Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a telescopic air drying device and a clothes drying device so as to improve the air drying effect.

The invention also discloses a clothes airing device which comprises a telescopic air drying device and a clothes hanger fixing plate for placing the clothes hanger, wherein the clothes hanger fixing plate can lift along the telescopic direction of the telescopic barrel, and the clothes hanger fixing plate is provided with an avoiding hole for allowing the telescopic barrel and the fixing seat to pass through.
Furthermore, the clothes drying device also comprises an air blocking film used for surrounding clothes below the clothes rack fixing plate, the air blocking film is arranged at the edge of the clothes rack fixing plate, and the air blocking film can be rolled up or unfolded along the telescopic direction of the telescopic barrel.

The invention also discloses another clothes drying device, which comprises a telescopic air drying device and a clothes hanger fixing plate for placing a clothes hanger, wherein the clothes hanger fixing plate can lift along the telescopic direction of the telescopic barrel, and the clothes hanger fixing plate is provided with an avoidance hole for allowing the telescopic barrel and the fixed seat to pass through; the clothes hanger fixing plate is provided with a bolt for releasing the self-locking of the locking piece, the bolt corresponds to the locking barrel, the locking piece is provided with an inclined rod part for releasing the self-locking, an acute angle is formed between the inclined rod part and the inner wall of the locking hole, and the top end of the bolt is a sharp angle; when the top end of the bolt is inserted into an acute angle between the inclined rod part and the inner wall of the lock cylinder, the lock catch sheet rotates towards the middle shaft of the lock cylinder under the pressure of the bolt, the pressure spring is compressed by the lock catch sheet, and the wedge part of the lock catch sheet retracts into the lock cylinder.
Furthermore, the clothes drying device also comprises a sliding block used for avoiding the interference between the inserted pin and the telescopic barrel in the lifting process of the clothes rack fixing plate, the sliding block is connected with the clothes rack fixing plate in a sliding or rotating manner, and the inserted pin is fixed on the sliding block; the sliding block at least has an unlocking position and an avoiding position, and when the sliding block is at the unlocking position, the bolt is positioned under the lock catch barrel; when the sliding block is at the avoiding position, the bolt is positioned at the radial outer side of the avoiding hole.
The invention relates to a work project of a clothes airing device and an air drying device, which comprises the following steps: 1) when air drying is not needed, the air outlet cylinder and the extension cylinder are retracted into the fixed seat, the sliding block on the clothes hanger fixed plate is in an avoiding position, the air blocking film of the clothes hanger fixed plate is retracted, and the clothes hanger fixed plate is lifted to be at the same height with the fixed seat; 2) when needing to air-dry the clothing, drop the clothes hanger fixed plate, slide the slider to the unblock position, rise the clothes hanger fixed plate and make the bolt insert the unblock in the hasp section of thick bamboo, go out the dryer and descend with the extension section of thick bamboo by the action of gravity, the clothes hanger fixed plate also needs to descend simultaneously, hangs the clothing on the clothes hanger fixed plate then rises the clothes hanger fixed plate, puts down the air blocking membrane, then opens the fan and air-dries.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the air-drying device is telescopic, the air-drying device is added to the clothes airing device, so that the air-drying device can stretch into the position between clothes to blow, the air-drying effect is improved, and meanwhile, the air-drying device can be folded up when the air-drying function is not used due to the fact that the air-drying device is telescopic, and occupation of space is reduced.
Detailed Description
In order to more fully understand the technical contents of the present invention, the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described and illustrated with reference to specific embodiments.
The specific structure of the first embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 1 to 3.
The first embodiment is a telescopic seasoning apparatus. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the airing device includes a fixing base 20 fixed to an external fixture 10 (in this embodiment, the external fixture is a top portion of a balcony of a building), a blower 30 for accelerating air flow, and a telescopic tub 40 provided on the fixing base 20. The fixing base 20 is a hollow cube (the cross-sectional shape of the telescopic barrel is matched with the cross-sectional shape of the fixing base), in the first embodiment, the blower 30 is arranged in the fixing base 20, and the air inlet 31 is arranged on the side wall of the fixing base 20. The air outlet 32 of the fan 30 is communicated with the telescopic barrel 40, and the side wall of the telescopic barrel 40 is provided with an air outlet 431. When the air drying is performed, the telescopic barrel 40 is extended, the air outlet 431 of the telescopic barrel 40 is arranged between clothes, and the air flow generated by the fan 30 enters the telescopic barrel 40 and then is discharged through the air outlet 431.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the telescopic tub 40 includes extension tubs 41 and 42 and an air outlet tub 43. The outlet hole 431 is provided on the outlet cylinder 43. The fixed seat 20 is communicated with the air outlet cylinder 43 through the extension cylinders 41 and 42, namely, the extension cylinders 41 and 42 are used for connecting the air outlet cylinder 43 and the fixed seat 20. In the first embodiment, the extension cylinders 41, 42 are connected to each other. The sizes of the fixed seat 20, the extension cylinder 41, the extension cylinder 42 and the air outlet cylinder 43 are reduced in sequence. When the telescopic barrel 40 is contracted, the extension cylinder 41 is sleeved in the fixed seat 20, and the air outlet cylinder 43 is sleeved in the extension cylinder 42. When the telescopic barrel 40 is extended, one end of the extension cylinder 41 is buckled in the fixed seat 20, the extension cylinders 41 and 42 are buckled with each other, and one end of the air outlet cylinder 43 is buckled in the extension cylinder 42. For the convenience of installation, the inner flange 411 of the extension cylinder 41 for fastening the extension cylinder 42 and the inner flange 421 of the extension cylinder 42 for fastening the air outlet cylinder 43 can be made into a split type and fixed by a detachable structure, such as bolt connection.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the bottom end of the outlet barrel 43 is provided with a flange 432, and the flange 432 is provided with the locking member 50. The fixing base 20 is provided with a locking hole 21 corresponding to the locking element 50. When the air drying is not needed, the telescopic barrel 40 can be contracted, and the locking piece 50 is inserted into the locking hole 21 and locked to enable the air outlet cylinder 43 and the fixed seat 20 to be fixed with each other, so that the air outlet cylinder 43 is prevented from falling down.
