Abstract

本发明涉及一种使用氧气杀菌的空气净化装置,属于医用杀菌装置领域。本发明的目的是解决现有杀菌装置杀菌不彻底、易对人体产生危害的技术不足。设有杀菌装置壳体,其特征在于:杀菌装置壳体内设有杀菌仓,圆形转盘的一部分位于杀菌仓内,圆形转盘沿圆周方向加工有芯孔,芯孔内插装有滤芯,杀菌仓的圆形转盘旋出口及旋入口处安装有密封装置,杀菌仓与输氧管相连通,滤芯与风机的排风口相连。

使用氧气杀菌的空气净化装置
技术领域
本发明涉及医用杀菌装置领域,详细地讲是一种使用氧气杀菌的空气净化装置。
背景技术
众所周知,目前空气质量问题受到了大家的广泛关注,空气中颗粒物的增加严重影响了人类的身体健康。主要原因是颗粒物上附着的致病菌在空气中漂浮,随着人类的呼吸而进入人的体内,使人产生疾病。空气中的颗粒物成为致病菌的传播载体,如何去除颗粒物,如何消灭致病菌是解决空气传播疾病的最直接方法。
针对空气净化的处理方式也多种多样,目前常见的有结合高效滤芯与等离子、紫外线、臭氧等方法,这些方法对如何去除附着在灰尘上的细菌效果不明显,特别是高效滤芯上收集的空气尘埃,但在更换滤芯时容易产生二次污染,会严重影响环境与用户的身体健康。现有技术中已公开利用臭氧来杀灭细菌。臭氧是一种高效除菌物质,能杀灭空气中的细菌,但是浓度较高时对人体有害,而且臭氧气味较重,使用舒适度差,用户不易接受。紫外杀菌也是常见的杀菌方式,但如果用户在利用紫外线杀菌时杀菌仓未完全密封,则会被紫外线直接辐射,从而带来人身伤害。此外,现有技术中利用紫外线进行杀菌时,均没有考虑到杀菌环境对杀菌的效率的影响。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种更加安全、对用户完全无伤害的用于空气或材料的杀菌装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种使用氧气杀菌的空气净化装置,设有杀菌装置壳体,其特征在于:杀菌装置壳体内设有杀菌仓,圆形转盘的一部分位于杀菌仓内,圆形转盘沿圆周方向加工有芯孔,芯孔内插装有滤芯,杀菌仓的圆形转盘旋出口及旋入口处安装有密封装置,杀菌仓与输氧管相连通,滤芯与风机的排风口相连。
本发明还可通过如下措施来实现:圆形转盘的外侧加工有棘轮,棘轮与变向推进杆一端相接触,变向推进杆另一端铰连在气缸的活塞杆端部,气缸安装在杀菌装置壳体上。滤芯由初效滤芯及高效滤芯构成,初效滤芯套装在高效滤芯上。密封装置与夹紧气缸的活塞杆相连。
本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,易于操作,杀菌效率高,对人体无伤害,不会产生二次污染。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明设有杀菌装置壳体11,杀菌装置壳体11内设有杀菌仓15,圆形转盘6的一部分位于杀菌仓15内,圆形转盘6沿圆周方向加工有芯孔,芯孔内插装有多个滤芯7,本实施例插装了8个滤芯,在图中标识为A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H,滤芯7由初效滤芯13及高效滤芯14构成,初效滤芯13套装在高效滤芯14上,初效滤芯13的过滤孔大于高效滤芯14,圆形转盘6的外侧加工有棘轮,棘轮与变向推进杆3一端相接触,变向推进杆3另一端铰连在气缸1的活塞杆端部,气缸1安装在杀菌装置壳体11上。杀菌仓15的圆形转盘6旋出口及旋入口处安装有密封装置,密封装置与夹紧气缸4的活塞杆相连,夹紧气缸4起到加强杀菌仓15的转盘旋出口及旋入口的密封作用,夹紧气缸4背面安装在加强板12上,圆形转盘6上侧面安装有进风口盖板5,进风口盖板5覆盖在滤芯7的端部,位于杀菌仓6外部的进风口盖板5上加工有出风口16,杀菌仓15与输氧管相连通,出风口16与湿化瓶10相连通,用于调整排放到环境中的氧气的湿度,滤芯7与风机2的排风口相连,风机2用于室内空气循环,滤芯7的背面加工有用于输入氧气的进气口8,高压氧气经输氧管及进气口8进入到杀菌仓15内的滤芯内,高压氧气对杀菌仓15内的滤芯7进行杀菌。
本发明使用时,如图1、图2所示下部的3个滤芯A、B、C两侧没有遮挡,而其它5个滤芯D、E、F、G、H则位于杀菌仓15内,高压氧气经输氧管及进气口8进入到杀菌仓15内的滤芯内,高压氧气对杀菌仓15内的5个滤芯D、E、F、G、H进行杀菌。位于杀菌仓15外的3个滤芯A、B、C则用于过滤室内空气,室内空气从右侧进入,经过初效滤芯13、高效滤芯14后,经过风机2作用将过滤好的空气排到室内。在工作一段时间后,滤芯7表面积聚了过滤的灰尘,灰尘上滋生的细菌需要清除,气缸1的活塞杆会推动与之铰连的变向推进杆3,变向推进杆3推动转盘6转动一个固定角度,三个滤芯A、B、C逆时针转动一步,这样,原来用于空气过滤的滤芯7中的A、B、C依次向右移一个位置,滤芯C进入了杀菌仓15,而滤芯H则旋出杀菌仓15。滤芯C进入了杀菌仓15后,高压氧气经输氧管及进气口8进入到杀菌仓15内的滤芯C内,高压氧气对杀菌仓15内的滤芯C进行杀菌。而原来在进行杀菌并已经杀菌完成的滤芯H旋出到原来的滤芯A位置后开始对室内空气进行过滤除菌,经过定时的循环,从而实现了各个滤芯的杀菌。
以上是实现氧气杀菌的基本流程,实际使用时可使用PLC或单片机等程序控制各电磁阀的开关,从而实现自动切换到氧气杀菌模式与净化过滤空气模式。

Claims (2)

1.一种使用氧气杀菌的空气净化装置,设有杀菌装置壳体,其特征在于:杀菌装置壳体内设有杀菌仓,圆形转盘的一部分位于杀菌仓内,圆形转盘沿圆周方向加工有芯孔,芯孔内插装有滤芯,杀菌仓的圆形转盘旋出口及旋入口处安装有密封装置,密封装置与夹紧气缸的活塞杆相连,杀菌仓与输氧管相连通,滤芯与风机的排风口相连;所述的圆形转盘的外侧加工有棘轮,棘轮与变向推进杆一端相接触,变向推进杆另一端铰连在气缸的活塞杆端部,气缸安装在杀菌装置壳体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述使用氧气杀菌的空气净化装置,其特征在于所述的滤芯由初效滤芯及高效滤芯构成,初效滤芯套装在高效滤芯上。
