Abstract
The invention relates to a safety video monitoring method based on a TV set. The method comprises the following steps of: S1, a monitoring start terminal is configured in a monitored area and is connected with an indoor TV terminal via a network; S2, trigger information is sent to the TV terminal when the monitoring start terminal is triggered, and the TV terminal receives the trigger information, generates inquiry information, and gives a prompt; S3, an indoor operator acquires the inquiry information and determines whether to start an IP Camera unit, and S4 is executed if the indoor operator selects start or S5 is executed; S4, the IP Camera unit uploads the image of the monitored area to the TV terminal and the indoor operator acquires the monitored frames of the monitored area; and S5, the TV terminal sends access reset information to the monitoring start terminal in order to reset and S2 is executed. The safety video monitoring method integrates the TV terminal and monitoring equipment, and uses the TV set as a monitoring video safety management control center so as to bring convenience to a terminal operator.

Background
Traditional monitor terminal mostly adopts and combines together through external camera equipment and indoor assorted video equipment, however, because the use of indoor video equipment, such as computer, display or other screens for there is more inconvenience in indoor video equipment's wiring, installation and configuration etc.. In addition, the original monitoring device mostly adopts a special line to be erected to match with a display device, so that the cost is higher, and the defect of signal transmission exists. With the development of television technology, the processing function of the television terminal is stronger and stronger, and the function of the television terminal is not limited to the original television playing function. With the development of network technology, the erection of network cables is increasingly popularized, and the network cables have the advantages of large bandwidth, stable signals and the like. Therefore, in order to effectively perform security monitoring, it is urgently required to combine the television terminal with the network technology.

The invention aims to provide a television-based safety video monitoring method to overcome the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a safe video monitoring method based on a television is realized according to the following steps:
step S1: setting a monitoring starting terminal in a monitored area, and connecting the monitoring starting terminal to an indoor television terminal through a network;
step S2: when the monitoring starting terminal is triggered, sending a trigger message to the television terminal; the television terminal receives the trigger information, generates inquiry information and prompts the inquiry information on the television terminal;
step S3: an indoor operator acquires the inquiry information and judges whether to start the IPCamera unit of the monitoring starting terminal; if the indoor operator selects to turn on, go to step S4; otherwise, if the indoor operator chooses not to start, go to step S5;
step S4: the IPCamera unit uploads the image of the monitored area to the television terminal, and the indoor operator acquires a monitoring picture of the monitored area;
step S5: the television terminal sends an access reset message to the monitoring start terminal, the monitoring start terminal restarts, and the process goes to step S2.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring start terminal includes a ring trigger unit, an IPCamera unit, a micro-control processing unit, and a first network control unit.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the tv terminal is connected to the first network control unit in the monitoring start terminal through a second network control unit and a router.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the electric bell triggering unit is connected to the micro-control processing unit, and the micro-control processor is connected to the first network control unit; and the micro-control processor enables an electric bell in the electric bell triggering unit to be pressed down to generate an electric signal as the triggering information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the IPCamera unit is connected to the micro-control processing unit, and the micro-control processor is connected to the first network control unit; and the micro-control processor takes the motion information of the moving object of the monitored area in front of the IPCamera through the detection of the camera by the IPCamera unit as the trigger information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the IPCamera unit obtains the motion information of the moving object by using a multi-threshold background detection method.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the multi-threshold background detection method is implemented according to the following steps:

In an embodiment of the present invention, in step S3, if the television terminal does not receive the selection information of the indoor operator after waiting for a first preset threshold time, the television terminal obtains and stores an image in the monitored area through the IPCamera unit, and after a second preset threshold time, the process goes to step S5.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the television-based safe video monitoring method provided by the invention has the advantages that the television terminal is connected with the monitoring terminal through the network, the existing indoor network is fully utilized, the defects existing in the traditional video monitoring are effectively reduced, the related layout cost is reduced, and the television is used as a monitoring video safety management control center, so that the monitoring operation of terminal operators is facilitated.