As shown in fig. 2, specifically, the locking piece 50 includes a locking barrel 52 (which may also be referred to as a locking tube), a locking piece 51, and a compression spring 53 for providing a restoring force to the locking piece 52. The locking piece 51 is rotatably connected with the wall of the locking cylinder 52. One end of the pressure spring 53 abuts against the inner wall of the latch barrel 52, and the other end abuts against the latch piece 51. The locking piece 51 is provided with a wedge portion 511 for self-locking. The wedge portion 511 may extend out of the latch barrel 52 or retract into the latch barrel 52. When the air-out cylinder 43 needs to be fixed on the fixing base 20, the latch cylinder 52 penetrates through the lock hole 21, the wedge portion 511 extends out of the latch cylinder 52, the wedge portion 511 is located above the lock hole 21, and the bottom surface of the wedge portion 511 and the top surface of the lock hole 21 are abutted against each other. The locking member 50 and the locking hole 21 can be unlocked manually after being locked with each other, or can be unlocked by an electromagnetic structure. The locking principle of the locking member 50 and the locking hole 21 is similar to the principle of a locking structure for keeping the folded umbrella unfolded at all times in the folded umbrella.
The air blown by the fan 30 may be normal temperature air or heated air. If heating is needed, a heating element can be arranged at the air inlet or the air outlet of the fan 30.
In other embodiments, the sectional shapes of the fixed seat and the telescopic barrel can also be oval, circular or polygonal.
In other embodiments, the external fixture may also be a hanger plate or a hanger bar.
In other embodiments, the fan can also be arranged in the telescopic barrel.
In other embodiments, the number of extension barrels can be increased or decreased according to actual needs.
In other embodiments, the air outlet hole of the air outlet cylinder can be arranged to be opened downwards.
In other embodiments, the telescopic mechanism is a telescopic barrel structure, the fan is fixed at the lower end of the telescopic barrel structure, and the fan is provided with an air outlet and is communicated with an air outlet hole arranged at the lower end of the telescopic barrel structure, namely, the fan is positioned at the lower end of the telescopic barrel when in work.
In other embodiments, the telescopic mechanism is a telescopic rod, the lower end of the telescopic rod is provided with a fan shell, the fan is fixed in the fan shell, and the fan shell is provided with an air inlet and the air outlet, namely the fan is positioned at the lower end of the telescopic rod when working.
Second embodiment
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the second embodiment discloses a clothes drying apparatus including the telescopic seasoning apparatus of the first embodiment and a hanger fixing plate 60 for placing a hanger. The hanger fixing plate 60 is liftable in a telescopic direction of the telescopic barrel 40. The hanger fixing plate 60 is provided with a relief hole 61 allowing the telescopic barrel 40 and the fixing base 20 to pass through.
The hanger fixing plate 60 may be elevated by an elevating mechanism. The lifting mechanism can be manual or electric, can be a suspension structure of a flexible steel rope, can also be an extension tube type suspension structure, and can also be a scissor type lifting structure.
A clothes airing cross rod 65 is fixedly arranged below the clothes hanger fixing plate 60 in a hanging mode, and the clothes airing cross rod and the clothes hanger fixing plate can be fixed through a hanging rod or directly fixed. Clothes hangers or large articles such as beddings and bedsheets which need to be air-dried are directly placed on the clothes airing cross bar 65.
