The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart particularly illustrating a screen capture process for a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in step S1, when a screen capture instruction of a user is detected, the mobile terminal captures a current full-screen picture and determines a screen capture area corresponding to the screen capture instruction thereon; in step S2, the mobile terminal acquires a corresponding screen shot according to the screen shot region determined in step S1. Therefore, the user can conveniently customize the part of the screenshot needed by the user by continuously adjusting the current full-screen picture.
The mobile terminal captures all pictures displayed on the current screen as current full-screen pictures, draws the full-screen screenshot pictures on a base layer and displays the full-screen screenshot pictures to a user.
According to a preferred example, the screen capture instruction of the user can instruct the mobile terminal to perform two operations, namely 1) capturing the current full-screen picture, and 2) determining the screen capture area corresponding to the screen capture instruction on the captured current full-screen picture.
The screen capturing instruction comprises but is not limited to a specific function item or a specific gesture, and the specific function item is used for instructing the mobile terminal to perform the two operations (hereinafter, referred to as a "screen capturing function item") after being selected by a user, and the expression forms of the screen capturing instruction comprise but are not limited to function options, special functions, button shortcuts (including key combinations) and the like in a menu; the specific gesture is used to delineate a certain region on the screen of the mobile terminal to thereby instruct the mobile terminal to perform the above-described two operations (hereinafter, referred to as "screen capture gesture"), which may be expressed as a region delineation operation performed in an arbitrary shape on the screen and stored in the mobile terminal by a preset.
Specifically, the screen capture instruction may be that a detectable object (such as a finger of a user, a touch pen, and the like) slides on a screen of the mobile terminal, slides from one point to another point as in open screen unlocking, or draws a closed circle, square, parallelogram, or other polygon, and the like, and when such a sliding motion is detected on the screen, the mobile terminal intercepts the current full-screen picture and determines a screen capture area therefrom. The screen capture instruction can also be that the mobile terminal is shaken at a certain speed and frequency, the shaking is up and down, or left and right, or up, down, left and right combined shaking, and when the shaking action is detected, the mobile terminal captures the current full-screen picture and determines the screen capture area from the full-screen picture. The screen capture instruction may also be an instruction for voice input, for example, when a voice instruction of "capture upper right screen" is detected, the mobile terminal captures the current full-screen picture and determines the upper right area as the screen capture area from the current full-screen picture, and of course, the instruction for voice input may be other instructions or may be set by the user in a self-defined manner. The screen capturing instruction may also be a key input using the mobile terminal, for example, a key combination, the keys are input in a preset sequence, and when the mobile terminal detects the key commands, the current full-screen picture is captured. Of course, the start instruction may be in other manners, such as a combination of two or more manners, sorting, and the like, as long as the setting is capable of enabling the mobile terminal to intercept the current full-screen picture and determine the screen capture area from the current full-screen picture. Certainly, when the method is applied to a mobile terminal, especially a mobile terminal with a function of detecting a gesture operation (such as a mobile terminal with a touch screen), a gesture-like screen capturing instruction is preferably adopted, so that a user can start a part of screen capturing operations more conveniently.
Preferably, before determining the screen capture area, the mobile terminal may further present a screen capture frame to the user, so that the user may determine the screen capture area by adjusting the frame parameters, such as the position, size, and shape of the screen capture frame. More preferably, if the user delineates a region on the screen by a screen capture gesture, the shape of the screen capture frame may conform to the shape of the delineated region. For example, according to the shape of the area defined by the screen capture gesture, the closest frame shape is matched out of the frame shapes prestored in the mobile terminal to be used as the screen capture frame. Because the screen capture gesture is generally generated by the manual screen sliding operation of the user, the drawn shape has a certain difference with the standard geometric shape, and if the frame capture frame is determined based on the shape, the frame shape of the screen capture is likely to be irregular, so that the attractiveness of the screen capture is affected. Therefore, some standard geometric patterns can be pre-stored in the mobile terminal as alternative frame shapes, such as rectangles, triangles, circles, diamonds and the like, when a user applies a screen capture gesture on a screen to define an area, the closest frame shape is directly called to correct the shape of the area, and the attractiveness of screen capture is improved.
