Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型智能防盗锁,包括外把手、外面板、锁体、内面板和内把手,所述的外把手通过第一方杆和过载保护器与锁体的锁芯连接,所述的内把手通过第二方杆与离合器连接,该离合器与锁体的锁芯连接,所述的过载保护器包括壳体、端盖、弹性体、输入轴和输出轴,所述的壳体设有壳体轴孔,所述的端盖设有端盖轴孔和通孔,所述的输入轴上套设有弹性体,该输入轴下端设有第一端齿,所述的输出轴一端设有与第一端齿相配合的第二端齿;本发明旨在提供一种新型智能防盗锁,该新型智能防盗锁不仅能防止外力将外把手旋转360度而打开锁,还能防止拆掉面板后直接撬开锁具。

[0001] 本发明涉及锁具技术领域,具体的说,尤其是一种新型智能防盗锁。
背景技术
[0002] 市场上存在着大量的机械防盗锁(使用机械钥匙),将其改造成智能防盗锁有很大的实际需求,而这些改造后的智能防盗锁外面板上都设置有外把手和机械钥匙孔(隐藏式),外把手的功能是在系统信息验证通过后,转动外把手即可开锁,机械钥匙是备用的应急开锁方式,在智能防盗锁系统无法验证的情况下,可以使用机械钥匙应急开锁,但是,这些智能防盗锁往往是考虑了方便性,却忽略了安全性,如:对外把手使用过大的外力,直接将外把手旋转360度,就可以从把手位置或锁芯位置把锁打开;拆掉外面板,将裸露出来的锁芯撬开后就可以从锁芯位置直接把锁打开。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明针对上述的情况,提供一种新型智能防盗锁,该新型智能防盗锁不仅能防止外力将外把手旋转360度而打开锁,还能防止拆掉面板后直接从锁芯位置撬开锁具。
[0004] 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种新型智能防盗锁,包括外把手、外面板、锁体、内面板和内把手,所述的外把手通过第一方杆与过载保护器一端连接,该过载保护器另一端与锁体的锁芯连接,所述的内把手与离合器连接,该离合器与锁体的锁芯连接。
[0005] 上述的新型智能防盗锁中,所述的过载保护器包括壳体、端盖、弹性体、输入轴和输出轴,所述的壳体设有壳体轴孔,该壳体为圆柱状或圆锥状,所述的端盖设有端盖轴孔和通孔,所述的输入轴上套设有弹性体,该输入轴下端设有第一端齿,该输入轴的第一端齿置于壳体内部,输入轴另一端从壳体轴孔延伸出来,所述的输出轴一端设有与第一端齿相配合的第二端齿,该输出端上的第二端齿置于壳体内部,输出端的另一端从端盖轴孔延伸出来。
[0006] 上述的新型智能防盗锁中,所述的输入轴通过第一方杆与外把手连接,所述的输出轴与锁体的锁芯连接。
[0007] 上述的新型智能防盗锁中,所述的输入轴的边缘设有凹位,所述的壳体内设有与凹位相配合的凸台,通过凹位和凸台的配合使输入轴和壳体同步转动。
[0008] 上述的新型智能防盗锁中,所述的壳体的表面粗糙度等级不低于Ra6.3。
[0009] 上述的新型智能防盗锁中,所述的凹位与相配合的凸台分别至少设有两个。
[0010] 上述的新型智能防盗锁中,所述的壳体上至少设有两个与通孔相配合的柱台,通过柱台将端盖定位安装在壳体上。
[0011] 上述的新型智能防盗锁中,所述的柱台为铆接点或焊接点或螺钉配合螺纹连接点。
[0012] 本发明采用上述的结构后,过载保护器的壳体为圆柱状或圆锥状结构,不易被管钳类工具卡死,不易被拆解,而且过载保护器的壳体与端盖的连接方式为铆接或螺纹连接或焊接连接的结构,牢固可靠,防止过载保护器被拆解而打开锁具;输入轴与输出轴可承受一定的扭矩,而且输入轴与壳体可同步转动,当扭力超过一定限度后,输入轴与输出轴发生相互转动,第一端齿与第二端齿之间发生短暂分离后重新咬合,从而防止外力将外把手旋转360而打开锁具,起到过载保护的作用。

