Abstract
本发明公开了冷却定型块，包括构成定型块的四个分块，四个分块通过螺钉连接，四个分块的螺钉连接处设有镶件槽（2），镶件槽内设有调节块，调节块上设有调节螺钉，调节螺钉用于连接调节块和分块，调节块与螺钉连接，通过调节螺钉使调节块发生平行或垂直运动，从而保证了异型材单臂部分表面平整度的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷却定型块，包括构成定型块的四个分块，四个分块通过螺钉连接。
背景技术
目前，用于水箱中冷却成型的定型块由四块组成，通过方键和螺钉连接，但据以往制造调试结果，由于异型材受牵引拉伸力的影响，单臂部分容易弯曲，如果是组装的定形块，需要割成型部分或者焊成型部分，这样不仅浪费了加工所需的耗材也增加了修模所用的时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有定型块不能调节异型材表面平整度的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是：冷却定型块，包括构成定型块的四个分块，四个分块通过螺钉连接，四个分块的螺钉连接处设有镶件槽，镶件槽内设有调节块，调节块上设有调节螺钉，调节螺钉用于连接调节块和分块。
作为本发明的进一步改进，镶件槽开口处设有压块，压块中间设有通孔，通孔与调节螺钉的螺帽相适配。
作为本发明的进一步改进，压块通过螺钉连接在分块上。
本发明的有益效果是：调节块与螺钉连接，通过调节螺钉使调节块发生平行或垂直运动，从而保证了异型材单臂部分表面平整度的稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本发明具体实施方式作详细说明。
如图1所示，本实施例包括构成定型块的四个分块，四个分块通过螺钉连接，四个分块的螺钉连接处设有镶件槽2，镶件槽内设有调节块，调节块上设有调节螺钉，调节螺钉用于连接调节块和分块，镶件槽开口处设有压块1，压块（1）中间设有通孔，通孔与调节螺钉的螺帽相适配，压块1通过螺钉连接在分块上。
在定型块上铣镶件槽，将割出的调节块放入镶件槽中，用螺钉与其连接，再用压块将螺钉与调节块固定住，通过内六角扳手旋转螺钉使调节块发生运动以调节成型尺寸。

1.冷却定型块，包括构成定型块的四个分块，四个分块通过螺钉连接，其特征是：四个分块的螺钉连接处设有镶件槽（2），镶件槽内设有调节块，调节块上设有调节螺钉，调节螺钉用于连接调节块和分块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷却定型块，其特征是所述的镶件槽开口处设有压块（1），压块（1）中间设有通孔，通孔与调节螺钉的螺帽相适配。
3.根据权利要求2所述的冷却定型块，其特征是所述的压块（1）通过螺钉连接在分块上。