The technical scheme of the invention is specifically explained below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides a safe video monitoring method based on a television, which is realized according to the following steps as shown in figure 1:
step S1: setting a monitoring starting terminal in a monitored area, and connecting the monitoring starting terminal to an indoor television terminal through a network;
step S2: when the monitoring starting terminal is triggered, sending a trigger message to the television terminal; the television terminal receives the trigger information, generates inquiry information and prompts the inquiry information on the television terminal;
step S3: an indoor operator acquires the inquiry information and judges whether to start the IPCamera unit of the monitoring starting terminal; if the indoor operator selects to turn on, go to step S4; otherwise, if the indoor operator chooses not to start, go to step S5;
step S4: the IPCamera unit uploads the image of the monitored area to the television terminal, and the indoor operator acquires a monitoring picture of the monitored area;
step S5: the television terminal sends an access reset message to the monitoring start terminal, the monitoring start terminal restarts, and the process goes to step S2.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the monitoring start terminal includes a ring trigger unit, an IPCamera unit, a micro-control processing unit, and a first network control unit.
Further, in this embodiment, the television terminal is connected to the first network controller in the monitoring start terminal through a second network control unit and a router.
Further, in this embodiment, the electric bell triggering unit is connected to the micro-control processing unit, and the micro-control processor is connected to the first network control unit; and the micro-control processor enables an electric bell in the electric bell triggering unit to be pressed down to generate an electric signal as the triggering information.
Further, in this embodiment, the IPCamera unit is connected to the micro-control processing unit, and the micro-control processor is connected to the first network control unit; and the micro-control processor takes the motion information of the moving object of the monitored area in front of the IPCamera through the detection of the camera by the IPCamera unit as the trigger information.
Further, in this embodiment, the IPCamera unit obtains the motion information of the moving object by using a multi-threshold background detection method. In this embodiment, the adopted multi-threshold background detection method belongs to a background subtraction algorithm, which detects a motion region by using a difference between a current image and a background image, compares an image to be observed with an estimated image not containing an object of interest, and a region with a significant difference between the two images contains position information of a moving object.
Further, in this embodiment, the multi-threshold background detection method is implemented as follows:

The background image is an image of the monitored area without a moving object, which is acquired by the camera; the current image is an image of a moving object in the monitored area acquired by the camera.
Further, in this embodiment, in step S3, if the television terminal does not receive the selection information of the indoor operator after waiting for a preset threshold time, the television terminal obtains and stores an image in the monitored area through the IPCamera unit, and after a second preset threshold time, the process goes to step S5. During the waiting time, the operator can select the inquiry information.

Claims (9)
1. A safe video monitoring method based on a television is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S1: setting a monitoring starting terminal in a monitored area, and connecting the monitoring starting terminal to an indoor television terminal through a network;
step S2: when the monitoring starting terminal is triggered, sending a trigger message to the television terminal; the television terminal receives the trigger information, generates inquiry information and prompts the inquiry information on the television terminal;
step S3: an indoor operator acquires the inquiry information and judges whether to start the IPCamera unit of the monitoring starting terminal; if the indoor operator selects to turn on, go to step S4; otherwise, if the indoor operator chooses not to start, go to step S5;
step S4: the IPCamera unit uploads the image of the monitored area to the television terminal, and the indoor operator acquires a monitoring picture of the monitored area;
step S5: the television terminal sends an access reset message to the monitoring start terminal, the monitoring start terminal restarts, and the process goes to step S2.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the monitoring activation terminal comprises a ring trigger unit, an IPCamera unit, a micro-control processing unit and a first network control unit.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the TV terminal is connected to the first network control unit of the monitor start-up terminal through a second network control unit and a router.

The method of claim 2, wherein the ring trigger unit is connected to the micro-control processing unit, and the micro-control processor is connected to the first network control unit; and the micro-control processor enables an electric bell in the electric bell triggering unit to be pressed down to generate an electric signal as the triggering information.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein said IPCamera unit is coupled to said micro-controller processing unit, said micro-controller processing unit being coupled to said first network control unit; and the micro-control processor takes the motion information of the moving object of the monitored area in front of the IPCamera through the detection of the camera by the IPCamera unit as the trigger information.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the IPCamera unit obtains motion information of the moving object using a multi-threshold background detection method.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the multi-threshold background detection method is implemented as follows:

The method of claim 1, wherein in step S3, if the tv terminal does not receive the selection information of the indoor operator after waiting for a first preset threshold time, the tv terminal obtains and stores an image in the monitored area through the IPCamera unit, and after a second preset threshold time, the method goes to step S5.
