Abstract

本发明公开了外固定支架系统,包括电疗仪、金属制成的骨针、架体和多个设置在架体上面的用于紧固骨针的钳夹,所述多个钳夹中至少有两个采用绝缘材料制成,所述电疗仪的电极用于与骨针连接,且与所述电极连接的骨针固定在绝缘材料制成的钳夹中。本发明的外固定支架系统通过电极与骨针连接,无需高电压即可实行针对骨折处的电疗,解决了电疗时金属内置物容易发热,进而影响骨骼生长的技术问题。

外固定支架系统
技术领域
本发明涉及骨科医疗器械,尤其涉及一种可促进骨愈合的外固定支架系统。
背景技术
外固定支架是根据骨折治疗要求,通过穿插在骨上的钢针和体外装置的连接达到骨折固定、加压、牵伸等作用,为骨折的愈合制造生物力学环境,达到治疗目的。外固定支架在治疗四肢骨折方面应用广泛,尤其对开放性骨折和多发伤有良好效果。
电疗可促进成骨细胞的生长,具有明显促进骨折愈合的作用。临床上常用的电流刺激方式是通过在患者骨折肢体上面贴覆电极,采用外置供电设备对患肢进行通电,但是由于电疗时是针对整个患肢,电阻较高,所以电疗时需要的电压较大,在这种情况下电疗一般很难在植入有钢板或钢钉的患肢上使用,因为较高的电压会引起钢板或骨针的发热,不利骨骼生长。
目前外固定支架的缺点是功能单一,不能与电疗结合使用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种外固定支架系统,该外固定支架系统可与电疗结合使用,解决了电疗时金属内置物容易发热,进而影响骨骼生长的技术问题。
本发明通过以下技术手段实现上述目的:
本发明的外固定支架系统,包括电疗仪、金属制成的骨针、架体和多个设置在架体上面的用于紧固骨针的钳夹,所述多个钳夹中至少有两个采用绝缘材料制成,所述电疗仪的电极用于与骨针连接,且与所述电极连接的骨针固定在绝缘材料制成的钳夹中。
进一步,所述骨针包括针帽和针杆,所述针帽端面上开设有深入到针杆内部的主通道,针杆上设有连通所述主通道与针杆外侧表面的通孔,所述主通道内通过医用弹性材料密封。
进一步,还包括引流装置,所述引流装置包括一个引流管,所述引流管的管口与所述针帽上面的主通道口对接。
进一步,所述针帽上面的通道口处设置成可与引流管对接的接口。
进一步,还包括脉冲电磁场发生装置,所述脉冲电磁场发生装置包括一个可开合的金属环,所述金属环以可拆卸的方式设置在架体上面。
进一步,所述针帽横截面的外缘呈方形。
进一步,所述主通道口处设置有密封塞。
进一步,所述针杆的尖端设置有外螺纹,所述针杆中部的外圆周面光滑,通孔开设在针杆的中部。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的外固定支架系统,包括电疗仪、金属制成的骨针、架体和多个设置在架体上面的用于紧固骨针的钳夹,所述多个钳夹中至少有两个采用绝缘材料制成,所述电疗仪的电极用于与骨针连接,且与所述电极连接的骨针固定在绝缘材料制成的钳夹中。本发明的外固定支架系统通过电极与骨针连接,无需高电压即可实行针对骨折处的电疗,解决了电疗时金属内置物容易发热,进而影响骨骼生长的技术问题。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明进行详细说明:
如图1-3所示,本实施例中的外固定支架系统,包括电疗仪1、金属制成的骨针2、架体3和多个设置在架体3上面的用于紧固骨针的钳夹4,所述架体可采用万向单边外固定架,所述多个钳夹4中有两个采用绝缘材料制成的绝缘夹钳,所述电疗仪1的电极与骨针2连接,且与所述电极连接的骨针固定在绝缘夹钳中。动物实验证明,采用本申请的外固定支架系统,使骨折愈合时间明显缩短。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述骨针2包括针帽2a和针杆2b,所述针帽2a端面上开设有深入到针杆内部的主通道2c,针杆2b上设有连通所述主通道与针杆外侧表面的通孔2d,所述针杆2b的尖端设置有外螺纹,所述针杆中部的外圆周面光滑,所述通孔开设在针杆的中部,所述主通道内通过医用弹性材料密封,当引流或给药时可将该弹性材料取出,通过医用弹性材料密封主通道可防止主通道的细菌滋生。还包括引流装置,所述引流装置包括一个引流管5,所述引流管5的管口与所述针帽上面的主通道口对接。具体地,所述针帽上面的主通道口处设置成可与引流管对接的接口2e,具体可将所述主通道口处设置成具有环形齿状凸起的结构。一般地,骨科手术后常需要插入引流管引流5,进而促进伤口的快速愈合,然而引流管一般很难固定,使得患者在引流期间更加地难以运动,而引流管的不固定容易引发伤口的感染,另外,需要在伤口上留出供引流管插入的通道,进而影响到伤口的愈合。本申请在针杆内部设置主通道,通过引流管的管口与所述针帽上面的主通道口对接,完成了在骨针上建立引流通道的目的,由于骨针固定性好,不会影响患者的移动,另外,无需再在伤口上留出引流通道,加快了伤口的愈合。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,还包括脉冲电磁场发生装置,所述脉冲电磁场发生装置包括一个可开合的金属环6,所述金属环以可拆卸的方式设置在架体上面,通过将金属环设置在架体上面固定,可避免金属环与患者受伤部位相接触造成受伤部位的疼痛。所述脉冲电磁场发生装置可选用XT-400型PEMF治疗仪,金属环表面磁感强度设定为6-10mT,脉冲频率16Hz输出PEMF为尖峰衰减波形。动物实验证明,采用本申请的外固定支架系统结合脉冲电磁场发生装置刺激组骨折断端骨痂厚度明显高于单纯外固定支架组。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述针帽横截面的外缘呈方形。方形的针帽方便从针帽外侧对骨针进行固定,避免了插针时对针帽上面主通道口的破坏。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述主通道口处设置有密封塞。设置密封塞可有效地避免主通道口的细菌滋生。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (8)

1.外固定支架系统,包括电疗仪、金属制成的骨针、架体和多个设置在架体上面的用于紧固骨针的钳夹,所述多个钳夹中至少有两个采用绝缘材料制成,所述电疗仪的电极用于与骨针连接,且与所述电极连接的骨针固定在绝缘材料制成的钳夹中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外固定支架系统,其特征在于:所述骨针包括针帽和针杆,所述针帽端面上开设有深入到针杆内部的主通道,针杆上设有连通所述主通道与针杆外侧表面的通孔,所述主通道内通过医用弹性材料密封。
3.根据权利要求2所述的外固定支架系统,其特征在于:还包括引流装置,所述引流装置包括一个引流管,所述引流管的管口与所述针帽上面的主通道口对接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的外固定支架系统,其特征在于:所述针帽上面的通道口处设置成可与引流管对接的接口。
5.根据权利要求4所述的外固定支架系统,其特征在于:还包括脉冲电磁场发生装置,所述脉冲电磁场发生装置包括一个可开合的金属环,所述金属环以可拆卸的方式设置在架体上面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的外固定支架,其特征在于:所述针帽横截面的外缘呈方形。
7.根据权利要求2所述的外固定支架,其特征在于:所述主通道口处设置有密封塞。
8.根据权利要求2所述的外固定支架,其特征在于:所述针杆的尖端设置有外螺纹,所述针杆中部的外圆周面光滑,通孔开设在针杆的中部。
