为防止燃气泄漏,在阀活塞1-2所放缸内壁上装有密封圈1-3,当然可增加密封圈的个数来增强密封性。在垂直于阀活塞1-2中心轴的方向上适当位置有一个通孔1-4,很明显通孔1-4是用来导通燃气的,燃气从管道1-6进入、经过通孔1-4,再经管道1-7出来,连杆1-5的一端依靠活动接头1-8与阀活塞1-2连接,另一端经活动接头1-9与翘板1-10连接,在活塞上连杆1-5的另一侧固定一块永久性强磁铁1-11。翘板1-10的两端相同侧面有已经拉开的弹簧1-12和触发杆1-13,弹簧1-12的一端固定在外壳1-17上;翘板1-10中部焊有钢球1-14,正好坐落在带有臼的支撑杆1-15中,来作为中间的支点;在翘板1-10的另一侧面则是连杆1-5,1-16是触发杆1-13与翘板1-10的活动连接点。很明显,活塞1-2是依靠永久性强磁铁1-11与缸体的磁力和弹簧1-12的拉力处于一个平衡位置。为使触发时用力更小,触发杆1-13与翘板1-10连接的位置和弹簧1-12与翘板1-10连接的位置同支点相比更远些。1-17为部件的外壳,起固定部件和保护作用。
当遇到危险需要关闭燃气阀时,由于翘板1-10在拉力弹簧1-12和磁铁1-11的作用下接近于平衡状态,只需轻轻按下触发杆1-13,那么翘板就会依靠弹簧1-12的拉力沿支点迅速转动,连杆1-5拉着阀活塞1-2就迅速沿直线运动,使活塞的通孔1-4与燃气通道1-6、1-7发生错位,从而关闭了燃气。在快速避免危险的事故中赢得了时间。排出危险后,只需拉动触发杆就能使活塞回复到开启状态即可。
当然,设计时,为防止触发装置意外被触发,在活塞开启的情况下弹簧拉力略小于磁铁的磁力。
以上是本发明的的一个具体实施例,然而本领域的普通技术人员仍可作出不脱离本发明的方案仍落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种燃气快速关闭阀,主要包括阀本体、触发机关、部件外壳等,其特征在于:该阀是一个带有密封圈的活塞结构,垂直于活塞轴线的方向上有使燃气通过的通孔;所述触发机关是一个翘板装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃气快速关闭阀,其特征在于所述翘板装置包括一个翘板、翘板一端已经被拉开的弹簧、翘板同侧另一端的触发杆、中间的支点,翘板的另一侧面的连杆与阀活塞活动连接,在活塞上连杆的另一侧固定一块永久性强磁铁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的燃气快速关闭阀,其特征在于所述翘板的支点为:在翘板上焊接一钢球,钢球放在带有臼的支撑杆中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的燃气快速关闭阀,其特征在于所述阀和触发机关,其中的翘板支点、弹簧的中心轴线、连杆的中轴线、阀活塞的中轴线在一个平面内。