Taking the screen capturing instruction as the screen capturing option in the menu as an example, when the mobile terminal detects that the user selects the screen capturing option, the current full-screen picture is captured, and the screen capturing area corresponding to the screen capturing instruction is determined on the captured current full-screen picture. Here, the screen capture area may be any predetermined area, such as a screen middle area, or an area in which the subject content is located is determined to be the screen capture area by performing content recognition/subject recognition on a full screen picture, or the like. Alternatively, the mobile terminal may present the screen capture frame to the user, so that the user may determine the screen capture area by adjusting the frame parameters such as the position, size and shape of the screen capture frame. Therefore, the user can conveniently select the area which the user wants to capture the screen, and the method is more humanized and intelligent.
Taking the screen capture instruction as the screen capture gesture as an example, when the mobile terminal detects that a circling operation is performed on the screen by the user and the circling operation is a preset screen capture gesture, the mobile terminal captures the current full-screen picture and determines the screen capture area corresponding to the circling operation on the captured current full-screen picture. Here, the screen capture area may be an area delineated by the screen capture gesture. Alternatively, the mobile terminal may present a screen capture box to the user for the user to determine the screen capture area by adjusting the screen capture box. Preferably, the shape of the screen capture may correspond to the shape of the delineating region. The operation is more convenient, certainly, the shape of the screenshot frame and the shape of the area defined by the screenshot gesture can be independent of each other and do not influence each other, and a user can set the screenshot frame according to the needs and habits of the user.
Preferably, in this preferred example, before step S1, the mobile terminal may further detect whether a screen capture trigger condition is satisfied, and when the screen capture trigger condition is satisfied, the mobile terminal initiates detection of the screen capture instruction. Here, the screen capture trigger condition may be any trigger condition applicable to the present invention, including, but not limited to, a user selecting a specific function item for instructing the mobile terminal to initiate detection of a screen capture instruction (hereinafter, simply referred to as a "screen capture trigger function item") or a user applying a specific gesture on a screen (hereinafter, simply referred to as a "screen capture trigger gesture"). The representations of the screenshot trigger function items include, but are not limited to, function options in a menu, dedicated buttons, shortcut keys (including key combinations), and the like. The screen capture trigger gesture includes, but is not limited to, a region delineation operation performed in an arbitrary shape on a screen or a tap, press, drag operation, etc. on the screen, and is stored in the mobile terminal through a preset.
Here, those skilled in the art should understand that various specific implementations of the screen capture trigger instruction may be the same as or similar to those of the screen capture instruction described above, and are not described herein again. For example, the screen capture trigger command is a voice input command, such as a user inputting a voice command "start screen capture", and the mobile terminal starts detection of the screen capture command. Of course, the voice input command can be other or customized by the user.
Here, it should also be understood by those skilled in the art that, during a partial screen capture, the specific implementation of the screen capture trigger command and the specific implementation of the screen capture command should be different, for example, the two can not use the same shortcut key (including key combination) or area delineation operation.
According to another preferred example, the user's screen capture instruction includes an instruction combination including a screen capture start instruction and a partial screen capture instruction. Thus, step S1 is further divided into two sub-steps: in step S11, when the screen capture start instruction is detected, the mobile terminal captures a current full-screen picture; in step S12, when the partial screen capture instruction is detected, the mobile terminal determines a screen capture area corresponding to the partial screen capture instruction on the current full-screen picture.
