一种防静电的织带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种织带,尤其涉及一种防静电的织带。
背景技术
合成纤维、纱线或织物在加工或使用过程中由于摩擦等原因易产生静电。带有静电的纤维容易吸附尘埃形成污垢,在加工过程中,电荷的吸引或排斥还会加大加工的难度。纺纱过程中静电会造成纤维间抱合性差、易缠绕及断头,影响纺纱的顺利进行,当聚集的静电电压高于500V时,极易因放电产生火花而引起火灾。
而且随着计算机通讯网络、移动电话、视听设备、电脑、空调等电子产品的广泛应用,上述设备对静电比较敏感,因此减少织带上的静电显得越来越重要。
目前,纺织品技术发展日新月异,各种功能性纱线、织带的新产品不断推出,这类产品由于添加了相应的功能原料、采用了不同的纺织技术,因而也赋予了产品各种特殊的功能。如传统的抗静电纤维是普通涤纶纤维或织物表面施加抗静电剂,增加其表面的亲水吸湿性,以防止静电在纤维上聚集。但这种抗静电效果经洗涤、摩擦后容易消失。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对技术现状提供一种防静电性能持久的织带。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种防静电的织带,包括织带本体,所述织带本体包括织带层和两组复合功能层,所述复合功能层设置于织带层表面,所述织带层表面包括第一表面和与第一表面相对的第二表面,所述第一表面、第二表面分别设置有一组复合功能层,每组所述复合功能层包括层叠设置的第一耐磨层、第二耐磨层和防静电层,所述第一耐磨层设置于织带层表面;所述第一耐磨层为聚酯纤维层,所述第二耐磨层由聚氨酯弹性纤维,所述防静电层为碳纤维层或金属导电丝。
其中,所述织带层每5毫米编织有至少一根防静电经线,所述织带层每2毫米编织有至少一根防静电纬线,所述防静电经线和防静电纬线分别为碳纤维。
其中,所述复合功能层还包括由无碱玻璃丝与陶瓷纤维编织而成的第一隔氧层,所述第一隔氧层设置于第一耐磨层与织带层表面之间。
其中,所述复合功能层还包括防霉层,所述防霉层位于第一隔氧层与织带层表面之间,所述防霉层内嵌设有竹炭纤维丝。
其中,所述复合功能层还包括层叠设置的第二隔氧层和阻燃层,所述第二隔氧层设于第二耐磨层表面,所述阻燃层位于第二隔氧层与防静电层之间。
其中,所述第二隔氧层为低烟无卤聚烯烃层。
其中,所述阻燃层由有机磷系阻燃涤纶纤维编织而成。
其中,所述织带本体外包覆有硅胶层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本织带在织带层的两个表面分别设置了复合功能层,因复合功能层包括第一耐磨层、第二耐磨层和防静电层,使得本织带在具备耐磨性能的同时,又具备防静电功能。因织带的最外层为碳纤维层或金属导电丝,能有效降低织带的摩擦系数,减少摩擦中静电荷的产生量,从而具有较高的防静电性能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例的防静电的织带,包括织带本体,织带本体包括织带层1和两组复合功能层,复合功能层设置于织带层1表面,织带层1表面包括第一表面和与第一表面相对的第二表面,第一表面、第二表面分别设置有一组复合功能层,为了明了简洁地示意本实施例的织带结构,图1为只在第一表面上设置了一组复合功能层,设置在第二表面的复合功能层与图1所示的设置在第一表面上的复合功能层对称设置。
如图1所示,每组复合功能层包括层叠设置的第一耐磨层2、第二耐磨层3和防静电层4,第一耐磨层2设置于织带层1表面;其中,第一耐磨层2为聚酯纤维层,第二耐磨层3由聚氨酯弹性纤维,防静电层4为碳纤维层或金属导电丝。
防静电层4的厚度:第二耐磨层3的厚度:第一耐磨层2的厚度:织带层1的厚度=0.1~0.5:0.2~0.5:0.2~0.5:1,本实施例优选为0.1:0.2:0.2:1。
另外,本实施的织带本体的外表面还包覆有一层硅胶层,图1中未标示。因硅胶层表面具有光滑、柔软的特性,从而解决了传统织带由于硬度大、表面的凹凸性造成织带舒适性差的问题。
实施例2
本实施的织带与实施例1不同之处在于:织带层每5毫米编织有至少一根防静电经线,织带层每2毫米编织有至少一根防静电纬线,防静电经线和防静电纬线分别为碳纤维。
实施例1的织带已经具备了一定的防静电功能,但是本实施例的织带层因织入了碳纤维,进而增强了织带的防静电效果。另外,若静电层在长时间使用过程中破损而丧失防静电功能后,因织带层织入了碳纤维,所以,磨损后的织带同样具有防静电功能。
实施例3
本实施例的织带与实施例1不同之处在于:如图2所示,复合功能层还包括由无碱玻璃丝与陶瓷纤维编织而成的第一隔氧层5,第一隔氧层5设置于第一耐磨层2与织带层1表面之间。
另外,本实施例的复合功能层还包括防霉层8,防霉层8位于第一隔氧层5与织带层1表面之间,防霉层8内嵌设有竹炭纤维丝。
实施例4
本实施例的织带与实施例1不同之处在于:如图3所示,复合功能层还包括层叠设置的第二隔氧层6和阻燃层7,第二隔氧层6设于第二耐磨层3表面,阻燃层7位于第二隔氧层6与防静电层4之间。第二隔氧层6为低烟无卤聚烯烃层;阻燃层7由有机磷系阻燃涤纶纤维编织而成。
实施例5
本实施例的织带为实施例1~4的组合,即功能复合层包括层叠设置的防霉层、第一隔氧层、第一耐磨层、第二耐磨层、第二隔氧层、阻燃层和防静电层,同时织带本体的外表面还包覆有一层硅胶层,织带层每5毫米编织有至少一根防静电经线,织带层每2毫米编织有至少一根防静电纬线,防静电经线和防静电纬线分别为碳纤维。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电的织带,其特征在于:所述织带层(1)每5毫米编织有至少一根防静电经线,所述织带层(1)每2毫米编织有至少一根防静电纬线,所述防静电经线和防静电纬线分别为碳纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电的织带,其特征在于:所述复合功能层还包括由无碱玻璃丝与陶瓷纤维编织而成的第一隔氧层(5),所述第一隔氧层(5)设置于第一耐磨层(2)与织带层(1)表面之间。
