Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for document processing. The method for the document processing comprises that a to-be-processed document is acquired, wherein the to-be-processed document is a document which is jointly processed by at least a first password of first electronic equipment and a second password of second electronic equipment; the second electronic equipment which processes the to-be-processed documents together with the first electronic equipment is sought; the first password of the first electronic equipment and the second password of the second electronic equipment are acquired; and the to-be-processed document is jointly processed by the first password and the second password. By applying the scheme, the same to-be-processed document can be processed jointly by the first password of the first electronic equipment and the second password of the second electronic equipment. In comparison with a processing manner based on a single password, decryption difficulty based on multi-password processing is lower than the decryption difficulty based on single-password processing, so that documents safety is enhanced.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of information security technologies, and in particular, to a file processing method and apparatus.
Background
With the popularization of networks, the application range of the network disk is wider and wider. The network disk is a storage device located in a network as the name implies, and can provide file management functions such as file storage, access, backup and sharing for a user, so that the user does not need to carry the storage device with him, and when an electronic device used by the user is connected to the network, the user can manage and edit files in the network disk, and the files can be read and used anytime and anywhere.
In order to improve the security of the file in the network disk, the file is generally encrypted by adopting an encryption mode. At present, file encryption usually adopts single password encryption, namely, a user using certain electronic equipment presets a password for encrypting a file, and the file is encrypted only by using the password preset in the electronic equipment before the electronic equipment used by the electronic equipment uploads the file to a network disk.
Although the above encryption method can improve the security of the file to a certain extent, for important files, the encryption method is easy to crack, and the content of the file is leaked.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a file processing method, which can process a same file by using at least two passwords, and compared with a method using a single password, a degree of cracking a plurality of passwords is lower than a degree of cracking a single password, so as to improve security of the file.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a file processing device which is used for ensuring the realization and the application of the method in practice.
The embodiment of the invention provides a file processing method, which is applied to first electronic equipment and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a file to be processed, wherein the file to be processed is a file processed by at least a first password of first electronic equipment and a second password of second electronic equipment together;
searching a second electronic device which processes the file to be processed together with the first electronic device;
acquiring a first password of the first electronic device and a second password of the second electronic device;
and processing the file to be processed by using the first password and the second password together.
Preferably, the obtaining of the second password of the second electronic device includes:
acquiring a device identifier of the second electronic device;
sending a file processing request to the second electronic device by taking the device identifier as a receiving address, wherein the file processing request is used for requesting to encrypt or decrypt the file to be processed;

Referring to fig. 1, a first flowchart of a file processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the file processing method may be applied to an electronic device, and in order to distinguish the file processing method from other electronic devices that share and process a same file to be processed, an electronic device to which the file processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention is applied is denoted as a first electronic device, and other electronic devices that share and participate in processing are denoted as second electronic devices.
When processing the same file to be processed, at least two electronic devices may be used for processing, and the file processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is described in conjunction with the flowchart shown in fig. 1 by taking two electronic devices (a first electronic device and a second electronic device) as an example, in the embodiment of the present invention, the file processing method shown in fig. 1 may include the following steps:

The manner of obtaining the second password of the second electronic device may be: and after receiving the file processing request sent by the second electronic equipment, the server directly feeds back the second password to the first electronic equipment. Of course, when the server generates the default passwords for the first electronic device and the second electronic device, the first electronic device may trigger the server to retrieve the default passwords of the two electronic devices from the storage space of the server for processing.
Another way to obtain the first password of the first electronic device and the second password of the second electronic device is to: the method comprises the steps of acquiring a first password manually input by a user of a first electronic device and acquiring a second password manually input by a user of a second electronic device, namely the first password and the second password are not automatically generated by a server but set by the user and are manually input.
Of course, when the user sets the first password and the second password, the user may set that the first electronic device and the second electronic device record the passwords, and when the file to be processed is processed, the passwords are directly fed back by the electronic device. In the embodiment of the present invention, the processing of the file to be processed may include: the first electronic device may initiate an encryption request to the second electronic device to request to encrypt the file to be processed with the first password and the second password, or the first electronic device may send a decryption request to the second electronic device to request to decrypt the file to be processed with the first password and the second password.
