Technical Field
The present invention relates to a separation apparatus, a separation container, and a method for separating a laminate, and more particularly, to a zebra paper separation apparatus, a separation container, and a method for separating zebra paper with a protective film attached thereto.
Background
Zebra paper is scientifically named as a thermocompression-sealed connector, english name: the HeatSealcommector, called HSC for short, is commonly called conductive paper, hot-pressed paper and the like, is a novel connecting and conducting electronic component which can be bent freely, has stable performance and is simple and convenient to use, and is widely applied to the interconnection of electronic and electric appliances such as liquid crystal displays and circuit boards, circuit boards and solar sheets and the like.
The use and storage conditions of the zebra paper directly influence the quality stability of the zebra paper, a protective film is added in the production process of the zebra paper, so that the zebra paper is prevented from being polluted, the zebra paper is beneficial to punching and cutting, the punched zebra paper and the protective film can be connected together under the action of an impact knife-edge force, a single protective film and the zebra paper are connected and protected, the storage and use environments of the zebra paper are required to be kept clean and dry, the protective film of the zebra hot-pressed paper is not required to be removed too early, and the zebra paper is required to be removed at any time when used, so that pollution is prevented.

The separation device comprises a separation container 1, the separation container 1 is a bottled container, and an air inlet 4 and a plurality of air outlets 5 are arranged on the separation container 1. The separation container 1 comprises a container body 2 with an opening part at the upper end and a cover 3 covering the opening part, the container body 2 comprises a side wall and a bottom wall formed at the lower end of the container body 2, and the air inlet hole 4 is arranged on the cover 3. In a preferred embodiment, the air outlet 5 is only arranged on the side wall, and because the bottom wall of the separation container 1 is not provided with an opening, air is blown downwards from the air inlet 4, the blown air cannot be discharged in time, air vortex is generated in the separation container 1, and in the process, the air can pass through the layers of the laminate, so that the separation operation of the laminate is solved. Preferably, the air pressure switch adjusting device adjusts the air pressure of the air flow blown out by the air inlet device to be between 0.1 and 0.3 MPa, and the air inlet device is a blowing pump generally.
The method for separating the laminates is mainly used for separating the zebra paper from the protective film, the protective film is added in the production process of the zebra paper, so that the zebra paper is prevented from being polluted, punching and cutting of the zebra paper are facilitated, and punched surfaces of the zebra paper and the protective film are connected together under the action of force impacting a knife edge. In the separation process, the zebra paper with the protective film is placed into the separation container 1, the air pressure switch adjusting device is turned on, the pressure of the air flow is adjusted according to the number and the size of the zebra paper in the separation container 1, the air flow passes through the air dehumidifier, the dehumidified air flow enters the separation container 1, and due to the fact that the bottom wall of the separation container 1 is not provided with the hole, the air blown in from the air inlet hole 4 cannot be discharged in time, air vortex can be generated inside the separation container 1, in the process, the air can penetrate through the non-bonded end (non-punching section) of the protective film and the zebra paper, the separation operation of the zebra paper and the protective film is achieved, and the separated zebra paper can be poured out to be selected. Compared with the method for manually separating the zebra paper from the protective film in the prior art, the method is high in efficiency, and simultaneously avoids pollution of the zebra paper.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the cap 3 is positioned at the upper end of the container body 2, and the bottom wall is formed at the lower end of the container body 2.
