本发明是一种可组装的手电筒,其特征在于:采用螺丝连接将玻璃片、灯珠、灯头外壳、基本电池、连接起来作为发光主体,通过插头和外接电池进行插接连接,基本电池上有开关按钮;本发明为可组装式手电筒,在使用时,打开电源按钮可直接使用,当需要照明时间较长的时候,可通过插接的方式在下面增加外接电源,从而延长照明时间,本发明不仅拆装方便,灵活性较强,而且用途广。

技术领域:本发明涉及一种可组装的手电筒,特别是一种手电筒的组装方法。
背景技术:是一种手持式电子照明工具。一个典型的手电筒有一个经由电池供电的灯泡和聚焦反射镜,并有供手持用的手把式外壳。
在调研现有应急灯的过程中发现应急灯只是作为固定光源提供照明,安放在特定的位置,假如发生事故,不能为人群提供实时照明,本发明的设计原理是将各个独立的小灯集成在一个应急灯,每个小灯具有独立的电源模块,平时通过插入电源的方式供电照明,当发生紧急情况的时候则能单独使用,从而提供照明需要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种手电筒的组装方式,本发明不仅拆装方便,灵活性较强,而且用途广。
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案如下:一种可组装的手电筒,其特征在于:采用螺丝连接将玻璃片、灯珠、灯头外壳、基本电池、连接起来作为发光主体,通过插头和外接电池进行插接连接,基本电池上有开关按钮;前述的可组装手电筒中,所述的螺丝连接是采用螺丝与螺孔进行连接,将灯珠2固定在基本电池上;前述的可组装手电筒中,所述的插头连接,是采用插头上的两个关于中心对称的长条形插槽与外接电池上的长条形插头进行插接实现径向固定连接。
本发明的有益效果:与现有手电筒相比,可以根据实际需要进行电池数量的选择,在平时的使用过程中可以选择一个电池来供电,在需要提供长时间的照明情况下,可以再接入一个电池,延长使用时间。

本发明的目的是通过以下措施实现的:
本发明主要包括带有螺纹的顶部、螺杆连接在一起的跳绳底部、可更换橡胶圈,橡胶圈卡在螺杆上,顶部和底部通过螺纹连接,在需要更换的时候拧开顶部,更换橡胶圈即可。
更换过程如下:拧开顶部1,取下橡胶圈3,更换另外一个橡胶圈,然后拧紧顶部1.固定部位通过螺纹链接来实现。

1.本发明是一种可组装的手电筒,其特征在于:采用螺丝连接将玻璃片、灯珠、灯头外壳、基本电池、连接起来作为发光主体,通过插头和外接电池进行插接连接,基本电池上有开关按钮;所述的螺丝连接是采用螺丝与螺孔进行连接,将灯珠2固定在基本电池上;所述的插头连接,是采用插头上的两个关于中心对称的长条形插槽与外接电池上的长条形插头进行插接实现径向固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸的手电筒,其特征在于:采用螺丝连接将玻璃片1,灯珠2,灯头外壳3,基本电池4连接起来作为发光主体,通过插头6余外接电池7进行插接连接,基本电池上有开关按钮6。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可组装式手电筒,并且具有一定的实用价值,手电造型简洁,在平时的使用过程中可以选择一个电池来供电,在需要提供长时间的照明情况下,可以再接入一个电池,延长使用时间,能够提供较长时间的照明,同时它的照明单位能单独分离出来,每个人可以拿着一个小的灯具,从而安全快速的离开现场,保证人身安全。