The screen capture start instruction may be any start instruction applicable to the present invention, including but not limited to a specific voice instruction for instructing the mobile terminal to capture a current full-screen picture, a specific function item (hereinafter, referred to as "screen capture start function item") or a specific gesture (hereinafter, referred to as "screen capture start gesture"). The representations of the screen capture initiation function items include, but are not limited to, function options in a menu, dedicated buttons, shortcut keys (including key combinations), and the like. The screen capture start gesture includes, but is not limited to, an operation applied to a screen, such as a region delineation operation performed in an arbitrary shape on the screen or a tap, press, drag operation, etc. on the screen, and an action applied to the mobile terminal, such as a shake in a specific direction, frequency, etc. to the mobile terminal. The screen capture starting gesture can be stored in the mobile terminal through presetting.
Specifically, the screen capture start instruction may be that a detectable object (such as a finger of a user, a touch pen, or the like) slides on a screen of the mobile terminal, slides from one point to another point as in the case of open screen unlocking, or draws a closed circle, square, parallelogram, or other polygon, or the like, and when such a sliding motion is detected on the screen, the mobile terminal captures a current full-screen picture. The screen capture starting instruction can also be that the mobile terminal is shaken at a certain speed and frequency, the shaking is combined up and down, or left and right, or up, down, left and right, and when the shaking action is detected, the mobile terminal captures the current full-screen picture. The screen capture start instruction may also be an instruction of voice input, for example, when a voice instruction of "start screen capture" is detected, the mobile terminal captures the current full-screen picture, and of course, the instruction of voice input may also be other instructions or may be set by the user in a self-defined manner. The screen capture starting instruction can also be key input by using the mobile terminal, for example, a key combination, keys are input according to a preset sequence, and when the mobile terminal detects the key commands, the current full-screen picture is captured. Of course, the start instruction may be in other manners, such as a combination, sorting, and the like of the above two or more manners, as long as the setting is capable of enabling the mobile terminal to intercept the current full-screen picture. Certainly, when the method is applied to a mobile terminal, especially a mobile terminal (such as a mobile terminal with a touch screen) with a function of detecting a gesture operation, a gesture-like screen capture starting instruction is preferably adopted, so that a user can start part of screen capture operations more conveniently and conveniently.
The partial screen capture instruction includes, but is not limited to, a specific function item (hereinafter, referred to as a "partial screen capture function item") or a specific gesture (hereinafter, referred to as a "partial screen capture gesture").
And the partial screen capture function item is used for instructing the mobile terminal to determine a screen capture area on the captured current full-screen picture after being selected by the user, and the representation form of the partial screen capture function item comprises but is not limited to function options, special buttons and the like in a menu. The screen capture area may be any predetermined area, such as a middle area of a screen, or an area in which the subject content is located is determined to be the screen capture area by performing content recognition/subject recognition on a full-screen picture, and the like. Alternatively, the mobile terminal may present the screen capture frame to the user, so that the user may determine the screen capture area by adjusting the frame parameters such as the position, size and shape of the screen capture frame.
The partial screen capture gesture is used for delineating a certain area on the screen of the mobile terminal, so as to instruct the mobile terminal to determine a screen capture area on the intercepted current full-screen picture, wherein the screen capture area can be represented as an area delineating operation performed in any shape on the screen and is stored in the mobile terminal through presetting. Wherein, the screen capture area can be an area defined by a partial screen capture gesture. Alternatively, the mobile terminal may present a screen capture box to the user for the user to determine the screen capture area by adjusting the screen capture box. Preferably, the shape of the screen capture may correspond to the shape of the delineating region. For example, according to the shape of the region defined by the partial screen capture gesture, the closest frame shape is matched out of the frame shapes prestored in the mobile terminal to be used as the screen capture frame. Since part of screen capture gestures are generally generated by manual screen sliding operation of a user, the drawn shape has a certain difference with a standard geometric shape, and if a screen capture frame is determined based on the shape, the shape of the frame of the screen capture is likely to be irregular, so that the attractiveness of the screen capture is affected. Therefore, some standard geometric patterns can be pre-stored in the mobile terminal as alternative frame shapes, such as rectangles, triangles, circles, diamonds and the like, when a user applies partial screen capture gestures on a screen to define an area, the closest frame shape is directly called to correct the shape of the area, and the attractiveness of screen capture is improved. Of course, the shape of the screenshot frame and the shape of the area defined by the screenshot gesture can be independent of each other and do not affect each other, and a user can set the screenshot frame according to the needs and habits of the user.
