Abstract

一种灯泡壳固定结构,包括光源板、配光元件及灯泡壳,该配光元件设置在该光源板上用于改变该光源板发出的光线的分布,该灯泡壳罩设在该光源板及该配光元件周围,该灯泡壳底部的开口处设有底边,该底边环绕该光源板设置,该配光元件上设有压制件,该压制件或该底边由弹性材料制成,该压制件伸出该光源板之外以压抵该灯泡壳的底边。本发明通过在灯泡壳底部设置底边,并在配光元件上设置压制件,压制件伸出光源板之外。因此,压制件将灯泡壳的底边弹性地压抵以实现固定。由于省去了打胶工序,使得该灯泡壳具有安装牢固且便于自动化组装的优点。

Description

灯泡壳固定结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED照明灯具,特别是一种灯泡壳固定结构。
背景技术
LED光源具有发光效率高、低发热、省电和寿命长的优点,因此其应用越来越广泛。LED灯将逐渐取代白炽灯和卤素灯等传统照明灯具。现有技术中,泡壳的固定普遍都采用打胶的方式。而近年来,受制造成本等的压力,市场上也逐渐出现了各式各样的卡扣安装方式。但普遍是将泡壳卡扣在散热件上,通过在泡壳上的泡脚卡装在散热件上。这种卡装方式还往往存在强度不够、容易脱落的问题,还需要涂覆粘接胶才能实现泡壳的固定。涂覆粘接胶一方面不利于环保,另一方面需要专门的打胶工序,组装操作复杂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种便于自动化组装的灯泡壳固定结构。
一种灯泡壳固定结构,包括光源板、配光元件及灯泡壳,该配光元件设置在该光源板上用于改变该光源板发出的光线的分布,该灯泡壳罩设在该光源板及该配光元件周围,该灯泡壳底部的开口处设有底边,该底边环绕该光源板设置,该配光元件上设有压制件,该压制件或该底边由弹性材料制成,该压制件伸出该光源板之外以压抵该灯泡壳的底边。
与现有技术相比,灯泡壳固定结构通过在灯泡壳底部设置底边,并在配光元件上设置压制件,压制件伸出光源板之外。因此,压制件将灯泡壳的底边弹性地压抵以实现固定。由于省去了打胶工序,使得该灯泡壳具有安装牢固且便于自动化组装的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本发明第一实施例的灯泡壳10固定结构,请参考图1至图3。
请参考图1至图3,一种灯泡壳10固定结构,包括光源板40、配光元件30及灯泡壳10,该配光元件30设置在该光源板40上用于改变该光源板40发出的光线的分布。该灯泡壳10罩设在该光源板40及该配光元件30周围,该灯泡壳10底部的开口处设有底边11,该底边11环绕该光源板40设置,该配光元件30上设有压制件31,该压制件31或该底边11由弹性材料制成,该压制件31伸出该光源板40之外以压抵该灯泡壳10的底边11。
通过在灯泡底部设置底边11,并在配光元件30上设置压制件31,使压制件31伸出光源板40之外。因此,压制件31将灯泡壳10的底边11弹性地压抵实现固定,使得灯泡壳10能够安装牢固,具有不易脱落、结构简单的优点。其中,该压制件31或该底边11由弹性材料制成,使得该压制件31与该底边11能够弹性配合安装,使得该灯泡壳10组装便捷。
请参考图2和图3,优选的,该灯泡壳10的底边11为围绕该光源板40设置的环形侧壁结构,该底边11朝向远离该灯泡壳10的方向延伸设置。该灯泡壳10的底边11的内侧面设有凸块111,该压制件31抵压在该凸块111上。其中,将底边11设置为环形侧壁结构,一方面使得灯泡壳10的整体形状结构更加匀称,灯泡壳10一体制成时能够减少形状结构的变形;另一方面也使得底边11具有较大空间,方便根据需要设置安装固定结构,保证灯泡壳10能够固定牢固。且该底边11的内侧面通过设置凸块111与该压制件31配合安装,具有结构简单、安装便捷的优点。