Since it is preferable to concentrate the hot air together during the drying, the clothes drying apparatus further includes an air blocking film 66 for surrounding the clothes under the hanger fixing plate 60 for a better drying effect. The air blocking film 66 is arranged at the edge of the clothes hanger fixing plate 60. The air blocking film 66 may be rolled or unrolled in the telescopic direction of the telescopic barrel 40. The clothes drying apparatus further comprises a vertical rod 67 for straightening the air blocking membrane 66. The vertical rod 67 is fixed to the bottom end of the air blocking film 66. The film winding device also comprises a film winding mechanism (not shown in the figure), wherein the film winding mechanism comprises a rotating shaft for winding the gas barrier film and a driving piece for driving the rotating shaft; the driving part is a manual wheel connected with the rotating shaft and a chain type inhaul cable meshed with the manual wheel, or the driving part is a motor in transmission connection with the rotating shaft. The air blocking films can be arranged at the periphery of the clothes rack fixing plate (namely four air blocking films) or at the front side and the rear side of the clothes rack fixing plate (namely two air blocking films). The air blocking films can be connected through magnetic stripes or zippers, so that the air flowing is reduced, and the air drying effect is improved.
The invention also discloses a clothes drying device with dustproof and sunscreen functions, which adopts the air blocking film and the clothes hanger fixing plate in the embodiment, and combines the air blocking film and the clothes hanger fixing plate together to form a product, and adopts a motor as a driving part, and is provided with a control circuit (or called as a controller) and a temperature sensor or a timer connected with the control circuit. The clothes airing device is mainly used for people who are not at home for a long time, after clothes are aired (detected by a humidity sensor) or aired for a plurality of times (detected by a timer), a control signal is output to the motor, the motor outputs power, the air blocking film is put down, and external sunlight is blocked and dust is prevented from drifting onto the clothes.
As a further technical proposal of the clothes drying device with the functions of dust prevention and sun protection, the air blocking film adopts the material of ultraviolet protection.
Third embodiment
The third embodiment is another clothes drying apparatus comprising the telescopic seasoning apparatus of the first embodiment and a hanger fixing plate 60 for placing a hanger. The clothes hanger fixing plate 60 can be lifted along the telescopic direction of the telescopic barrel 40, and the clothes hanger fixing plate 60 is provided with a relief hole 61 for allowing the telescopic barrel 40 and the fixing base 20 to pass through.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a latch 64 for releasing the self-locking of the locking member 50 is provided on the hanger fixing plate 60. The latch 64 corresponds to the latch barrel 52. The top end of the latch 64 is pointed. The locking piece 51 of the air drying device is provided with an inclined rod part 512 for releasing self-locking, and an acute angle is formed between the inclined rod part 512 and the inner wall of the locking cylinder 52. When the air-out barrel 43 needs to be unlocked from the fixing base 20, the top end of the plug pin 64 can be inserted into the acute angle between the inclined rod part 512 and the inner wall of the latch barrel 52, the inclined rod part 512 of the latch piece 51 is pressed by the plug pin 64 to enable the latch piece 51 to rotate towards the central axis of the latch barrel 52, the pressure spring 53 is compressed by the latch piece 51, and the wedge part 511 of the latch piece 51 retracts into the latch barrel 52.
Since the latch 64 is inserted into the latch cylinder 52 to unlock the latch 51, the latch 64 is likely to interfere with the outlet cylinder 43 during the lifting of the hanger fixing plate 60, and thus the position of the latch 64 should be changeable. In the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the clothes drying apparatus further includes a slider 63 for preventing the latch 64 from interfering with the telescopic tub 40 during the lifting of the hanger fixing plate 60. The slide block 63 is connected with the clothes hanger fixing plate 60 in a sliding way. Specifically, a horizontal sliding groove 62 is formed in the lower surface of the hanger fixing plate 60, the sliding block 63 slides on the sliding groove 62, and the sliding groove 62 points to the middle position of the avoidance hole 61. The sliding block 63 is partly on the sliding groove 62 and partly suspended, the bolt 64 is fixed on the suspended part of the sliding block 63, and the bolt 64 faces upwards. The slider 63 has at least an unlock position and an avoidance position: when the sliding block 63 is in the unlocking position, the latch 64 is located right below the lock cylinder 52, and the latch 64 is used for unlocking the locking piece 50; when the sliding block 63 is in the avoiding position, the bolt 64 is positioned at the radial outer side of the avoiding hole 61, and the clothes hanger fixing plate 60 can freely lift.
The third embodiment further defines a locking structure between the fixing base and the air outlet barrel, which generates a rising contraction force through the clothes hanger fixing plate, generates an extension force through self weight, and generates self-locking and unlocking between the fixing base and the air outlet barrel through the rising action of the clothes hanger fixing plate.
In other embodiments, when the force of the dead weight cannot generate the extending force, a self-locking bump can be arranged at the upper end of the mortise lock, the bolt unlocks the fixed seat and the air outlet barrel, the bolt is in locking connection with the lock hole through the self-locking bump, and when the clothes hanger fixing plate is lowered to the lower side, the locking connection of the bolt and the lock hole is manually released.
In other embodiments, the lock structure may also be an electromagnetic lock structure, and the unlocking action is realized through an electromagnetic iron core.
In other embodiments, the slide block and the clothes rack fixing plate can also adopt a rotating connection mode.