Here, those skilled in the art should understand that various specific implementations of the partial screen capture instruction may be the same as or similar to those of the screen capture start instruction, and are not described herein again. For example, the partial screen capture instruction is a voice input instruction, for example, a user inputs a voice instruction "capture upper right corner region", and the mobile terminal determines the upper right corner region as the screen capture region from the current full-screen picture, for example, divides the picture into 4 lattices, 6 lattices, 9 lattices, and the like, and selects the upper right corner region as the screen capture region. Of course, the voice input command can be other or customized by the user.
Here, it should also be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific implementation of the screen capture start command and the specific implementation of the partial screen capture command should be different during a partial screen capture, for example, the two can not use the same shortcut key (including key combination) or area delineation operation.
Preferably, the mobile terminal may save the current full-screen picture after intercepting the current full-screen picture. For example, according to the user setting, the mobile terminal may automatically save the current full-screen picture, or may ask the user and save the picture after confirmation by the user, so as to meet the diversified requirements of different users, such as other future uses of the current full-screen picture.
Preferably, the time interval between the screen capture start command and the partial screen capture command is not too long, such as not exceeding a predetermined time threshold. The time threshold may be set according to the specific needs of the application, such as 1S. And if the mobile terminal does not detect a part of screen capturing instructions after detecting the screen capturing starting instructions 1S, ending the screen capturing process.
After the mobile terminal intercepts the current full-screen picture, the user needs to use a step of determining a screen capturing area by using a partial screen capturing gesture, so that misoperation can be prevented, and the mobile terminal can perform a partial screen capturing mode only when needed. For example, when the mobile terminal is placed in a backpack or a pocket, the user does not have any intention of performing any operation on the mobile terminal, but the mobile terminal receives a screen capture start instruction due to other factors such as collision and the like to capture a current full-screen picture, at this time, the user needs to use a screen capture gesture to enable the mobile terminal to actually enter a part of screen capture operations, otherwise, the mobile terminal terminates the screen capture operation. Therefore, the mobile terminal must receive the related instruction at least twice before completing the partial screen capture, which significantly reduces the occurrence of automatic screen capture of the mobile terminal due to misoperation or abnormal operation of the user.
Fig. 2 is a schematic device diagram according to another embodiment of the present invention, which particularly shows a screen capture device for a mobile terminal. More specifically, the screen capture device can be installed in the mobile terminal as an APP, or installed in the mobile terminal or any APP therein as a plug-in.
As shown in fig. 2, the screen capture device 20 includes a screen capture determination device 21 and a screen capture acquisition device 22. Specifically, when a screen capture instruction of the user is detected, the screen capture determining device 21 captures the current full-screen picture and determines a screen capture area corresponding to the screen capture instruction on the current full-screen picture; the screenshot obtaining device 22 obtains a corresponding screenshot picture according to the screenshot area determined by the screenshot determining device 21. Therefore, the user can conveniently customize the part of the screenshot needed by the user by continuously adjusting the current full-screen picture.
Here, the screen capture determination means 21 captures the entire screen displayed on the current screen as a current full screen picture, draws the full screen captured picture on the base layer, and displays the full screen captured picture to the user.
According to a preferred example, the user's screen capture instruction may instruct the screen capture determination means 21 to perform two operations, namely 1) capturing the current full-screen picture, 2) determining the screen capture area corresponding to the screen capture instruction on the captured current full-screen picture.
Wherein, the screen capture instruction includes, but is not limited to, a specific function item or a specific gesture, and the specific function item is used for instructing the screen capture determination device 21 to perform the above two operations (hereinafter, referred to as "screen capture function item") after being selected by the user, and the representation forms include, but are not limited to, function options in a menu, special functions, button shortcut keys (including key combination), and the like; the specific gesture is used to circle a certain area on the screen of the mobile terminal to thereby instruct the screen capture determination device 21 to perform the above-described two operations (hereinafter, referred to as "screen capture gesture"), which may be expressed as an area circle operation performed in an arbitrary shape on the screen and stored in the mobile terminal by a preset.