具体实施方式
[0021] 如图1所示的一种新型智能防盗锁,包括外把手13、外面板14、锁体15、内面板16和内把手17,其特征在于,所述的外把手13通过过载保护器8与锁体15的锁芯连接,所述的内把手17通过第二方杆20与离合器18连接,该离合器18与锁体15的锁芯连接,所述的外面板14上没有机械钥匙孔,不使用机械钥匙开锁,所述的内面板16上设有电子按钮,该电子按钮与离合器18相连接,通过该电子按钮可控制离合器18的开合状态。
[0022] 如图2至图8,所述的过载保护器8包括壳体3、端盖4、弹性体2、输入轴I和输出轴5,所述的壳体3设有壳体轴孔,该壳体3为圆柱状或圆锥状,该壳体3表面的粗糙度等级不低于Ra6.3,所述的端盖4设有端盖轴孔和通孔12,该通孔12设有三个,所述的输入轴I上套设有弹性体2,该输入轴I下端设有第一端齿6,所述的输入轴I的边缘设有三个凹位11,所述的壳体3内壁设有三个与凹位11相配合的凸台10,通过凹位11和凸台10的配合使输入轴I和壳体3同步转动,该输入轴I的第一端齿6置于壳体3内部,输入轴I另一端从壳体轴孔延伸出来,所述的输出轴5 —端设有与第一端齿6相配合的第二端齿9,该输出端5上的第二端齿9置于壳体3内部,输出端5的另一端从端盖轴孔延伸出来。
[0023] 所述的壳体3上设有三个与通孔12相配合的柱台7,通过柱台7将端盖4定位安装在壳体3上。

所述的柱台7采用铆接点,先通过柱台7将端盖4定位安装在壳体3上后,使用铆接工艺将壳体3和端盖4固定连接。

所述的柱台7采用焊接点,首先利用三个柱台7将端盖4定位在壳体3上,然后在柱台7上使用焊接工艺将壳体3和端盖4固定连接。

所述的柱台7采用螺钉配合螺纹的连接点,该柱台7内设有螺纹,将端盖4定位安装在壳体3上后,然后通过三个螺钉将壳体3和端盖4固定连接。
[0027] 本发明的一种新型智能防盗锁中,壳体I采用圆柱状或圆锥状,其表面的粗糙度等级不低于Ra6.3,表面光滑,不易被管钳类工具卡死,不易被拆解;输入轴I通过第一方杆19与外把手13连接,输出轴5可与锁芯相连;离合器18 —端通过第二方杆20与内把手17相连,另一端与锁芯连接;当离合器18断开(空挡),外把手13就相当于钥匙,转动即可开锁,当离合器18连接(接合),外把手13就不能转动,门锁就无法打开,若强行转动外把手,第一端齿6与第二端齿9之间发生短暂分离后重新咬合,即互相转动,从而防止外力将外把手旋转360而打开锁具,起到过载保护的作用。
Claims (8)
1.一种新型智能防盗锁,包括外把手(13)、外面板(14)、锁体(15)、内面板(16)和内把手(17),其特征在于,所述的外把手(13)通过第一方杆(19)与过载保护器(8) —端连接,该过载保护器(8)另一端与锁体(15)的锁芯连接,所述的内把手(17)与离合器(18)连接,该离合器(18)与锁体(15)的锁芯连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型智能防盗锁,其特征在于,所述的过载保护器(8)包括壳体(3 )、端盖(4 )、弹性体(2 )、输入轴(I)和输出轴(5 ),所述的壳体(3 )设有壳体轴孔,该壳体(3)为圆柱状或圆锥状,所述的端盖(4)设有端盖轴孔和通孔(12),所述的输入轴(I)上套设有弹性体(2),该输入轴(I)下端设有第一端齿(6),该输入轴(I)的第一端齿(6)置于壳体(3)内部,输入轴(I)另一端从壳体轴孔延伸出来,所述的输出轴(5) —端设有与第一端齿(6)相配合的第二端齿(9),该输出端(5)上的第二端齿(9)置于壳体(3)内部,输出端(5)的另一端从端盖轴孔延伸出来。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型智能防盗锁,其特征在于,所述的输入轴(I)通过第一方杆(19)与外把手(13)连接,所述的输出轴(5)与锁体(15)的锁芯连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的新型智能防盗锁,其特征在于,所述的输入轴(I)的边缘设有凹位(11 ),所述的壳体(3 )内设有与凹位(11)相配合的凸台(10 ),通过凹位(11)和凸台(10)的配合使输入轴(I)和壳体(3)同步转动。
5.根据权利要求2所述的新型智能防盗锁,其特征在于,所述的壳体(3)的表面粗糙度等级不低于Ra6.3。
6.根据权利要求4所述的新型智能防盗锁,其特征在于,所述的凹位(11)与相配合的凸台(10)分别至少设有两个。
7.根据权利要求2所述的新型智能防盗锁,其特征在于,所述的壳体(3)上至少设有两个与通孔(12 )相配合的柱台(7 ),通过柱台(7 )将端盖(4 )定位安装在壳体(3 )上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的新型智能防盗锁,其特征在于,所述的柱台(7)为铆接点或焊接点或螺钉配合螺纹连接点。
