Bias unit 58 comprises moveable wall portion 64 and spring 66.Moveable wall portion 64 is close to the rear end of stacking 2.Spring 66 is set to promote moveable wall portion 64 along the direction towards distribution openings 36.Thus, stacking 2 to be biased device 58 biased to be close to stopping element 38 to distribution openings 36.

In the embodiment of Fig. 7-9, web material memory 34 is set to hold stacking 2, and in stacking 2, the marginal portion of web tablet 4 is parallel to the first and second planes 42,42 ' extensions.The plane of this material piece 4 is substantially perpendicular to the first and second planes 42,42 ' and be parallel to plane of the opening 48 and extend.
In order to load distributor 30 stacking 2 of web tablet 4, stopping element 38 can remove or be pivoted to, to be put into stacking 2 by distribution openings 36.Alternately, distributor 30 can configure lead to web material memory 34 and stacking space 40 recharge opening.According to some embodiment, rear wall elements and the bias unit 58 of housing 32 can remove recharging for distributor 30.