Specifically, the screen capture instruction may be that a detectable object (such as a finger of a user, a touch pen, etc.) slides on the screen of the mobile terminal, slides from one point to another as in open screen unlocking, or draws a closed circle, square, parallelogram, or other polygon, etc., and when such a sliding motion is detected on the screen, the screen capture determination device 21 intercepts the current full screen picture and determines the screen capture area therefrom. The screen capture instruction may also be that the mobile terminal is shaken at a certain speed and frequency, including up-down shaking, left-right shaking, or up-down-left-right shaking, and when the shaking motion is detected, the screen capture determination device 21 captures the current full-screen picture and determines the screen capture area from the full-screen picture. The screen capture command may also be a command of voice input, for example, when a voice command of "capture upper right screen" is detected, the screen capture determination device 21 captures the current full-screen picture and determines the upper right area as the screen capture area, of course, the command of voice input may also be other or may be set by the user in a self-defined manner. The screen capture instruction may also be a key input using the mobile terminal, such as a key combination, to input keys in a preset sequence, and when the key commands are detected, the screen capture determination device 21 captures the current full-screen picture. Of course, the start instruction may be in other manners, such as a combination of two or more manners, sorting, and the like, as long as the configuration is such that the screen capture determination device 21 captures the current full-screen picture and determines the screen capture area from the captured full-screen picture.
Preferably, before determining the screen capture area, the screen capture determining device 21 may further present a screen capture frame to the user, so that the user may determine the screen capture area by adjusting the frame parameters such as the position, size and shape of the screen capture frame.
Taking the screen capture instruction as the screen capture option in the menu as an example, when it is detected that the user selects the screen capture option, the screen capture determining device 21 captures the current full-screen picture and determines the screen capture area corresponding to the screen capture instruction on the captured current full-screen picture. Here, the screen capture area may be any predetermined area, such as a screen middle area, or an area in which the subject content is located is determined to be the screen capture area by performing content recognition/subject recognition on a full screen picture, or the like. Alternatively, the screen capture determination device 21 may present the screen capture frame to the user, so that the user may determine the screen capture area by adjusting the frame parameters such as the position, size and shape of the screen capture frame. Therefore, the user can conveniently select the area which the user wants to capture the screen, and the method is more humanized and intelligent.
Taking the screen capture command as the screen capture gesture as an example, when it is detected that a circling operation is performed on the screen by the user and the circling operation is a preset screen capture gesture, the screen capture determining device 21 captures the current full-screen picture and determines the screen capture area corresponding to the circling operation on the captured current full-screen picture. Here, the screen capture area may be an area delineated by the screen capture gesture. Alternatively, the screen capture determination means 21 may present a screen capture frame to the user for the user to determine the screen capture area by adjusting the screen capture frame.
Preferably, in the preferred example, the screen capture device further comprises a trigger detection device (not shown). The trigger detection means may detect whether a screen capture trigger condition is satisfied, and when the screen capture trigger condition is satisfied, instruct the screen capture determination means 21 to start detection of the screen capture instruction. Here, the screen capture trigger condition may be any trigger condition applicable to the present invention, including, but not limited to, a user selecting a specific function item for instructing the screen capture determination means 21 to initiate detection of a screen capture instruction (hereinafter, simply referred to as "screen capture trigger function item") or a user applying a specific gesture on the screen (hereinafter, simply referred to as "screen capture trigger gesture"). The representations of the screenshot trigger function items include, but are not limited to, function options in a menu, dedicated buttons, shortcut keys (including key combinations), and the like. The screen capture trigger gesture includes, but is not limited to, an operation applied to a screen, such as a region delineation operation performed in an arbitrary shape on the screen or a tap, press, drag operation on the screen, and an action applied to the mobile terminal, such as a shake of the mobile terminal in a specific direction, frequency, and the like, including, but not limited to, an operation applied to a screen, such as a region delineation operation performed in an arbitrary shape on the screen or a tap, press, drag operation on the screen, and the like, and an action applied to the mobile terminal, such as a shake of the mobile terminal in a specific direction, frequency, and the like. The screen capture triggering gesture is stored in the mobile terminal through presetting.