For example, a file to be processed is recorded in an electronic device identifier of a database and is encrypted and decrypted by three electronic devices, namely, a first electronic device a, a second electronic device B and a third electronic device C. When the first electronic device a needs the second electronic device B and the second electronic device C to encrypt the file to be processed together, the first electronic device a sends a common encryption request to the second electronic device B and the second electronic device C for the file to be processed, and the first electronic device a triggers the server to encrypt the requested file to be processed.

In this obtaining manner, the first password may be a first default password, and the second password may be a second default password, where the first default password is a password automatically generated by the server for the user account, and the second default password is a password automatically generated by the server for the user account, that is, a password automatically generated by the server for two user accounts while a user using the first electronic device and the second electronic device registers the user accounts.
Another way to obtain the first password of the first electronic device and the second password of the second electronic device is to: the method comprises the steps of acquiring a first password manually input by a user of a first electronic device and acquiring a second password manually input by a user of a second electronic device, namely the first password and the second password are not automatically generated by a server but set by the user and are manually input. Of course, when the user sets the first password and the second password, the user may set that the first electronic device and the second electronic device record the passwords, and when the file to be processed is processed, the passwords are directly fed back by the electronic device.
The first password and the second password may also be a default password automatically generated for the server, and the other password is a password set by the user and manually input, and the embodiment of the present invention will not be described.
And the processing unit 14 is used for processing the file to be processed by using the first password and the second password together.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the processing of the file to be processed includes: for the encryption processing and the decryption processing, the first electronic device may initiate an encryption request to the second electronic device to request to encrypt the file to be processed by using the first password and the second password, or the first electronic device may send a decryption request to the second electronic device to request to decrypt the file to be processed by using the first password and the second password, and the specific implementation may refer to the description in the method embodiment section.
According to the technical scheme, the same file to be processed can be processed by the first password of the first electronic device and the second password of the second electronic device together, and compared with a single password processing mode, the cracking degree of the multiple password processing is lower than that of the single password processing, so that the safety of the file is improved.
In the following, a detailed description will be given of the password obtaining unit in the embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 6, which shows a first schematic structural diagram of the password obtaining unit in the embodiment of the present invention, and the first schematic structural diagram may include: a first acquisition sub-unit 131, a second acquisition sub-unit 132, a sending sub-unit 133 and a third acquisition sub-unit 134. Wherein,
the first obtaining subunit 131 is configured to obtain a first password of the first electronic device. The first password may be a password input by a user using the first electronic device, or may be a default password automatically generated by the server, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
A second obtaining subunit 132, configured to obtain a device identifier of the second electronic device. One possible way is: the second obtaining subunit 132 may obtain the device identification of the second electronic device from the electronic device identification attribute of the data segment of the content/password/contract of the database. The database may be located in the first electronic device, so that the second obtaining subunit 132 may directly obtain the device identifier of the second electronic device from the database of the own device.
The database may also be located in the server, and when the second obtaining subunit 132 obtains the device identifier of the second electronic device, sends an obtaining request to the server to instruct the server to search for the device identifier of the second electronic device recorded in the database. After finding the device identifier of the second electronic device, the server feeds back the device identifier of the second electronic device to the second obtaining subunit 132.
The sending subunit 133 is configured to send a file processing request to the second electronic device, where the device identifier is used as a receiving address, and the file processing request is used to request to encrypt or decrypt the file to be processed.
The file processing request is used for requesting to encrypt or decrypt the file to be processed. And the file processing request can be sent in a link form or a social notification form, for example, in the case of sending in the social notification form, a user using the first electronic device and the second electronic device establishes a management group for processing the file to be processed in advance, and when any user needs to process the file to be processed, the user can send a notification in the management group through the electronic device to inform other users that the file to be processed needs to be processed together.
And a third obtaining subunit 134, configured to obtain the second password of the second electronic device that is fed back. In the embodiment of the present invention, one possible way to obtain the second password is: and the server feeds back the second password after receiving the file processing request sent by the second electronic device.