请参考图2和图3,还包括灯体20,该光源板40固定在该灯体20的顶面,该配光元件30固定在该光源板40的上方,该灯泡壳10的底边11被夹持在该配光元件30的压制件31及该灯体20之间。该灯体20的顶面设有让位槽21,该灯泡壳10的底边11收容在该让位槽21内并与该让位槽21抵接。该灯泡壳10的底边11的外侧面上设有定位环112,该让位槽21对应该定位环112设有扣块211,该扣块211扣接在该定位环112上。
通过在灯体20上设置让位槽21,该让位槽21上设置有扣块211,同时在该灯泡壳10的外侧面设置对应的定位环112,通过将扣块211扣接在该定位环112上实现安装固定。因此,使得该灯泡壳10也受到了该灯体20的扣接固定,使得该灯泡壳10的底边11被夹持在该配光元件30的压制件31及该灯体20之间,保证了该灯泡壳10能够牢固的固定在该灯体20上,省去了打胶工艺,具有结构简单、组装便捷以及不易脱落的优点。
请参考图2和图3,该配光元件30为反射环,该光源板40上围绕该反射环设有多颗LED光源,该反射环用于朝向该灯泡壳10的底部反射部分所述LED光源发出的光线。该配光元件30固定在该光源板40上,该压制件31设置在该配光元件30的底部。
综上所述,通过在灯泡底部设置底边11,并在配光元件30上设置压制件31,压制件31伸出光源板40之外。因此,压制件31将灯泡壳10的底边11弹性地压抵实现固定,使得灯泡壳10能够安装牢固。该灯泡壳10的底边11的内侧面设有凸块111,该压制件31抵压在该凸块111上。该灯泡壳10的底部的外侧面上设有定位环112,该让位槽21对应该定位环112设有扣块211,该扣块211扣接在该定位环112上。通过在底边11的内侧面与外侧面上同时设置固定结构,使得使得该灯泡壳10的底边11被夹持在该配光元件30的压制件31及该灯体20之间,保证了该灯泡壳10能够牢固的固定在该灯体20上,省去了打胶工艺,具有结构简单、组装便捷以及不易脱落的优点。
可以理解的,该配光元件30还可以为透镜结构。该配光元件30除了固定在光源板40上,还可以固定在灯体20上,因为该灯泡壳10最终需要实现相对该灯体20的固定。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种灯泡壳固定结构,包括光源板、配光元件及灯泡壳,该配光元件设置在该光源板上用于改变该光源板发出的光线的分布,该灯泡壳罩设在该光源板及该配光元件周围,其特征在于,该灯泡壳底部的开口处设有底边,该底边环绕该光源板设置,该配光元件上设有压制件,该压制件或该底边由弹性材料制成,该压制件伸出该光源板之外以压抵该灯泡壳的底边,还包括灯体,光源板固定在该灯体的顶面,该配光元件固定在该光源板的上方,该灯泡壳的底边被夹持在该配光元件的压制件及该灯体之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯泡壳固定结构,其特征在于:该灯体的顶面设有让位槽,该灯泡壳的底边收容在该让位槽内并与该让位槽抵接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的灯泡壳固定结构,其特征在于:该灯泡壳的底边为围绕该光源板设置的环形侧壁结构,该底边朝向远离该灯泡壳的方向延伸设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的灯泡壳固定结构,其特征在于:该灯泡壳的底边的内侧面设有凸块,该压制件抵压在该凸块上。
5.根据权利要求3所述的灯泡壳固定结构,其特征在于:该灯泡壳的底边的外侧面上设有定位环,该让位槽对应该定位环设有扣块,该扣块扣接在该定位环上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的灯泡壳固定结构,其特征在于:该配光元件为反射环,该光源板上围绕该反射环设有多颗LED光源,该反射环用于朝向该灯泡壳的底部反射部分所述LED光源发出的光线。
7.根据权利要求6所述的灯泡壳固定结构,其特征在于:该配光元件固定在该光源板上,该压制件设置在该配光元件的底部。