Thus, the operation performed by the screen capture determination means 21 is further divided into two sub-steps: operation 1, when detecting the screen capture start instruction, the screen capture determining device 21 captures a current full-screen picture; in operation 2, when the partial screen capture instruction is detected, the screen capture determination device 21 determines the screen capture area corresponding to the partial screen capture instruction on the current full-screen picture.
The screen capture start instruction may be any start instruction applicable to the present invention, including but not limited to a specific voice instruction for instructing the screen capture determination device 21 to capture the current full-screen picture, a specific function item (hereinafter, referred to as "screen capture start function item") or a specific gesture (hereinafter, referred to as "screen capture start gesture").
Specifically, the screenshot launching instruction may be that a detectable object (such as a finger of a user, a touch pen, etc.) slides on the screen of the mobile terminal, slides from one point to another as in the open screen unlocking, or draws a closed circle, square, parallelogram or other polygon, etc., and when such a sliding action on the screen is detected, the screenshot determining means 21 intercepts the current full-screen picture. The screen capture start command may also be a command to shake the mobile terminal at a certain speed and frequency, including up-down, left-right, or up-down-left-right combined shaking, and when a shaking motion is detected, the screen capture determination device 21 captures the current full-screen picture. The screenshot starting command can also be a voice input command, for example, when a voice command of "start screenshot" is detected, the screenshot determining device 21 intercepts the current full-screen picture, and of course, the voice input command can be other commands or can be set by the user in a self-defined way. The screen capture start instruction may also be a key input using the mobile terminal, such as a key combination, and the keys are input in a preset sequence, and when the key commands are detected, the screen capture determination device 21 captures the current full-screen picture. Of course, the start instruction may be in other manners, such as a combination of two or more manners, sorting, and the like, as long as the setting can be made to let the screen capture determination device 21 capture the current full-screen picture.
The partial screen capture function item is used for instructing the screen capture determination device 21 to determine a screen capture area on the captured current full-screen picture after being selected by the user, and the representation form of the partial screen capture function item includes but is not limited to function options in a menu, a special button and the like.
The partial screen capture gesture is used to delineate a certain area on the screen of the mobile terminal, to thereby instruct the screen capture determination means 21 to determine a screen capture area on the captured current full-screen picture, which may be represented as an area delineation operation performed in an arbitrary shape on the screen, and stored in the mobile terminal by a preset. Wherein, the screen capture area can be an area defined by a partial screen capture gesture. Alternatively, the screen capture determination means 21 may present a screen capture frame to the user for the user to determine the screen capture area by adjusting the screen capture frame.
For example, the partial screen capture instruction is an instruction of voice input, such as a user inputting a voice instruction "capture upper right corner region", the screen capture determination device 21 determines the upper right corner region as the screen capture region from the current full-screen picture, and selects the upper right corner region as the screen capture region from the 4-grid, 6-grid, 9-grid and the like pictures.
Preferably, the screen capture determination means 21 may save the current full screen picture after capturing the current full screen picture. For example, according to the user setting, the screen capture determining device 21 may automatically save the current full-screen picture, or may ask the user and save the current full-screen picture after the user confirms, so as to meet the diversified requirements of different users, such as other future uses of the current full-screen picture.
Preferably, the time interval between the screen capture start command and the partial screen capture command is not too long, such as not exceeding a predetermined time threshold. The time threshold may be set according to the specific needs of the application, such as 1S. If the screen capture determination means 21 does not detect a partial screen capture instruction after detecting the screen capture start instruction 1S, the screen capture process is ended.
