本发明涉及一种模压机，尤其是拉台型模压机。该模压机包括顶座、底座、凸模、凸模座、液压杆一、液压杆二、导柱和凹模，顶座与底座之间通过导柱固定连接，底座上端设有凹模，顶座通过液压杆一与凸模座固定连接，顶座通过液压杆二与凸模固定连接，凸模置于凹模上端，凸模穿设于凸模座内，顶座下端设有滑轮，滑轮上缠绕有绳体，绳体尾端与凸模座相连，该模压机能够防止凸模座不受控制的下落，节约了成本，提高了安全性。

本发明涉及一种模压机，尤其是拉台型模压机。
背景技术
模压机是将物料的硫化、压合、成型结合为一体的专用设备，其具有成本低、无污染、使用效果好的特点。但是现有的模压机如果液压杆损坏，可能会造成凸模座往下不受控制的掉落，可能会造成安全隐患。
发明内容
为了克服现有的模压机容易发生安全隐患的不足，本发明提供了拉台型模压机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：拉台型模压机，包括顶座、底座、凸模、凸模座、液压杆一、液压杆二、导柱和凹模，顶座与底座之间通过导柱固定连接，底座上端设有凹模，顶座通过液压杆一与凸模座固定连接，顶座通过液压杆二与凸模固定连接，凸模置于凹模上端，凸模穿设于凸模座内，顶座下端设有滑轮，滑轮上缠绕有绳体，绳体尾端与凸模座相连。
本发明的有益效果是，该模压机能够防止凸模座不受控制的下落，节约了成本，提高了安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图，拉台型模压机，包括顶座1、底座2、凸模3、凸模座4、液压杆一5、液压杆二6、导柱7和凹模8，顶座1与底座2之间通过导柱7固定连接，底座2上端设有凹模8，顶座1通过液压杆一5与凸模座4固定连接，顶座1通过液压杆二6与凸模3固定连接，凸模3置于凹模8上端，凸模3穿设于凸模座4内，顶座1下端设有滑轮9，滑轮9上缠绕有绳体10，绳体10尾端与凸模座4相连。
首先把物料放置在凹模8上，然后启动液压杆一5，使得液压杆一5带动凸模座4把物料压紧在凹模8上，接着启动液压杆二6，使得凸模3被液压杆二6带动，并穿过凸模座4对物料进行模压作业。由于绳体10卷绕在滑轮9之上，所以当凸模座4以不受控制的快速下落时，滑轮9会限制绳体10的下落速度，从而延缓凸模座4的下落速度。该模压机能够防止凸模座不受控制的下落，节约了成本，提高了安全性。

1.拉台型模压机，包括顶座（1）、底座（2）、凸模（3）、凸模座（4）、液压杆一（5）、液压杆二（6）、导柱（7）和凹模（8），顶座（1）与底座（2）之间通过导柱（7）固定连接，底座（2）上端设有凹模（8），顶座（1）通过液压杆一（5）与凸模座（4）固定连接，顶座（1）通过液压杆二（6）与凸模（3）固定连接，凸模（3）置于凹模（8）上端，凸模（3）穿设于凸模座（4）内，其特征是，顶座（1）下端设有滑轮（9），滑轮（9）上缠绕有绳体（10），绳体（10）尾端与凸模座（4）相连。