Another possibility is: and acquiring a second password fed back by the second electronic equipment, wherein the second password fed back by the second electronic equipment is acquired from the server after the second electronic equipment receives the file processing request.
In the two possible ways, the first password is a first default password, and the second password is a second default password, where the first default password is a password automatically generated by the server for the user account, and the second default password is a password automatically generated by the server for the user account, that is, a password automatically generated by the server for two user accounts while a user using the first electronic device and the second electronic device registers the user account.
Yet another possible way to obtain the second password is: and acquiring a second password fed back by the second electronic equipment, wherein the second password fed back by the second electronic equipment is manually input by a user using the second electronic equipment after the second electronic equipment receives the file processing request.
As can be seen from the foregoing technical solutions, when the files to be processed need to be processed together, the password obtaining unit 13 may send the file processing request to other electronic devices that are processed together at one time in a link form or a social notification form. And when the first password and the second password are default passwords, the user can directly acquire the first password and the second password without inputting the first password and the second password again under the condition that the user account logs in. When the first password and the second password are passwords manually input by the user, if the manually input first password and the manually input second password are also passwords for logging in by the user account, the password can be directly acquired without inputting the first password and the second password again under the condition that the user account logs in.
Referring to fig. 7, a schematic diagram of a second structure of a password obtaining unit according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may include: an information transmitting sub-unit 135, a receiving sub-unit 136, and a fourth acquiring sub-unit 137. Wherein,
the information sending subunit 135 is configured to send prompt information to the second electronic device, where the prompt information is used to prompt the second electronic device to feed back the second password when the user account associated with the second electronic device is not logged in.
The receiving subunit 136 is configured to receive a second password fed back by the second electronic device, where the second password is automatically sent to the first electronic device after the second electronic device detects the feedback instruction.
When the user account associated with the second electronic device is not logged in, the second electronic device displays a prompt box for feeding back the second password on a display interface of the second electronic device after receiving the prompt information, so as to prompt the user to feed back the second password.
And two buttons may be included in the prompt box, as shown in fig. 4, wherein one button is a "no" button, the "no" button indicates that the user using the second electronic device prohibits the feedback of the second password, and the "no" button is bound with the feedback prohibition instruction to instruct the second electronic device not to send the second password to the first electronic device.
The other button is a "yes" button indicating that the user using the second electronic device determines to feed back the second password, and the "yes" button is tied to the feedback instruction to instruct the second electronic device to automatically send the second password to the first electronic device.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the second password may be a password input by a user using the second electronic device, or may be a password automatically generated by the server for the user account, and the specific type of the password is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
The fourth obtaining subunit 137 is configured to obtain the first password of the first electronic device. The first password is a password input by a user of the first electronic equipment or a password automatically generated by the server for a user account.
According to the technical scheme, the prompt message can be sent to enable the second electronic device to feed back the second password under the condition that the associated user account of the second electronic device is not logged in, so that the file to be processed can still be processed by using the first password and the second password together under the condition that the user account is not needed to be logged in.
It should be noted that, in the present specification, the embodiments are all described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments may be referred to each other. For the device-like embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.
Finally, it should also be noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc., and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments.
The foregoing describes in detail a file processing method and apparatus provided by the present invention, and the present invention has been described in detail by applying specific examples to explain the principles and embodiments of the present invention, and the descriptions of the above examples are only used to help understand the method and core ideas of the present invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
Claims (14)
1. A file processing method is applied to a first electronic device, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a file to be processed, wherein the file to be processed is a file processed by at least a first password of first electronic equipment and a second password of second electronic equipment together;
searching a second electronic device which processes the file to be processed together with the first electronic device;
acquiring a first password of the first electronic device and a second password of the second electronic device;
and processing the file to be processed by using the first password and the second password together.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the second password for the second electronic device comprises:
acquiring a device identifier of the second electronic device;
sending a file processing request to the second electronic device by taking the device identifier as a receiving address, wherein the file processing request is used for requesting to encrypt or decrypt the file to be processed;
and acquiring a second password of the second electronic equipment which is fed back.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein sending a file processing request to the second electronic device comprises: and sending a file processing request to the second electronic equipment in a link form or a social notification form.
4. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein obtaining the second password for the second electronic device comprises: acquiring a second password of the second electronic device fed back by the server, wherein the server feeds back the second password after receiving a file processing request sent by the second electronic device;
or acquiring a second password of the second electronic device, including: and acquiring the second password fed back by the second electronic equipment, wherein the second password fed back by the second electronic equipment is acquired from the server after the second electronic equipment receives a file processing request.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the first password is a first default password and the second password is a second default password, wherein the first default password is a password automatically generated by the server for the user account and the second default password is a password automatically generated by the server for the user account.
6. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first password is a password entered by a user using the first electronic device, and the second password is a password entered by a user using the second electronic device;
acquiring a second password of the second electronic device, including: and acquiring the second password fed back by the second electronic equipment, wherein the second password fed back by the second electronic equipment is manually input by a user using the second electronic equipment after the second electronic equipment receives a file processing request.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the second password for the second electronic device comprises:
sending prompt information to the second electronic device, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the second electronic device to feed back the second password when a user account associated with the second electronic device is not logged in;
receiving a second password fed back by the second electronic device, wherein the second password is automatically sent to the first electronic device after the second electronic device detects a feedback instruction;
the second password is a password input by a user of the second electronic device or a password automatically generated for a user account by the server, and the first password is a password input by the user of the first electronic device or a password automatically generated for the user account by the server.
8. A file processing apparatus applied to a first electronic device, the apparatus comprising:
the file acquisition unit is used for acquiring a file to be processed, wherein the file to be processed is a file processed by at least a first password of first electronic equipment and a second password of second electronic equipment together;
the searching unit is used for searching second electronic equipment which processes the file to be processed together with the first electronic equipment;
the password acquisition unit is used for acquiring a first password of the first electronic device and a second password of the second electronic device;
and the processing unit is used for processing the file to be processed by using the first password and the second password together.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the password obtaining unit comprises:
the first obtaining subunit is used for obtaining a first password of the first electronic device;
the second obtaining subunit is configured to obtain a device identifier of the second electronic device;
the sending subunit is configured to send a file processing request to the second electronic device with the device identifier as a receiving address, where the file processing request is used to request to encrypt or decrypt the file to be processed;
and the third acquiring subunit is used for acquiring the fed-back second password of the second electronic device.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the sending subunit sends a file processing request to the second electronic device, comprising: and sending a file processing request to the second electronic equipment in a link form or a social notification form.
11. The apparatus according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the password obtaining unit obtains a second password of the second electronic device, and includes: acquiring a second password of the second electronic device fed back by the server, wherein the server feeds back the second password after receiving a file processing request sent by the second electronic device;
or the password obtaining unit obtains a second password of the second electronic device, including: and acquiring the second password fed back by the second electronic equipment, wherein the second password fed back by the second electronic equipment is acquired from the server after the second electronic equipment receives a file processing request.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the first password is a first default password and the second password is a second default password, wherein the first default password is a password automatically generated by the server for the user account and the second default password is a password automatically generated by the server for the user account.
13. The apparatus of claim 8 or 9, wherein the first password is a password entered by a user using the first electronic device, and the second password is a password entered by a user using the second electronic device;
the password acquisition unit acquires a second password of the second electronic device, and includes: and acquiring the second password fed back by the second electronic equipment, wherein the second password fed back by the second electronic equipment is manually input by a user using the second electronic equipment after the second electronic equipment receives a file processing request.
14. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the password obtaining unit comprises:
the information sending subunit is configured to send prompt information to the second electronic device, where the prompt information is used to prompt the second electronic device to feed back the second password when a user account associated with the second electronic device is not logged in;
the receiving subunit is configured to receive the second password fed back by the second electronic device, and the second password is automatically sent to the first electronic device after the second electronic device detects a feedback instruction;
the fourth acquiring subunit is used for acquiring the first password of the first electronic device;
the second password is a password input by a user of the second electronic device or a password automatically generated for a user account by the server, and the first password is a password input by the user of the first electronic device or a password automatically generated for the user account by the server.
